Service de voiturier très appréciable.le personnel de l'hotel est très agréable et acceillant. Merci à Michele pour son três bon accueil lors de notre arrivée à une heure tardive..

This stay was the HIGHLIGHT of our trip. My husband and I went to Italy for 2 and a half week for our honeymoon and we stayed here for 5 of those nights. We wish we stayed here for longer. It was literally perfect. The one drawback I had was the pool was always freezing so no one was really in it ever. Other than that, the views are stunning, it is super close to the bus stop, super close from the main square, close to amazing dinner options and the friendliest staff we had all trip. We will definitely be returning here in the future!

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food, very child friendly and breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. I can’t fault the hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed 9 nights in a family suite.

Hotel ubicato in situazione strategica con splendida vista sul mare. Struttura datata anche se con ristrutturazione avvenuta negli ultimi anni. Camere spaziose, tutte con vista mare. Personale gentilissimo ed attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Unica pecca, mai riscontrata altrove, la presenza di ben 9 gatti sul terrazzo utilizzato per la colazione degli ospiti. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruirne e quindi non abbiamo potuto godere della vista mozzafiato che offre. Per sopperire a questa situazione, ci è stato offerto un upgrade delle camere per il secondo giorno. Ringraziamo vivamente tutto il personale ed invitiamo i gestori a segnalare su tutti i siti dedicati la presenza in hotel dei numerosi gatti, anche perché esistono soggetti allergici al pelo di gatto e non solo.

we had suite 201 and it was loud from the street noise and bathroom had small amount of mold on the walls and Silicone in the shower had mold as well, water from shower ran across bathroom floor, had to clean it up. for 1 night stay price was good and comfortable, would have complained if longer.

We thought we paid to much for its location. Getting anywhere was inconvenient and costly. It’s a place to visit for few hours or stay 1 night maximum The bathroom are dated. They are not senior friendly. The tubs are 24 inches high. No grab bars. Unsafe.

The hot water did not work for around a day and a half of our visit. The place needs a significant upgrade. They did nothing to offer us compensation for the inconvenience and didn’t even offer an apology. The breakfast was also underwhelming despite the lovely staff running it. The hotel is listed as a four star hotel but in terms of quality and amenities the hotel is anything but. Not to mention that located in ravello the weather gets very hot and the air conditions in the room are not adequate and for most of my stay I was uncomfortable with the heat in my room. Even though there is a thermostat in the room, it does absolutely nothing and the front desk actually controls the temperature of the room and didn’t turn on my unit until the next day I was there when I complained that I cannot stay in my room any longer.

We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Every thing about the hotel and staff was excellent. The staff were more than helpful providing tips of what to do and see. We used the main Piazza car park nearby initially so the manager himself went with my husband to move it and parked it at the hotel for us. Our suite was very big, well appointed, had everything you'd need and the view from the large terrace was brilliant!! We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were excellent in quality and taste. All the staff were lovely but a special mention should be made for the young Ukrainian waiter at dinner - he was very patient and knowledgeable and described each dish in detail to help us make up our minds. On his recommendation we chose a bottle of local red wine which was delicious. Sadly we only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for providing a little haven of peace and tranquility within the stress of driving the Amalfi coast road!!

Young Americans, loud speakers and drugs. Beautiful hotel and a perfect village. Spoiled by large groups having loud parties in hotel rooms. Difficult to sleep when the whole building vibrates with music and girls screaming. The hotel asked them to quieten down but they did not turn the music off until 2 am. Ravello used to be a peaceful destination.

Das Personal diskutiert oft und laut untereinander, macht Musik späte am Abend oder nachts im Restaurant, während das Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen vorbereitet wird. Bei Fragen zu Tickets für Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Konzerte ist es nicht behilflich. Das Service-Niveua entspricht nicht der Vier-Sterne-Kategorie.

We love our stay in this Hotel and looved our stay in Ravello. The staff were amazing from the front desk to Francesco in the dining area. Big thanks to Angelo for being so nice and helpful and sweet. I can’t recommend enough this hotel.. It’s out little peace of paradise

We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Every thing about the hotel and staff was excellent. The staff were more than helpful providing tips of what to do and see. We used the main Piazza car park nearby initially so the manager himself went with my husband to move it and parked it at the hotel for us. Our suite was very big, well appointed, had everything you'd need and the view from the large terrace was brilliant!! We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were excellent in quality and taste. All the staff were lovely but a special mention should be made for the young Ukrainian waiter at dinner - he was very patient and knowledgeable and described each dish in detail to help us make up our minds. On his recommendation we chose a bottle of local red wine which was delicious. Sadly we only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Thank you for providing a little haven of peace and tranquility within the stress of driving the Amalfi coast road!!

We thought we paid to much for its location. Getting anywhere was inconvenient and costly. It’s a place to visit for few hours or stay 1 night maximum The bathroom are dated. They are not senior friendly. The tubs are 24 inches high. No grab bars. Unsafe.

We spent a week at Villa Fraulo, and we just loved it. The staff is amazing and so friendly, the breakfast delicious and the scenery of the hotel just breath taking. Would love to come back.

Hotel maravilhoso. Localização perfeita, numa vila medieval, com uma vista espetacular para o Mediterrâneo. Café da manhã delicioso, com ambientes superacolhedores. Restaurante competente. Staff gentil, disponível e atencioso. E a decoração e cuidados com os detalhes em cada ambiente supreendem. Fantástico.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely food, very child friendly and breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. I can’t fault the hotel. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed 9 nights in a family suite.

The hot water did not work for around a day and a half of our visit. The place needs a significant upgrade. They did nothing to offer us compensation for the inconvenience and didn’t even offer an apology. The breakfast was also underwhelming despite the lovely staff running it. Avoid — hotel felt closed for the season, with zero consideration for guests Great location in Ravello and excellent views from the patio. Sadly, the positives end there. We stayed 25–27 October, shortly before seasonal closure. Rooms 105–106 were very dated, with bathroom mould and plaster peeling off the walls, and directly beside the road. Wi-Fi did not work. Breakfast was sparse, in an unlit room, with no milk, spoons or offer of tea or coffee. After a first night disturbed by bins, engines and road noise, we asked to move somewhere quieter. Reception dismissed our concerns and refused: these were the rooms we had paid for; others had been cleared for winter with furniture in storage. At 5pm, the bar, dining room and patio were unlit. The manager eventually appeared, said he was not a barman and attempted drinks, which we helped pour. The second night was worse. At around 3am, an articulated lorry arrived to collect 20 Ducati motorcycles parked on hotel property directly outside our rooms. It reversed with lights flashing, then left its diesel engine running for another 2–3 hours. This was planned activity the hotel clearly knew about. With the hotel virtually empty, placing us closest to it—particularly with a young child—was immensely inconsiderate and disappointing. Refusing our request to move made it worse. Closing preparations should not take priority over paying guests’ experience or sleep. Basic consideration was entirely missing. Not 4 star.
