Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean. The walls are thin so pretty much everything can be heard but for the price it was very nice.

Wonderful find. (A little hard to find the entrance in the dark) We arrived late after a walking tour in Salem. Our first room the heater didn't work and the guy from the office came down immediately, then moved us to another room. Both were CLEAN and well updated. We lamented that we were only staying the one night.

It would be nicer if there was some sort of rug in the room. The shower curtain had a very musty smell.

I get disappointed when I pay for a comfort and when I get to the place I only find discomfort, excessive smell does not mean cleaning, when I opened the bedroom door I almost got sick with the smell of some product that they sprayed in the environment. I asked them to change rooms, and I wasted my time, it didn't smell like fake cleaning but it smelled like dust, because it's having some kind of renovation, I tried to stay right there, but when I tried to use the bath, night the water was stopped in the bathtub, it was clogged, there was a lot of moisture and mold in the bathroom sink furniture. I realized that I would encounter many more problems and gave up on staying there. I asked for a refund of the amount paid and so far I haven't heard back. I hope they solve this because I ended up paying much more in another stay due to all this.
