The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. My displeasure was with housekeeping. This was a work trip, three nights stay. I was confirmed by the front desk that housekeeping will be taken care of each day - while I am at my work site. Apparently, that was not true. This was the first time I had to sleep on the same set of sheets three nights in a row at any hotel. Friday, at my checkout, I informed the front desk staff again about what went on during my stay. One of the staff members pulled out the housekeeping log to verify. She said that the housekeeper for the floor I stayed on signed off that she had done proper housekeeping each day. Hopefully, this issue was addressed and other patrons do not have to go through what I went through. Everything else about my stay was quite satisfactory.

Room appeared clean for the most part. The bed was comfortable enough but had a big dip in the center. There were 2 cracks in the drywall from floor to ceiling and across the ceiling. Bathtub had peeling paint and stains on the bottom of the tub, the shower head was crusted over causing the water to spray erratic, hot water took more than 5 minutes to get hot. There were 2 doors on the 2nd floor with the locks busted and kicked in. Back door lock was inoperable. Breakfast was terrible

The hotel was clean and conveniently located to where we needed to be. There a couple of issues. 1. There was not much hot water in the shower. 2. No breakfast available for both days that we stayed, which was a big inconvenience for us. 3. The heated pool was freezing. It was an okay place to stay but probably won’t stay there again.

This was not a good experience. I booked a family deluxe suite for a certain amount because it had two separate rooms. When I got to the hotel, they didn't have that type of room available, so we ended up with two single rooms instead of a suite; the price was double what my original booking was, and they didn't offer any discount or the other room for free. It was an upsetting situation, and I feel like we got ripped off. The AC was not working very well, and the hot water took forever to come on. In general, it was not a pleasant stay, plus double what we had actually made the booking for. I just felt like there should have been a good solution offered, and there wasn't .
