I used to travel three times a month for work for a span of 15 years. During that time, I stayed in several large chain hotels across the US so I would say that I am a seasoned traveler within the US. All of that to say that the room I stayed in was the stinkiest, dirtiest room I have ever seen. The shower smelled very strongly of dirty feet, there was brown debris on the base of the toilet (I didn't investigate for obvious reasons), and the room stunk really bad but I couldn't open a window and air it out. The carpet around the nightstands had a thick layer of dust around them, which I discovered when I dropped my watch behind the nightstand. Yes, I could have asked for a different room but in my experience, that never goes well and based on who I saw cleaning the rooms, my expectations were low on getting a cleaner room. The cleaning staff does not appear to be professional, so I don't believe they are trained on how to properly clean a room. The breakfast was good and the common area was clean, the desk staff was nice and helpful, unfortunately those things do nothing to offset the disgusting condition of the room.

One night stay. Great staff, clean and comfortable spacious room. Would stay again.

The staff at the front desk were awesome! The coffee maker, and microwave in my room did not work. Went down to breakfast both days, and was the only one there, but no regular coffee, only hot water and decaf coffee. Came back from Hampton Beach, no coffee.

Great stay , clean. Only problem is the logging into the internet it was always trying to sell the hotel points etc!

Clean, satisfactory, we were given complimentary waters on arrival.
