Room was mostly clean. Had to wash what appeared to be soap from the sink which leads me to believe they at least started to clean it, but not certain the toilet seat was cleaned since I wiped a stain off it. The rest of the room and linens were clean. The restaurant was decent. Not amazing, not terrible. A convenience in a small town after a long day. Wait staff was nice, though he did ask if we had a reservation?!? This is like a holiday inn with a restaurant in a small town with virtually no restaurants. Any expectation that we need a reservation was shocking - and furthermore if that is the expectation it should be clearly communicated on the hotel listing. We watching them turn away a group of six for this reason (even though only four tables were being used) but we got a table, so whatever. Just weird. Breakfast was good. The key reader for our door didn’t work. Had to go down and get a new key. Receptionist walked up to make sure it worked. It was slow but responded. After dinner had to get one again. Key was completely separate from anything that might have impacted it. Asked receptionist again. At first he told me try again it works. But then he came up. It did not work and he had to use his master key. Not a huge deal but interesting. It was nice enough. Clean enough. Convenient enough. Nothing to write home about, but just don’t expect much.

Le personnel était aimable et serviable. Grand parking. Restaurant simple mais bon. Les chambres auraient besoin d'être rénovées. Bruit de l'autoroute la nuit.

Excellent séjour qui débute dès l'accueil qui a été très agréable. Il a un espace pour se poser, en plus du bar. La chambre est très bien agencée, et reposante. Le petit déjeuner offre un choix exceptionnel avec une diversité de plats proposés. Nous avons eu une très belle expérience. Et un grand merci au réceptionniste pour son accueil.

Dans la chambre, le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement, ce qui rendait la prise de douche assez difficile. Deuxième petit bémol : il n'y avait aucun personnel au bar de l'hôtel pour nous servir. En revanche, le reste des équipements était tout à fait satisfaisant et l'ensemble de notre séjour s'est bien déroulé.
