We liked the hotel/ apartment combo…the staff was excellent and very friendly. We liked the area because you are in the center of everything and everything is within walking distance. Public parking was 5 minute walk from the hotel. We had great views and in our stay in Europe this apartment/hotel complex was our best choice. I’m glad we chose to go to Brussels, Belgium and stay at this complex.

Fantastisk beliggenhed og meget venligt personale. Rigtig god seng og madras. Fint lille te-køkken med opvaskemaskine og tabs, viskestykke og karklud. Desværre var der problemer med elevatoren et par gange, så service elevatoren måtte tages i brug. Værelsets vinduer vendte ud til et shoppingcenter, så det var ikke frisk luft, der kom ind, da vi åbnede vinduet. Til gengæld ingen støj fra gade.

The apart hotel is just beside De Broukere metro station so it’s convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including beer bottle opener and corkscrew. The best part I think is the water dispenser machine at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling/ soda water if you like. The staff are friendly especially Manuel! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brussels, though I wish the price is slightly lower.

The studio guest room was nice and large and contained evergthing I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helped with my requests. Unfortunately there are building works going on in the building opposite the hotel so I was often woken early by banging and loud noises. I was also surprised to find that the gym was not a gym at all but actually just a room containing a rowing machine, stepper and water machine. Very disappointed as this was one facility I required for my stay and was left with no means to exercise.

No cleaning provided at property as it is an “aparthotel” so any cleaning or change of towels come at an additional price. Microwave wasn’t working and water dispenser at level 1 broke down at some point. Homeless people live outside and the immediate outside of the hotel is absolutely disgusting in the morning from people’s activities the night before as it’s in a Central Area. It was generally safe though as u have to tap into the entrance with your key card.

Well maintained property. Good size rooms. The laundry room on the 2nd floor is very handy. The kitchenette was ideal for prepping simple meals or reheating leftovers. Easy access to multiple modes of public transport. Situated close to main shopping areas. Countlese food options in the area. There’s a supermarket across the street. No daily housekeeping and there’s a charge if you want to get new towels. The towel policy was my only concern. You are expected to use the same towels for 6 nights or pay a fee to have them changed.

It was a very nice and clean apartment in a great location. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The only downside was the limited coffee and tea provided-we were given only two coffee pods for our entire stay. When we asked for more, they charged extra, which was a bit disappointing for such nice hotel!

Location is A++ Not a luxury hotel by any means but the rooms are spacious, you’re in the heart of everything and the price is affordable. We did tours and daily trips and the meet up locations were 5-10 minutes away (walk) so no rush getting to your spot or needing to take additional public transportation. If you do need to take the tram or metro, you are also extremely close. We thoroughly enjoyed Brussels and Belgium as a whole. We would recommend staying here!

Pros: friendly & helpful staff, secure luggage room to store your luggage after checking out, central location, kitchen well stocked with cutlery & dishes Cons: mold in bathroom and bathroom lock was broken, A/C didn't work well, hardly any ventilation when opening window so room got very hot & stale, you have to pay for virtually any service including change of towels, toaster not provided, iron board cover was filthy, the body wash seemed diluted and dried my skin & hair out

Overall regular experience. Great localization. When I arrived the room was clean. On the down side not only there is no daily cleaning of the room (if your stay is less than 8 days), but also the room had some cracks and stains on the walls, showing lack of maintenance. Found it a little bit expensive for the condition of the establishment.

Dommage de ne pas avoir les 2 en même temps. Photo trompeuse. Baignoire haute. Ça peut poser un problème. Une seule chaise pour 2.

La habitación es mucho mejor de lo esperado, muy amplia y con buen gusto en el diseño. También el desayuno me ha parecido bastante bueno. La atención del personal es otro aspecto a destacar.

Fica ao lado da estação do metrô e perto de tudo. Funcionários muito atenciosos e gentis. Café da manhã excelente com muitas variedades. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis e espaço amplo. Cozinha super equipada.

Das Aparthotel liegt fast im Altstadtzentrum, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen (und wenn nicht, dann mit der U-Bahn - die Station befindet sich praktisch unter dem Gebäude). In der Umgebung findet man zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Dank schallisolierten Fenstern bekommt man aber kaum von dem Verkehr und Geräuschen draußen. Das relativ große Zimmer mit hoher Decke verfügt über die kompakte Küche mit allen Hausgeräten integriert (inkl. Elektroherd, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler). Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Türen und sehr gut schallisoliert. Das Appartment wird im Unterschied zum Hotelzimmer kostenlos einmal in 8 Tagen gereinigt. Häufigere Zimmerreinigung ist auf Anfrage möglich, kostet aber Extra. Das Frühstück war gut, reichhaltig und ausreichend - entspricht den Standards 3* Hotels in Deutschland. Was kann verbessert werden: 1. Schwache Beleuchtung im Badezimmer. 2. Leistungsstarke Klimaanlage im Flür war nicht ausschaltbar, daher war es sehr kalt im Zimmer (auch bei geschlossener Tür). 3. Wasserdruck in der Dusche war relativ schwach (Spar-Massnahme?), das Duschen hatte viel mehr Zeit als üblich in Anspruch genommen.

Place was clean, had closets with shelves for clothes and kitchenette was had everything needed. Centrally located right on major shopping/eating pedestrian area and only few minute walk to old town center Neighborhood felt safe, but being central in big city had normal things like noise and a few homeless people camping out. Only negatives were comfort- bed old (sinks in middle) and uncomfortable; only one plastic chair and a folding wood chair in the closet, so uncomfortable to sit and try to eat at pull out table

Super helpful and friendly front staff. Shout out to the wonderful gentleman who gave my husband an empty cardboard box and packing tape so we could mail excess souvenirs back home! Our backs appreciated it. We were on the fourth floor and it was surprisingly quiet even though we overlooked the tram entrance. Room was comfortable and clean.

Checking my credit card transactions afterwards, I discovered that my credit card was charged for a second time by the hotel, which means I paid twice for the same (and my only) stay at this hotel... We had the worst experience ever at this hotel. No hot water, repeated promises to resolve. Trapsing to an alternative room, once they'd finally investigated, which lost us a full morning with friends. And then the audacity to offer no refund whatsoever apparently because it was a non cancellable booking. Needless to say Hotels.com tried their best for us but Adagio will not budge, so going forward we will never use this chain again. A lesson learnt.

La location est idéal pour visiter le centre, toutefois les sans abris en avant de l’hôtel sont vraiment désagréables. Stayed for 4 nights. Always up by 7am not by choice. Major construction / demolition of a huge building infront of the hotel. Jackhammer noise from 7am until about 3-4pm everyday. It’s okey if you have day tours , the jackhammer noise is your sure alarm clock . There’s really nothing the hotel can do but to move you farthest from the construction . Other than that the hotel is outstanding .

Location is A++ Not a luxury hotel by any means but the rooms are spacious, you’re in the heart of everything and the price is affordable. We did tours and daily trips and the meet up locations were 5-10 minutes away (walk) so no rush getting to your spot or needing to take additional public transportation. If you do need to take the tram or metro, you are also extremely close. We thoroughly enjoyed Brussels and Belgium as a whole. We would recommend staying here!

This apartment hotel is well equipped to do your own light food prep, which is a welcome change from constantly eating restaurant food. Also, there are two grocery stores conveniently located nearby. Although not the hotel's fault, some protests were going on for four hours in the evening. Even though the drums and yelling were two blocks away, it was still disturbing. The same happened at a train station, and I'm in a different city now and listening to similar protests outside my hotel window. Something you may come across in your travels these days and maybe a reason to ask for a room away from the street. Too bad they don't realize that annoying people and interfering with their vacation or work does NOT help their cause; quite the opposite. Also, on one side of the hotel, there is construction of a massive building going on, so you may encounter some of that noise starting at 8 a.m. weekdays. The hotel has a tram stop right by its front door which is helpful, but if I were to return to Brussels, I'd probably try to find a place closer to the train station for greater convenience. The room was very comfortable and I would still recommend it since the noise I encountered was varied and unpredictable.

Prima ligging met voldoende faciliteiten. Goede matrassen en kussens . Rustige kamer op 6 de verdieping. Wel heel prijselijk : ca . 200 € per nacht voor 2 persoonskamer . Walkable to every where. Lot of choice to eat, supermarkets, pharmacy. Breakfast is infamous. Seriously can not be worst. You can breakfast in a coffee shop downstairs or grab something from the supermarket across the hotel. Or, look for another 🏨 hotel.

The studio apartment was very roomy and spacious and never felt claustrophobic as it had high ceilings. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only thing I would have preferred is free drinks from the coffee machine in the reception. When we stayed at the Adagio in Paris, there were unlimited free drinks from the machine, but here in Brussels the drinks were not free. At least, they had a free water machine where we could fill up our water bottle for the day. Another good feature was the waffle making experience they laid on at the reception on Friday afternoon. The whole reception area was filled with the lovely sweet smell of the waffles being cooked.
