No Coca-Cola, i couple of days ,limited menu , did not have a few things after waiting, we found a great restaurant in the woods , or a short walk, , no hot water, very cold. bug bites

Check in real late, supposed to be double deluxe room ( it wasn’t) all inclusive food (limited aftr first day) , no water aftr checkin & every night.. we’ve stayed there before .. it was amazing… went back .. was horrible!! Staff very unappreciative of people that stay multiple days … not accomadating…Actually told me they were “ too busy” .. to adress the issues and I was the only one there in the lobby. …They were actually spooning pineapple juice froth into another glass just to make it appear like there was more and glass was only 3/4 full…. Don’t go there. Head manager is horrible at her job!!
