Everything was really great, except the hot tub wasn’t working, it was really hot in the pool area and the pool area needed some upgrades. Our room, the staff and the breakfast were excellent. Overall a really nice place to stay. We enjoyed it.

Room was just okay, it had not been vacuumed. Microwave didn't work and shower was out of products. Location of room made the hallway noise bad. Parking was great. Breakfast was very good, fresh and attendant kept it well stocked.

Pool was out of order following the hot tub being down 3 years and now has concrete over it. Hot Breakfasts was bad including burnt omelets, raw fried potatoes, and mostly empty. Dining room floor and tables were dirt. Had to ask for the tv remote constantly as it was put away. Water with lemon was nasty probably hadn’t been changed in days. The management of this hotel has really gotten bad. We stay here annually but may not be back next year.

The stay was the worst I have ever had. there was suppose to be a hot tub but it's been down for 2 years the pool had a lot of dirt in it. There was water damage in the bathroom in room 211. And a hole in the ceiling on the first floor before you got on the elevator

Not at all up to Hampton standards. I literally had to wait at the front desk for 20 minutes until someone showed up to check me in. She didn't go over the usual relevant info one receives upon check in: how to get to your room, where the pool and gym are located, what time breakfast is served, etc. The room was dusty. The hot tub was empty.

The pool wasn’t real clean didn’t really smell chlorine, salty 🤔 , hot tub not goin and was not told when booked or check in that it wasn’t available… maids did not vacuum our room when we left for them to clean our room . Food was good most staff friendly !

Not a good stay, people up above us were so loud and when something was said to the front desk nothing happen they continued to stomp around till well after midnight. Water pressure was horriable hard to even get the soap rinsed from our hair. The beds were hard and pillows were flat. The pool.was freezing and the hottub was not working. For the price I expect better. On a positive the breakfast was very good!

Very nice hotel. Picked a spacious room was very pleased with it. Nice breakfast choices, friendly staff, very clean overall. Shower head/pressure was a bit lacking, my only complaint. Pool was closed, but we knew that when booking.

Have stayed here several times. With two young kids, the twin queen suite is the way to go. Its huge as far as hotel rooms go. Hampton is always clean, quiet, they have a good breakfast, and its a excellent value

No HOT WATER!!! WATER ORESSURE IS TERRIBLE. In three nights, room was not cleaned once. When I checked in, my room was missing cups, the shower soap was empty, and the conditioner was out. Shampoo was nearly out. Since there was little warm water and so little water pressure, the shower experience was terrible.

Front desk training not good enough. Checked in wrong, key card never worked, can hear neighbor too easily through walls, had 6 bogus charges on my account that I had to have removed, staff didnt clean room the one day we wanted them to, etc.

They cancelled our hotel room 2 hours prior to check-in stating the hotel had been overbooked. This was with calling and confirming our room five days earlier. Refused to help in finding another hotel and didn’t offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience we had scrambling to find another hotel room during NASCAR weekend. Ended up having to pay more for one of the last rooms in the area. Won’t be making reservations here again.

We were there three nights and I didn't see a staff person at the desk when I walk in or walked out. I was not told when I made the reservation or when i did check in that we wouldn't get room cleaned every day.. we left the room on the second day at 11:00 am, came back hours later and the room hadn't been cleaned. Let the customer know what they are paying for.

BEWARE this hotel will down grade your room without notice. We booked a large two queen bed suite with sofa bed and upon arrival we’re told our room was not available. We were put into a much smaller room, with king bed. We did not realize the switch and bait until we were upstairs and opened the room door. The tiny, NOT suite room room smelled musty, like wet dog and had stains in the carpet so disgusting we immediately went back down to the lobby. When approached the front staff was rude and argumentative. This scene occurred at 11:30 PM and resulted in re- packing our luggage into the car and leaving. BEWARE this hotel will down grade your room without notice. We booked a large two queen bed suite with sofa bed and upon arrival we’re told our room was not available. We were put into a much smaller room, with king bed. We did not realize the switch and bait until we were upstairs and opened the room door. The tiny, NOT suite room room smelled musty, like wet dog and had stains in the carpet so disgusting we immediately went back down to the lobby. When approached the front staff was rude and argumentative. This scene occurred at 11:30 PM and resulted in re- packing our luggage into the car and leaving. Room was just okay, it had not been vacuumed. Microwave didn't work and shower was out of products. Location of room made the hallway noise bad. Parking was great. Breakfast was very good, fresh and attendant kept it well stocked.

Not a good stay, people up above us were so loud and when something was said to the front desk nothing happen they continued to stomp around till well after midnight. Water pressure was horriable hard to even get the soap rinsed from our hair. The beds were hard and pillows were flat. The pool.was freezing and the hottub was not working. For the price I expect better. On a positive the breakfast was very good!

Very nice hotel. Picked a spacious room was very pleased with it. Nice breakfast choices, friendly staff, very clean overall. Shower head/pressure was a bit lacking, my only complaint. Pool was closed, but we knew that when booking.

Pool was out of order following the hot tub being down 3 years and now has concrete over it. Hot Breakfasts was bad including burnt omelets, raw fried potatoes, and mostly empty. Dining room floor and tables were dirt. Had to ask for the tv remote constantly as it was put away. Water with lemon was nasty probably hadn’t been changed in days. The management of this hotel has really gotten bad. We stay here annually but may not be back next year.

I would not return. I spent over $200.00 a night for a queen suite with my 2 daughters. Housekeeping apparently only comes when you check out. So I had to go to the front desk after they did not come after the first night to find that out. I had to request new towels. Which I will also mention that the towels were the worst quality I have ever experienced at any hotel. The chairs in the room for the desk are extremely uncomfortable. A few USB plug-ins were not working in the room. Our room door did not shut completely on its own. Had to manually push or pull it shut. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Only one elevator was working while we were there, so long waits or stairs. There is major light that seeps into the room in the morning. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only upside is the pool was a decent size and they had the fridge cool when we got into the room. This stay was a major bummer for our trip.
