Hotel amplio. Con mucha vegetación, 4 piscinas, una solo para adultos, una de ellas con agua climatizada, el problema es las tumbonas se recomiendan no reservarlas, pero no es así... El buffet tiene bastante variedad pero solo en el caso de la cena y desayuno, el almuerzo está más cortito. El tema del ti es diferente a lo q he vivido en otros hoteles, pero bien también. Si que es verdad, q el tema de las alergias, te dan la opción de un menú semanal que tienes q dar para toda la semana desde el primer día... Y horario bastante temprano tanto en el almuerzo como en la cena, pensando en el turista extranjero. La habitación bastante amplia con 2 camas grandes válidas para una familia de 3 o 4 miembros. La playa bastante cerca y un Mercadona a 1 minuto, pero en la proximidades no hay mucho más, eso sí, no hay problema de aparcamiento ninguno y una parada de gua gua cerca. Espero os sirva y a disfrutar

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and courteous, eager to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent; varied, plentiful, tasty, and well presented and served. Overall property offered good value for money, good room size and very clean. You have to request an accessibility room as these are not advertised but benefit from walk in shower. Meal times could be hectic and would benefit from opening up more sections to make it easier to find tables at peak time. The property is quite remote and you need to either get buses, taxis or be prepared for an hour or more walk to get into an area with a few shops, bars and restaurants. Therefore evening entertainment is really important and this was most disappointing, started at 2130 and finished by 2230 and very average. If you want a get away from it all, sunshine break (and are happy to pay extra for sunbeds on beach) with an early night this is for you. If you prefer a more lively evening scene then probably not.

Excellent hotel. Facilities offered Wellness center, adult only areas, disco, sports bar, different evening entertainment depending on what you want - couldn't ask for more. Food was fabulous in both the restaurant and snack bar and plenty of choices of bars to drink - yes it is local alcohol and can strip tarmac off a road but it is plentiful and served with a smile. If you want named brands it is easy to upgrade. Will definitely come back to this great hotel.

Beautiful resort and the recent renovation has made the lobby area lovely to sit and lounge in. The rooms are lovely and we had a pool/ ocean view which felt truly special. The staff that were there were lovely, however sometimes they felt under staffed. Queues for the bar area were longer than they should be. Also although it is all inclusive, the drinks are limited. We upgraded for our last day to take advantage of Ecenzia benefits and lucked out as that night they were cooking steaks on the outside BBQ. Otherwise, I’m not sure it is worth it. You only get a few extra drinks (whisky and nicer rum), but no extra cocktails other than a mojito. The buffet was also very similar to the main one (and we often saw people with black bands in the main buffet instead), with the difference being they were able to enjoy a bottle of wine rather than the wine from a tap (both were drinkable). All the pools (including the ones that were supposedly heated) were quite cold, putting most people off from going in. This was also true of the other hotel we stayed at so perhaps a Spanish thing? Having said that, the pool areas are beautiful and there were so many deck chairs that you could rock up any time of the day and find a good seat. We spent most of the time in the adults only area, which was tranquil, with views and the sounds of the sea. Disappointed – Poor Infection Control and Lack of Maintenance We were excited about our stay, and the first day was lovely. The location is amazing, right by the beach, and the buffet dinner was very good. Unfortunately, things changed quickly. On the second night, our youngest child became very ill. I went to the reception and mentioned I suspected food poisoning, but was told there was a norovirus outbreak at the hotel. Several guests had already reported symptoms. We were simply advised to wash our hands more often. I asked what measures the hotel was taking, and they said hand sanitizer was available in the restaurants. However, later that day at the snack bar, there was no soap or sanitizer anywhere, and no signage or warnings about the virus were visible around the hotel. That evening, my husband also got sick. The next day, I spoke with reception again and was told the outbreak had started two days before we checked in. Why were we not informed at check-in? Most of our holiday ended up being spent in the room, with half our group sick, and the rest of us trying to manage. Going to the buffet, knowing about the risk of infection, was uncomfortable. We skipped our final dinner at the hotel and bought food from Mercadona instead. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, the hotel also has room for improvement. It’s a beautiful resort overall, but it feels worn and in need of some care. Our room had a lingering smell of old urin ocasionaly. Do they clean thoroughly?

We really enjoyed our stay and the facilities. However, our room was swarmed with ants, the room was also extremely dirty. The power went out more than once on the same day and it took several hours to be fixed. The food selection was decent, unless you don’t like fish. Overall, our stay was good due to the number of pools but we wouldn’t stay here again.

3* at best!!! Arrived to find allocated a room with a high concrete balcony which made the room feel like a prison cell also found cockroaches in room and AC was very noisy. Moved rooms to one with proper balcony and cockroaches in this room also. Food was ok but the same thing every day! Staff were rude except for the main reception bar area. All inc wine was undrinkable and I now get home to discover they have charged me £87 that I have no clue what for! There is no restaurants or anything to do around the hotel. There’s no facilities on the beach. All the toilets smelt of urine. Plus side… large rooms and nice gardens! Don’t waste your money here!

Excellent hotel on a beautiful beach. Rooms have been revamped tastefully. Bathrooms are slightly dated but great water pressure. Very high sink. Cleaned well. Love the full size mosquito net on the door - sleep with door open all night. Front reception (not sure who the lady with lovely grey hair & glasses was - but she was amazing!) very friendly as were pool & animation team. Food is very good & atmosphere tasteful. However, staff in the restaurant seem very unhappy - even when spoken to they hardly respond. I always try to be polite & say thank you but they were unusually dismissive. I wonder is it because we as customers are not nice to them generally? Certainly I was nearly knocked over on several occasions by fellow tourists!! Ecwoukd recommend this hotel for a holiday. Great value for everything on offer.

The entrainment in the evenings on the outside area was very poor. We stayed for 2 weeks (end of July and beginning of August 2025) and there were only live performances and music 4 or 5 nights. The toilets near the pool need to be cleaned more often during the day. The queues at the bar in the evening for the all inclusive drinks were too long. The reception staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty and on our second day we had food poisoning from the restaurant there. We heard others nearby us being ill all night too. The good thing was the team at Expedia went way above and beyond to help us, even in the middle of the night. Thank you Expedia for a great team. A week on we’ve finally started to feel better.

Hotel was generally modern and clean. The separate apartment blocks made the resort feel like a small town. The self service drinks stations were a very good idea and we had no issue with waiting in a queue. There was okay entertainment every night. This would have been a 5 star experience and rating if it wasn't for the property cheaping out on the airconditioning in the rooms. Regardless of complaining to the front desk several times, even with the A/C on 10 degrees C, the room does did not cool down more than 2 degrees compared to the outside temperature. In fact outside temperatures in the early morning would be more comfortable than in the room. A week long of uncomfortable nights for a family of 4 and a reason for us not to consider this property in the future.

Booked a sea view room but they allocated a side sea view room for us. Complaining at the reception multiple times didn’t help. Resort is good otherwise, rooms were clean, pools were in good condition and location is good. Plenty of options for food and drink. Decoration and other amenities were good.

top Hotel, mit superschönen neuen stilvollen Zimmern, sensationellem Buffet, sehr aufmerksamen Service und endlosem Traumstrand direkt vor der Türe einziges kleines Manko ist, dass die Zimmer relativ hellhörig sind, man hört also die Nachbarn duschen, die Türen öffnen und manchmal auch reden .. man sollte daher keinen leichten Schlaf haben (bei mir nur einmal eher unangenehm, da meine Nachbarn um 4 Uhr Früh gepackt, geduscht, umgeräumt und ausgecheckt haben)

Check in starts at 15:00 hours, but hotels app states from 14:00 Check out until 11:00, even hotels app statas until 12:00. My room card was disabled right after 10:00 - I had to go to reception to ask to activate it. And it was jot my fault - my both cards were disabled at the same time, even reception blamed me. Furthermore - It was 10:45 but reception didn't expressed any apologies and rudely reminded me to leave the room in 15 minutes. Wifi was disabled right after 11:00 with no excuse, kinda forcing us to get out asap. Que to check in sometimes was going long way even going outside. And yes, reception is working slow and evidently - too little check in desks for such big hotel. Keep in mind - hotel is away from towns and there is no decent pathway to nearest town of Moro Jable, which is 1 hour of intense hiking. ..but if your intentions are only within the hotel teritory and the beach - this does not apply, however - hotel layout is on slope - anywhere you go you end up at pretty steep slope and stairs

Didn't like ... some staff needed to smile and realise that they are working with the general public. Check in took nearly an hour and there was one couple ahead of us. Two staff members behind the counter left one lady to serve. Sports bar does not open until around 5pm on a Saturday afternoon when all the football is on. Worse of all, the entertainment is very poor and I meant very poor. However, they are the negative points and there are many positives. Grounds and complex is beautiful. Several large pools and grounds maintained to a very high standard. Food very good although queing is not great at times ( expected ). Rooms spacious and clean. Very large beds and lovely shower. Beach reached through gates at the end of the hotel, leads onto the beach. I would rate the hotel as a four and a half star and a shame the itmes listed above probably stops it being a 5 star.

Very well maintained resort sprawling over a large cliff side. It has access to one of the best beaches on this island. Friendly staff and good food

Disappointed – Poor Infection Control and Lack of Maintenance We were excited about our stay, and the first day was lovely. The location is amazing, right by the beach, and the buffet dinner was very good. Unfortunately, things changed quickly. On the second night, our youngest child became very ill. I went to the reception and mentioned I suspected food poisoning, but was told there was a norovirus outbreak at the hotel. Several guests had already reported symptoms. We were simply advised to wash our hands more often. I asked what measures the hotel was taking, and they said hand sanitizer was available in the restaurants. However, later that day at the snack bar, there was no soap or sanitizer anywhere, and no signage or warnings about the virus were visible around the hotel. That evening, my husband also got sick. The next day, I spoke with reception again and was told the outbreak had started two days before we checked in. Why were we not informed at check-in? Most of our holiday ended up being spent in the room, with half our group sick, and the rest of us trying to manage. Going to the buffet, knowing about the risk of infection, was uncomfortable. We skipped our final dinner at the hotel and bought food from Mercadona instead. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, the hotel also has room for improvement. It’s a beautiful resort overall, but it feels worn and in need of some care. Our room had a lingering smell of old urin ocasionaly. Do they clean thoroughly?

The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and courteous, eager to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent; varied, plentiful, tasty, and well presented and served. Where they fail is in the state of the facilities, a lack of maintenance, and neglect in the state of the walls, woodwork, and pool walls. They should take note and improve on this issue.

The hotel was pretty and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The pools and beach were excellent, as was the food. The only area that could be improved compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at is the animation activities.

Excellent hotel. Facilities offered Wellness center, adult only areas, disco, sports bar, different evening entertainment depending on what you want - couldn't ask for more. Food was fabulous in both the restaurant and snack bar and plenty of choices of bars to drink - yes it is local alcohol and can strip tarmac off a road but it is plentiful and served with a smile. If you want named brands it is easy to upgrade. Will definitely come back to this great hotel.

3* at best!!! Arrived to find allocated a room with a high concrete balcony which made the room feel like a prison cell also found cockroaches in room and AC was very noisy. Moved rooms to one with proper balcony and cockroaches in this room also. Food was ok but the same thing every day! Staff were rude except for the main reception bar area. All inc wine was undrinkable and I now get home to discover they have charged me £87 that I have no clue what for! There is no restaurants or anything to do around the hotel. There’s no facilities on the beach. All the toilets smelt of urine. Plus side… large rooms and nice gardens! Don’t waste your money here!

The room was nice, and pool areas and bars were fine, but the food was awful. Nothing had any form of seasoning or flavour, and everything was either overcooked or borderline undercooked. Despite advertising multiple restaurants they all serve the same food, everything processed and some form of charred meat (not always sure what kind). Entertainment was also underwhelming. The nightclub was actually a children’s party. The beach bars and restaurants lacked atmosphere and music, felt like we were eating in a school canteen

The room was dirty and on our second day we had food poisoning from the restaurant there. We heard others nearby us being ill all night too. The good thing was the team at Expedia went way above and beyond to help us, even in the middle of the night. Thank you Expedia for a great team. A week on we’ve finally started to feel better.

Hotel was generally modern and clean. The separate apartment blocks made the resort feel like a small town. The self service drinks stations were a very good idea and we had no issue with waiting in a queue. There was okay entertainment every night. Smaller restaurant near the beach for lunch and snacks, feels outdated and unhygienic the larger food market is generally nice and has a good selection.
