Don’t have breakfast

pool says hours were until 10 pm went down around 9.20 pm an it was completely dark and the dead bolt was on the door , so your key card would' not open it, the shower in the room, water did not drain properly, plus shower was not warm, at check out there was no one at the desk, called on phone, and they said just drop the key in the box, zero customer service.

We chose this hotel because it gave us the option online to choose a pet-friendly room as we were going to be traveling with our pup. However, when we arrived they told us we were lucky they had one available because you must call to reserve those rooms. But we were clearly able to choose the option online, our reservation and receipt both stated we booked a pet-friendly room. So I’m not sure what that was about. When we did get to our room it was absolutely disgusting! Poop on the toilet seat, some white substance on all of the counters, hair all over the bed sheets, and the floors looked like they had never been touched, the mirror was so dirty it was just a cloud. You couldn't even see through. Also, there was a smashed gummy on the floor which was very concerning since we had our dog with us. I gave it 2 stars because they did move us to another slightly cleaner room. It was a long miserable night for sure though.

Staff was responsive and helpful. Breakfast was good with hot and cold food choices. The location was also good. The property is old but updated the best they can. The walls are thin at it was a bit noisy. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. Nice pool with hot tub!
