Clean rooms and right next to the arena. Walls are very thin!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this Marriott Hotels location. Based on the brand’s reputation, I expected a certain level of cleanliness and comfort, but this property fell far short. The room was very outdated, especially the bathroom, which clearly needs renovation. More importantly, the overall cleanliness was lacking. The space did not feel fresh, and the carpet had an unpleasant odor that made the room uncomfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. I was abruptly awakened by a neighboring guest screaming loudly during sex, which was extremely disruptive. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and have never experienced anything like that coming through the walls. It made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel felt more like a low-tier motel than a Marriott. It did not meet the standard I expect from this brand, and I would not stay here again.

Very disappointed there was NO HOT water in the morning to shower. Let water run way longer than necessary in hopes of getting it hot... Hand washed and left not to return again.

Nice hotel. Perfect if you’re doing anything at the convention center or coliseum.
