Had a great weekend stay. Hotel was very nice and quiet. Pool area was very nice. Actual breakfast items provided.

All the rooms had a kitchen in it! Great with family. Quiet hotel. Kids had to share pullout couch, seperate king bedroom. Door could have used a lock thou. Bed was a little hard, but nothing can compare to your own bed. Hot tub was hot!! Was great

The pill are was very large and the water was warm. The rooms are huge. It was nice to have a full kitchen. The hotel had everything and more. The king bed had 6 pillows. It was a great stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great, friendly service; clean, comfortable, spacious room; pool and hot tub being open greatly appreciated; overall, great stay, we would stay at a Grandstay again.

The rooms where very spacious-bed was comfortably but it had an odour in the room -

The space was clean. Couch was tired and carpet needs replacing.

The room was nice but we had 1 wash cloth no tissues. The room wasn’t even straightened up the second day. No fresh towels. Only had one coffee pod. Dishes were clean but still in dishwasher. Just some missing amenities. The staff was courteous and responsive to requests.

When I got to my room it was not clean or ready for anyone to use it. Furniture was on bed and couch, and it looked like someone ransacked the room.

I checked into room, took off my shoes and socks got wet. they said that the carpet had been cleaned and was still wet. moved to another room, The tv remote didn't work in this room, had to put in number of channel you wanted to change. all else was ok. Have stayed here before and not gotton these issues.

Complaints: only 1 tissue left in box upon arrival. Gross food particles from someone else left in kitchenette sink. Plug-ins on lamps in bedroom (for charging devices) only work when lamp is ON, so you can't use them while you sleep in the dark. No plates, cups, glasses or bowls; limited utensils in kitchenette. Pillows were a bit too puffy so one isn't enough but two is too much. Not a fan (ceiling or vent) of any kind in the room. Tiny elevator. Very limited breakfast options. Scratchy toilet paper. Praise: bed was very comfy. Room was large. Plenty of space for hanging clothes. Room temperature is easily adjustable. Shower water temperature nice and hot. Good flushing toilet. Full size refrigerator. Dish soap and washcloth available in kitchenette, but also there is a small dishwasher. Some pots and pans and utensils available. Room darkening shades really work. Quiet room (3rd floor). Extra blankets available. Coffee maker, cook top, and toaster available. Nice soap and shampoo. Plenty of disposable cups in bathroom. Two large TVs (one in bedroom and one in living room space). Door closes fully between living room space and bedroom for privacy and quiet. Large bathroom and counter top space. Useful guidebook on table in room with local info. Easy, friendly check in and check out. Smoke free. Good coffee at breakfast. Not noteworthy: towels, carpets, chairs, furniture, artwork, decor, coffee packets in room (one regular and one decaf). Would stay again. Decent price.

Very clean property

Property was quiet and clean.

This is the second strike and sadly they’re out. So many issues. Used to be great, but cleanliness and property conditions are in decline. Staff is kind and helpful—just not enough of them. Unfortunately we won’t stay here anymore.

Room was clean and comfortable. There is a playground and basketball court on the backside of the hotel which are nice amenities until it is 10 pm and you want to sleep but all you hear is basketballs being dribbled. The breakfast was really good, best hotel we have stayed at in Faribault yet.

The rooms bathroom and kitchen were excellent and clean. Loved the separate bedroom and living space.

The room was spacious and a good bed .very clean , The staff was awesome I stayed with my handicap mother and they catered to her needs . The Hoya lift in the pool area was a wonderful tool if she needed it but they offered it none the less . We would definitely stay in the kitchen room again next time I’m visiting my family .

The breakfast options were the same almost every day and very limited. Go to the Faribault Family Breakfast or Crack of Dawn. TV didn't work properly. Couldn't turn off the TV unless we wanted to do a new channel scan each day. The front desk people were not always available.

I was pleased with all aspects of my stay. I only have one suggestion to make and it is in regards to safety. More specifically, something needs to be done to the bath tub base to minimize slipping. The tub base is just too slippery. Suggest you provide a mat or add a slip-resistant material to the base. Grab bars would also be helpful.

I loved how spacious it was. I wish it had smart tv’s so I could have watched my own Netflix, Amazon Video, etc accounts.

It was comfortable, a little noisy outside in the parking lot. We could hear people talking in the middle of the night outside the hotel.

Easy access to graduation site. Clean. Nice people. Special shoutout to the woman in charge of breakfast. Her attitude and demeanor to weary travelers was amazing.

Staff was great. I would like to say the gal that takes care of breakfast is amazing. Always staying on top of when items or drinks are low. Very professional.

The Hotel was fine, the front desk receptionist was very helpful especially since the Reservation Could NOT be found!! It was at least 20 minutes on the phone with Hotel.Com trying to get the reservation straightened out. What a DEBACHLE!

Friendly staff

Checked out early and was told I would be refunded the last night stay after having to leave early. However, this did not happen as Expedia could not receive confirmation from property of early check out. I talked with front desk staff and the assured me this would happen. However I have been stuck with a $177 charge because they could not do their job.

I have stsyed here several times while visiting my daughter. The staff are not approachable and look unprofessional. No greeting or smiles.

Great property. It was right off the freeway, but close to downtown Faribault. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveling through for a hockey game and this was perfect. Great, clean hotel, comfy bed ,conveniently located. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting the area

Although the property is somewhat dated, it is ample space and very quiet. The staff is professional. It was great to have a suite with kitchenette when there for hockey at SSM.

Some things weren’t super clean, like a spray of something on the outside of the bathroom door and a beverage ring on the arm of the sofa. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly. Our key cards wouldn’t always work. We were fine, comfortable, and it’s a nice place to stay in Faribault, as there are few great choices. This is by far the best. I’d make a better breakfast if I worked there. Real eggs, thick bacon, biscuits and gravy… all things that get other hotels great reviews. The bacon was overcooked and too thin. Eggs from a carton. American fries and French Toast sticks. Too many carbs. More fruit too. I’m truly not saying this to be mean. I just want to help out. I heard several folks mention the same things. Also, the kitchen took the entire bread offerings of Danish, muffins, bagels, out to refill. The refill should have happened in the back… refill a separate tray, then bring it to the breakfast area. People were wondering where it went. They wanted their bagels or muffins. But they weren’t seeing them. PB was old. Couldn’t peel it out of the container. Check dates. I’m truly

The facilities were clean and the room was nice. The only downside was the breakfast. Very limited choices and no fresh fruit such as bananas, apples or oranges.
