El hotel una maravilla con unas vistas impresionantes pero tiene muchas escaleras y pocos ascensores. El personal fabuloso todos muy atentos y educados. Si tienes coche muy difícil de aparcar, porque el parking del hotel sólo entran 10 ~ 15 coches y el de pago 20€ al día, y tienes que aparcar al final de la cuesta que está a 1 km. En el todo incluido no entran las botellas de agua las tienes que pagar y el agua que ponen en los gritos dispensadores muy mala.

Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good. All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us. Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel. We had a great time!

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was all inclusive so food and drinks (alcoholic too) were included. You could pay extra to upgrade to premium drinks but we were fine with the regular one. Shuttle took you down to the beach which was awesome. There was a free restaurant(snack bar) down there too so didn’t have to worry about food.. we walked to the beach one day it didn’t take too long. Hotel was great, pool was busy but not crowded. Good entertainment during the day. Nice sunset bar! View is amazing!! Only downfall is wifi didn’t work in our room. It worked everywhere else thou! Would stay here again:)

Relaxed atmosphere every associate of hotel i came into contact with was very helpful and respectful rooms are clean tidy ,little dated but thats not a problem . My only quibble as the rooms are cliff side all oing up in height which isn't a problem unless lifts stop working ,which to fair happen so much so regular and with me on 3 from the top age 60 it was abit annoying and hard maybe update the lifts themselves ,i know a cost but would improve services to the floors !!! But other than that i'm looking to return shortly .. James

We had a lovely week in this hotel. The only downside was the parking, you can end up having to park half a mile away due to the small car park out the front, and the hotel charge €20/day to use the hotels parking garage which we felt to be excessive. Really appreciated the beach club though and as a non drinker I was pleased they had nice alcohol free beer and mocktails. Food was better than most Canarian all inclusive.

For oss var det mye problemer med heiser som sto.Vi var sammen med en som er dårlig til beins, så dette ble ett stort problem for oss. Heisen ned til matsalen virket bare 2 av de 9 dagene vi bodde på hotellet, (der var det fire trapper du måtte ned og opp) Samme med heisen ned til bassengområdet. Det positive var at det var bra renhold, og maten var upåklagelig. Faktisk en av de beste all inclusivehotellene vi har vært på. Underholdning på kveldene var og ett pluss. Litt synd at det ikke var ikke sol på hotellet før ca 12 på dagen. Litt slitt hotell, men tross alt mye bra.

Wonderful views, nice room high up which I wanted thanks, very kind personell, good pools, quiet though. More parking places needed. Good bus connection to beach bar, special thanks to the driver who found my phone! Dinner was fine but there should be places to dine outside. Snack bar wonderful. Lifts worked fine

Excellent attentive staff, exceptionally clean, good variety of food and no shortage of sunbeds. Shuttle to beach club worked well with excellent facilities on the beach. High cliff location so multiple lifts and steps are required to reach some of the accommodation blocks and facilities. One whole set of lifts was out of action for the duration of our stay but the others were fine. Fabulous views though from the pool area, terrace and rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely return.

Over all a very enjoyable stay. Staff are really friendly and the food is very good (lots of food options). Word of warning - be prepared for a lot of stairs! If you struggle with stairs this hotel may not be right for you. Very good for kids or couples (I recommend the adult pool!). Lastly, if you’re looking for an action packed holiday with parties etc, this is not the place for you - but if you’re looking for a relaxing time away this is definitely worth considering.

I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful. Overall a good hotel. I would go back.

Vi var en familie på 5, og hadde et veldig fint opphold i februar. Variert og god mat. Ok drikke. Bra renhold, ok senger. Lettvint med gratis buss til og fra fin strand, og badeland rett nedenfor. Personalet er hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Stort familierom, og fantastisk utsikt med sol helt til den går i havet.

Everything feels old, poorly maintained and the smell of humidity is everywhere, including rooms. Food is ok, in fact the best thing about the holiday was the food. Enough options and tasty food. Staff are willing to help when possible.

very disappointed with the hotel. we stayed for 9 days, the bed linen was never changed, towels too. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception, we had to constantly go to them and ask for clean towels. The furniture in the room is old, the beds are very uncomfortable. The hotel is all inclusive but you have to pay for water, the prices are inflated, we went to a nearest supermarket for water. The choice of food was very poor. There is nothing near the hotel. We will never return

Están muy bien las vistas desde todo el hotel, ya que se ve la bahía de Mogan. Es una zona muy silenciosa, ideal para descanso. La comida está muy bien. El personal muy amables y agradables. El hotel está un poco viejo y necesita una reforma pero las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. Los cristales de la piscina infinita necesitarían limpiarse más, ya que los demás están impecables

We had a lovely time here, hotel was clean food was good with lots of options. There is a bus down to the beach which we didn’t make use of but if your a beach person its good. The hotel is a little dated in some of the rooms however the views are spectacular and definitely make up for it and the stairs.

Overall the hotel was good. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic loads of choice and very tasty. Drinks were great and no need to upgrade. Having the bar at the beach was good, you get snacks and drinks included with the all inclusive with buses to take you up and down. Rooms a little dated and could do with an upgrade. As we were in block 6 there was no wifi, had to be in the reception and pool area to get on wifi. Everyday there was a lift broke this meant hundreds of stairs for us to climb, the staff did attempt to fix this.

En turistmaskin - spisesal (ikke restaurant) hvor det er utrolig folksomt og støyete. Maten var god og varierende, men det var ikke plassen man ville sitte og kose seg på. Rommene er bra, stille og rolig (om man ikke bor rett over bassenget). Man får litt inntrykk av at det handler først og fremst om å tjene penger, i mye større grad enn å tilrettelegge for at man har en fantastisk ferie. Selvbetjening av drikke overalt, med små plastkopper til å tappe i. OBS: Veien til Puerto Mogan er stengt, det har den vært lenge, så om man vil inn dit må man ta taxi helt ned til Puerto Rico, før man snur og kjører tilbake til Puerto Mogan (25-30€ pr. vei) Dette gjentar seg på returen, da man ikke har klart å lage av og påkjøringsramper fra motorveien. Koselig lite sentrum i Taurito. Vi brukte all-inklusiven som et tilbud, men søkte mye vekk fra hotellet. Vakker solnedgang fra terrassen.

Hadde ett bra opphold (5 dager). God mat og drikke, fantastisk utsikt. God plass/nok solsenger. Flere barer og steder og spise. Øl og vin må du tappe selv, men smaker helt ok. Infinitybasseng ikke oppvarmet-iskaldt-ingen badet der. Endel heiser og trapper, ikke noe problem for oss i 40 årrne, men anbefaler det ikke til de som ikke liker trapper/er dårlig til beins, det blir endel gåing. Flott med enkel all inclusive på stranda(koster extra for solsenger) MEN, vi kommer ikke til å dra tilbake, da sengene er mildt sagt harde, virker å mangle en madrass. Hadde kjempevondt i kroppen etter hver natt. De er grusomme og må byttes ut. Ødela mye for oppholdet.

Buen lugar para disfrutar del sol y calor de Gran Canaria, Sin preocupaciones y tener disponible comida y bebida todo el día. Especial mención a Airam de recepción haciendo nuestra estancia perfecta y siempre preocupado por nuestra comodidad. Sin olvidarnos de las chicas de limpieza de habitaciones y de todo el personal de restaurantes y bar de la playa.

Excellent attentive staff, exceptionally clean, good variety of food and no shortage of sunbeds. Shuttle to beach club worked well with excellent facilities on the beach. High cliff location so multiple lifts and steps are required to reach some of the accommodation blocks and facilities. One whole set of lifts was out of action for the duration of our stay but the others were fine. Fabulous views though from the pool area, terrace and rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - would definitely return.

Stedet ligger på toppen av en dal med kveldssol og da ikke sol før 11 om morningen. Stort hotell så da blir alt litt stort, matsalen var kaotisk og noen av servitørene mindre hyggelig, godt utvalg av mat og drikke, bra opplegg. Veldig langt opp fra stranden men det går en buss innimellom. Slitt hotell men rygging og godt renhold så sånn sett er det ok hotell for ok pris for en uke😀

Hotel was great! Rooms were large, Clean, tidy but a little tired and probably due a refurb. Bed was comfy and we slept well. The view across the ocan was amazing. Felt like we’d really lucked out! Food was good. All Staff were friendly and polite. Several Shuttle bus to the beach, although we walked probably 10 mins, not an issue for us. Really nice touch that there was a hotel bar on the beach serving drinks and food that was included in the all inclusive package from the hotel. We had a great time!

Ett bra hotell med mye god mat og god service, strålende utsikt ut over havet. Det som var dårlig, mye høy musikk ved bassenget, dårlig/ingen wifi på rommet, på grunn av beliggenhet kom ikke solen før klokken 11 på formiddagen. Kaldere i det oppvarmede bassenget en i sjøen.

We had a great stay at this hotel! It was all inclusive so food and drinks (alcoholic too) were included. You could pay extra to upgrade to premium drinks but we were fine with the regular one. Shuttle took you down to the beach which was awesome. There was a free restaurant(snack bar) down there too so didn’t have to worry about food.. we walked to the beach one day it didn’t take too long. Hotel was great, pool was busy but not crowded. Good entertainment during the day. Nice sunset bar! View is amazing!! Only downfall is wifi didn’t work in our room. It worked everywhere else thou! Would stay here again:)

Greit opphold. All inclusiv. Det var bra mat med varierte måltider. Restaurantpersonalet var meget serviceinnstilte. Rommene var nedslitte, og da spesielt badene viste manglende vedlikehold over mange år. Når en vandret rundt i hotellområdet så var mye løse og knuste fliser. Tydelig at de ikke har noe system for jevnlig vedlikehold. Ellers ca. 1 km å gå ned til sentrum. Mye søppel langs veiene ned mot sentrum

Wonderful views, nice room high up which I wanted thanks, very kind personell, good pools, quiet though. More parking places needed. Good bus connection to beach bar, special thanks to the driver who found my phone! Dinner was fine but there should be places to dine outside. Snack bar wonderful. Lifts worked fine

Great views of sea and balcony.liked adult Pool. There are a lot of stairs although lift options are available. Buffet food has sufficient variety. However could do more restaurants for variety. Has a nice beach club with great service. Walkable downhill in 10mins. Shuttle service available to and from. There is a charge for using sun beds. Drinks of limited quality for an all inclusive. Seemed to want to charge for little things - for higher quality juice or premium brands. No gym. Although available at their sister hotel for a charge. Pics give the impression of beach as part of hotel - this is a little misleading. Recommend that narrative is updated so that things are clearer. Has decent evening entertainment and drinks. Staff are very good.

Great hotel ! We stayed here for a week, had interconnecting rooms which was perfect for travelling with family. Facilities were excellent, friendly staff , very clean, great choice of food including for myself as vegetarian. Courtesy bus to the beach club and nearby Mogán also great. Amazing views , would definitely go back 😀🏖️

El hotel una maravilla con unas vistas impresionantes pero tiene muchas escaleras y pocos ascensores. El personal fabuloso todos muy atentos y educados. Si tienes coche muy difícil de aparcar, porque el parking del hotel sólo entran 10 ~ 15 coches y el de pago 20€ al día, y tienes que aparcar al final de la cuesta que está a 1 km. En el todo incluido no entran las botellas de agua las tienes que pagar y el agua que ponen en los gritos dispensadores muy mala.
El hotel una maravilla con unas vistas impresionantes pero tiene muchas escaleras y pocos ascensores. El personal fabuloso todos muy atentos y educados. I enjoyed the ocean view (and the sunsets) the most . As cleanliness goes, it was very clean, however there was limescale on the shower glass doors and a bit of mildew forming in the corners. Occasional cockroach appearance (due to climate) in the bathroom, but I put a few drops of clove oil (something i always carry with me) and haven’t seen any after that. The food quality was very reasonable with a wide variety to choose from. I was refused a late checkout but was offered use of a courtesy room for showering which was very helpful. Overall a good hotel. I would go back.

Everyday there was a lift broke this meant hundreds of stairs for us to climb, the staff did attempt to fix this.
Overall the hotel was good. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Food was fantastic loads of choice and very tasty. Drinks were great and no need to upgrade. Having the bar at the beach was good, you get snacks and drinks included with the all inclusive with buses to take you up and down. Rooms a little dated and could do with an upgrade. As we were in block 6 there was no wifi, had to be in the reception and pool area to get on wifi. En turistmaskin - spisesal (ikke restaurant) hvor det er utrolig folksomt og støyete. Maten var god og varierende, men det var ikke plassen man ville sitte og kose seg på. Rommene er bra, stille og rolig (om man ikke bor rett over bassenget). Man får litt inntrykk av at det handler først og fremst om å tjene penger, i mye større grad enn å tilrettelegge for at man har en fantastisk ferie. Selvbetjening av drikke overalt, med små plastkopper til å tappe i. OBS: Veien til Puerto Mogan er stengt, det har den vært lenge, så om man vil inn dit må man ta taxi helt ned til Puerto Rico, før man snur og kjører tilbake til Puerto Mogan (25-30€ pr. vei) Dette gjentar seg på returen, da man ikke har klart å lage av og påkjøringsramper fra motorveien. Koselig lite sentrum i Taurito. Vi brukte all-inklusiven som et tilbud, men søkte mye vekk fra hotellet. Vakker solnedgang fra terrassen.

The hotel itself is acceptable and clean. The reception is nice, but parking situation is complicated as we show up. Room is dated and has some issues: Door rubs against the floor and snags, air conditioning is just enough to keep the room fresh. Beds are comfortable, good space for our suitcases. The food always had good elements in it each day, but most food is bland and uninspired, so you have to choose wisely. Lineups for dinner are insanely long starting 8:30 PM. Where things became complicated is this hotel is in levels in a cliff, so needs to do a lot of stairs, as elevators keep breaking down. I have a knee injury and this made moving around the hotel really hard. The drinks are self serve and are nothing to write home about. There is a nice espresso machine in the showroom lobby and they serve interesting drinks in the all inclusive there. The view is what is the true amazement of this place. Awesome views all around the hotel and amazing sunsets. Would I be back? No, this hotel needs serious improvements on their elevators and the food is really redundant. Make sure also if you come by car to be ready to walk up a steep hill, as there is a large public lot at the bottom of the hill.

The hotel, including all of the fixtures and fittings, is in need of refurbishment, it looks really dated. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. The pool was great, the view is phenomenal and the staff were truly outstanding. Many individuals went out of their way to make our stay comfortable including the head chef Jimmy, who will happily personally cater to different dietary requirements when asked. The beach and all inclusive cafe down there were also great.

Great views of sea and balcony.liked adult Pool. There are a lot of stairs although lift options are available. Buffet food has sufficient variety. However could do more restaurants for variety. Has a nice beach club with great service. Walkable downhill in 10mins. Shuttle service available to and from. There is a charge for using sun beds. Drinks of limited quality for an all inclusive. Seemed to want to charge for little things - for higher quality juice or premium brands. No gym. Although available at their sister hotel for a charge. Pics give the impression of beach as part of hotel - this is a little misleading. Recommend that narrative is updated so that things are clearer. Has decent evening entertainment and drinks. Staff are very good.

We loved the location. It was much nicer than surrounding areas in our opinion. Whilst taurito itself didn’t have much for us to do, other than the beach bars, restaurants, it was easy enough to hop on a bus or get a taxi to Puerto de Mogan, Puerto Rico etc! The hotel itself was lovely. We arrived at 11pm, we were told to leave our bags at reception and go and grab a drink from the bar. We were told that there was a cold buffet from 11:30pm so we could get something to eat, when we went, it was bread rolls, salad and cheese. It was disappointing. Food overall, breakfast was exactly as you would imagine and I couldn’t fault it! Although, an omelette making bit would absolutely make a difference to the options. Lunch & dinner had a bit of repetitive options. Some dishes were lovely and i could have gone back for seconds, other dishes were a little too adventurous for us and a little off putting, we noticed that on these nights, the restaurant seemed much quieter so I think other guests must have had the same opinions. Drinks were okay, cocktails were syrupy and sweet. Could certainly tell they didn’t contain much alcohol. It would have been good if there was a cocktail menu that staff would actually prepare the drinks themselves for rather than just the machine. Transfer was long and we got taxi on return. Big thing for us, air con was not cool at all!

Very lovely staff, made it an amazing vacation. Super helpful and lots of stuff to do around the area! Loveddd the all inclusive<3 Only down side is at 1am they ask you to be quiet and stay in one area of the hotel due to children. Would’ve been better if it was adults only.
