The staff is great and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, although the only negative aspect is that they are not very soundproof, so you can often hear noise from the other rooms or the hallway. I really enjoyed the breakfast, which offers a great variety of both sweet and savory options. I also tried the spa and pool, and I really enjoyed them. The pool is great for the summer, although it is outdoors, so it is not suitable during colder months. Overall, I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel super bem localizado, em um bairro agradável e de frente para o rio. Quarto não é muito grande, mas é limpo e confortável. Tem café e chá disponível no quarto. Apenas o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções de pães, visto que era bastente limitado neste quesito, mas, ofereceram ovo mexido feito na hora , muito bom. Equipe e funcionários muito cordial. Próximo tem restaurantes, bares e sorveterias, aos quais nos deslocamos à pé..no máximo 5 a 10 minutos de caminhada. Paramos em Paraná como parte do trajeto, para descansar e foi excelente . Ficarei neste hotel novamente na próxima viagem.

Property is fine. The woman who checked me in was extremely rude. Rooms don’t have accessible access to outlets.

It’s my fourth time back and it never disappoints. The staff is friendly, helpful and supportive. Highly recommend it
