Seaport Resort and Marina

Parking was easy and nice had a smart tv so you can watch Netflix the staff was also very nice as well as the air conditioning

The pool was the only nice part about this hotel.

No hot tub but the rest was just fine,great pool

My stay at this hotel was just okay overall. While the location was convenient, the property itself could definitely use better upkeep and attention to cleanliness. It appeared that one side of the hotel has been newly renovated with updated rooms, but unfortunately I was placed in an older section that felt worn and not as well maintained. That contrast made the experience more disappointing, as it was clear there were better accommodations available. The customer service also left a lot to be desired. The employees were not particularly warm or accommodating, and interactions often felt more transactional than welcoming. What was most frustrating, however, was being double charged during my stay. I was told the issue would be corrected and that someone would follow up with me, but I never received a call or any resolution. Overall, the hotel has potential, especially with the newer rooms, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service would make a significant difference in the guest experience.

Nice room, comfortable bed. Heating unit for my room and another nearby room made a lot of noise and it was difficult to sleep. And charging or putting a hold on my card for $150 for just one night I was just looking to sleep was a bit much.
