スタッフの方々は皆優しく、フレンドリー且つ丁寧な対応でした。早く到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインしてくれたし、午後4時くらい発の飛行機だったため、ホテルの方がレイトチェックアウトにしてもいいと言ってくださいました。部屋は綺麗で掃除が行き届いていて、とても居心地が良かったです。唯一の難点は、コンセントの差し込みがうまく行かず、解決するのに時間がかかりました。

We have nothing to complain about during our stay. Very helpful and serviceminded people in the reception and Cesar, working everywhere it seemed like, had always a smile on his face and fixed whatever we asked him about. Breakfast was also fine and you just had to ask for omelets or other things and you got it. Never empty plates, so you didn't have to ask them to fill up. We appreciate that. This is not a super luxery hotel, if you are looking for that. More "home cosy".
