We had a very good stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly during our stay. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was also convenient and the overall experience was very good. We would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

After checking in we entered our room, which had a stale smell. As it was very warm we opened the window only to find no security chain so we had to close it when we went out. There must have been a shortage of toilet roll as we had 1 full roll and about a 1/4 of a 2nd one. Next week come to the bar for refreshment and food. Our food order was promptly taken but the wait for it was slow. As to drinks, again slow to ask if we wanted any. We decided to settle our bill and go to the bar for our own drinks, not much better. Upon returning to our room for the night we found the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable giving us very little sleep. When we checked out we were asked if everything was ok. I told them about the bed and odoursome room only to be told there was some work to be done and mattresses to be replaced.

Kai who worked the bar/restaurant we found to be extremely helpful & friendly. We did not get her name but the young lady in the breakfast room was also lovely
