Reception, well received, room clean and spacious. Breakfast good but your toasters are no good 😁

Red flag when we entered and the lobby revolving door had wood blocks bolting it to the floor so it was inoperable. Then dirty carpets in the elevator lobby and inside the elevator. Went up to our room and called about air conditioning not working. Were told the AC for the building was broken and wouldn't be fixed until tomorrow. It was 28 Celsius in our room. They offered and brought up two fans. One was not put together. Needed to open and attached the fan blades. Two rolls of toilet paper. One was used, half gone. The other roll was in wet packaging. Wanted to take a cold bath. The bath plug doesn't work and it would not hold water. We asked about the pool to cool off and were told it was closed for renovations. There was something on the mirror in the elevator all night. Maybe blood or a splattered tomato. Was all we could do to take a cold shower, and sleep without blankets with fans blowing on us all night. Left very early in the morning and will not be back I thought that a Wyndham location would be of some better standard. I do not know how this is even four star hotel

Air conditioning had issues. Room amenities were old.
