Não é bem um hotel. Mais para apart. Pessoal reduzido mas atencioso. Quarto bom, confortável. Terreno do hotel extremamente reduzido. Praticamente não há área social ou de refeições. Bem pequeno mesmo. Projeto arrojado que tentou resolver as limitações do espaço. Muitas, não conseguiu

The staff were amazing. They really were the highlight of our stay. Thank you so much for your help. The area near the hotel has many restaurants and it's a nice walk down to the port area and parks during the day. The room was OK. It needs some fresh paint and maintenance. We had issues with the shower door coming on/off track, the light above the fridge did not work, there were very faint stains on the duvet cover, and some small dark patches (mold?) starting in some corners of the ceiling.

The staff were amazing. They really were the highlight of our stay. Thank you so much for your help. The hotel is in a nice area and close to public services. Even if it is a hotel it was very cozy and home-like. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to visit and restaurants to eat. The room was very clean and full of amenities like a hot tub and sauna.

Hotel ja esta cansado, cama afundando, alem da casal serem 2 d solteiro com a divisao das camas no meio, colchao afundando, vc dorme caindo sempre p meio, muito ruim. Box do banheiro com borrachas soltando, piso manchado, precisa de manutenção e troca da cama com urgencia. De positivo o atendimento do Joao, nota 10.

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem localizado e funcionários super atenciosos. Quarto amplo e banheira de hidromassagem espetacular. Quarto possui, vaso separado da resto banheiro, duche e sauna. Cofre e frigobar além de muito espaço para guardar seus pertences. Tem uma sacada e próximo a muitos restaurantes. O único problema foi que teve um vazamento no teto próximo ao chuveiro que não conseguirem resolver e dormia com balde de várias toalhas no chão.

Hotel maravilhoso, muito bem localizado e funcionários super atenciosos. Quarto amplo e banheira de hidromassagem espetacular. Quarto possui, vaso separado da resto banheiro, duche e sauna. This hotel is one of the absolute best we have ever stayed at!! The double jacuzzi, the shower with 5 heads, the extremely comfortable bed, the amazing staff (especially Isaac who is ridiculously helpful!) and the wellness centre of it all !! We are so glad we get to come back for a couple nights, we have joked about cancelling the rest of our trip to just to stay here forever!

This hotel is one of the absolute best we have ever stayed at!! We really enjoyed our stay at The CasCalma Hotel, three weeks ago. It was centrally located in Buenos Aires. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, with a good king-size bed, good amenities in the room, including our own personal jacuzzi,in each of our rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful with good advice. The nature of the two rooms per floor makes you feel secure. This also creates a nice quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We got a good night's sleep because it was so quiet at night. Thank you CasaCalma from Brendan and John, from the UK.👍

This hotel is quite nice with two rooms per floor. The room was lovely but not practical. The chairs were very uncomfortable. The tiles in the bathroom area were very slick if water got on them. I slipped and fell because of that. It would be nice to have USB ports in the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was like staying at your cool friend's modern flat. Loved the minimalist design of the room which made it feel more spatial. Plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathroom was so much nicer than more expensive hotels. The Rain Shower with side jets and the separate Jacuzzi made it special. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars across the board but there were a couple of hiccups. The airconditioning would sometimes need to be reset. It was a simple fix that did not require the staff to enter the room but happened 4 times over 5 days. The toilet mechanism had some recurring issues and the breakfast was just okay. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will stay there again when back in Buenos Aires.

Very good and welcoming staff. Room amenities were excellent value for money. The “free” bottle of wine was nice and although it had been forgotten to be placed in the room. The letter in room confirming the gift of wine was a nice touch and the reception brought it very quickly. Highly recommend this hotel for visitors.

A hospedagem foi excelente! O quarto é muito confortável, com uma cama realmente ótima. A equipe está sempre à disposição para ajudar, e fomos muito bem tratados durante toda a estadia. Quando voltarmos a Buenos Aires, certamente retornaremos ao CasaCalma.

É a segunda vez que ficamos hospedados neste hotel em um intervalo de 13 anos, nos surpreendeu por haver mantido o padrão de qualidade no atendimento e conforto. Claro que há um certo desgaste do tempo, mas muito bem remediado pelo hotel. O quarto maravilhoso, com camas super confortáveis, e boa banheira e ducha. Ponto mais que perfeito é o atendimento do staff, em especial para Emily e Juan da recepção, tipo de funcionários difícil de se ver, dá para ver que gostam de pessoas, o que é essencial para tratar com público. Único ponto a melhorar, e que não manteve o padrão foi o café da manhã, apesar de ser bom, antes os ovos mexidos eram feitos na hora para cada hóspede, e agora fica pronto, e não fica fresco, a reposição também é ruim, pois esperam os itens acabarem completamente para repor de uma vez.

So we got there and the door wasn’t working. We had to wait outside of the hotel for around two hours so they got the door to open. We asked to get another room but they were like it’s too late for that and isn’t that and I was like oh my God, we just needed to sleep so we just take it and then in the morning we went out to get breakfast. We came back so we can get our things and the door wasn’t opening again and the fact that we had took a beer on the airport at a certain time that’s why I feel like they took too long trying to open the door and it was like a whole problem so I don’t know

The property is extremely centrally located…you can walk to most places which is saying a lot in Buenos Aires. The rooms are nice but what makes the property stand out is the front desk staff. Every one of them was amazing. They provided great recommendations on activities and booked several excellent tours. The most remarkable though was when we decided to go to a soccer match one night and asked for directions to give a cab driver. W Ed were in the cab when Emily, the manager, sent me a text saying that her staff had told her where we were going and she wanted to makes sure we were with a group and to be careful because it was not in a great part of town. If we got into any trouble to let them know. I thought that was above and beyond the level of service expected, and really something that can o ly be offered by an intimate hotel like Casa Calma. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

We really enjoyed our stay at The CasCalma Hotel, three weeks ago. It was centrally located in Buenos Aires. The rooms are really comfortable and spacious, with a good king-size bed, good amenities in the room, including our own personal jacuzzi,in each of our rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful with good advice. The nature of the two rooms per floor makes you feel secure. This also creates a nice quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We got a good night's sleep because it was so quiet at night. Thank you CasaCalma from Brendan and John, from the UK.👍

It was like staying at your cool friend's modern flat. Loved the minimalist design of the room which made it feel more spatial. Plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathroom was so much nicer than more expensive hotels. The Rain Shower with side jets and the separate Jacuzzi made it special. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars across the board but there were a couple of hiccups. The airconditioning would sometimes need to be reset. It was a simple fix that did not require the staff to enter the room but happened 4 times over 5 days. The toilet mechanism had some recurring issues and the breakfast was just okay. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will stay there again when back in Buenos Aires.

É a segunda vez que ficamos hospedados neste hotel em um intervalo de 13 anos, nos surpreendeu por haver mantido o padrão de qualidade no atendimento e conforto. Claro que há um certo desgaste do tempo, mas muito bem remediado pelo hotel. O quarto maravilhoso, com camas super confortáveis, e boa banheira e ducha. Ponto mais que perfeito é o atendimento do staff, em especial para Emily e Juan da recepção, tipo de funcionários difícil de se ver, dá para ver que gostam de pessoas, o que é essencial para tratar com público. Único ponto a melhorar, e que não manteve o padrão foi o café da manhã, apesar de ser bom, antes os ovos mexidos eram feitos na hora para cada hóspede, e agora fica pronto, e não fica fresco, a reposição também é ruim, pois esperam os itens acabarem completamente para repor de uma vez.

Très bon hôtel bien placé, accueillant. Les chambres sont propres. La pièce pour le petit-déjeuner est petite avec pas assez suffisamment de tables et le petit-déjeuner est bon mais pas exceptionnel. Cependant, il ne coûte que 8 US dollars. Le prix est peut être un peu élevé par rapport à ce que l'on trouve par ailleurs à Buenos Aires. Cependant, c'est un très bon hôtel. Je le conseille.

I booked Casa Calma for one night at the last minute. One room available. Turned out to be an excellent stay. The room was large, well furnished, contemporary design, comfortable bed, large walk-in shower, large modern jacuzzi tub (didn’t get to use, but wish I had). Wonderful location, within walking distance to tons of stuff. I will definitely stay here again.

My stay at Casa Calma hotel was an amazing while in Buenos Aries. It was the perfect hotel for my solo trip and while being in the downtown area made it in the center of all the major spots to walk to and see each day. The room was very clean and the having the hot tub and mini bar amenities was a nice touch for relaxing at the end of each long day in the city. This is the perfect place for a solo trip or a duo looking to getaway with a quiet spot to rest while visiting the city of Beunos Aries. They do also offer breakfast with a buffet style in a smaller setting which was perfect to energize before the day. On top of the place itself the staff was also great to meet and extremely helpful and polite during my stay. I note in particular one staff member Augustin who was helpful each day with places to check out and information about the city! They also were helpful in coordinating money exchanges right at the hotel with good rates and makes it a safe way to exchange bills during travel and avoiding exchange at the airport! Having knowledge and interactive staff while on a solo trip definitely helps make the overall experience! It was a pleasure to meet the staff I got to as it helped make memories of my time there for years to come. I would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone who travels to the City of Buenos Aries and I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity to do so in the future!
