Quality Inn Holly Springs South

We stayed at 4 different hotels during our trip, and this was by far the cleanest hotel we stayed at.

There was a smell of mildew in the room, pink mold and hairs around the shower, visible urine stains on the toilet And the refrigerator was broken. I asked for a new room and I was told no. I said fine, Can you please at least Clean the room. I was told the room was cleaned and refrigerator was replaced. After I got back from work, I realized neither happened. I asked for a new room and I got one. The front desk attendant Told me to pack all my things and meet her at the new room and I gave her my old key. She said that since I didn’t have both keys, I could not get into the second room. I Told her it was probably packed in my bag, but she did not accept that and would not let me in the new room. I was literally sitting in the hallway with all of my belongings like a homeless person. I lost my purse in the process had to call and have my credit cards stopped. I thought it had been stolen, but it was at the pool because that’s the only place I had to go while I tried to figure out what I was gonna do because she wouldn’t give me the key the second room. I offered to pay for the lost key, but that was not good enough. I took videos of all of this and I’m sending them to corporate And my lawyer Never stay at this place. They do have a mold problem and a water problem because all of my clothes, stink like mildew and you feel like you’re being wrapped in a wet blanket when you walk in the room.

I had a very good experience the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful the room was clean and well kept I will definitely come back

I was very clean how ever, the beds we hard as a rock and the breakfast suck.

Started out stepping on a roach walking in to check into the hotel. Hotel had double doors but the outside doors were propped open. Check in was fine but took a little long. The unit did not smell right. I tried to lock the deadbolt on the door but it was very difficult to lock. After several minutes of trying, I raised the door and it finally locked. Was difficult to unlock the next morning. The a/c unit was turned on to 60 degrees but never really kept the room cool. There was a coffee maker but the part that covers the reservoir was missing. The toilet moved around when you sat on it. There was a lot of caulk applied to the base on the toilet. Breakfast was not good.
