SpringHill Suites Ashburn Dulles North

There was a person smoking in the room next to me and I use an inhaler. I called staff multiple times for help and went to the front desk. No one helped me or offered a refund. This is a nonsmoking hotel. Do not stay here.

The room was clean. The breakfast and availability of coffee and tea were great. The main issue was the receptionist. She was overly rude and offensive. The way she handle the scheduling and shuttle derive was totally inappropriate and unacceptable. Courtesy, respect and appropriate manners as reflected by communication skills are absolutely necessary for all personnel at the front desk. This hotel has to seriously revise the character of her receptionist.

Good enough for the price, particularly in WDC area.

Clean room and great for quick stay, friendly staff at check in and out!
