The apartments comprise of 2 good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with separate utility area and a spacious lounge/diner. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances which include ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The apartments also have air conditioning and a good size balcony or terrace to sit and have something to eat or layout and relax in the sun. If damage or cleaning issues are not reported within 12 hours of your arrival, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance issues should also be reported so the property can be kept in good repair. You must contact the owner or Property Management Company to address any cleaning issues within 3 hours of your arrival. You will not incur additional charges if the following items are adhered to:No damage is done to the property or its content including the linens.No items are missing upon the inventory check.
