Le pire rapport qualité/prix rencontré. Plus de 300 usd/nuit pour un local en sous-sol aménagé en chambre, à côté d’autres locaux techniques. Pas d’insonorisation, douche type hôpital public, une fenêtre "soupirail" obstruée par une palissade. Pas de ménage quotidien en 4 jours. Bref, le bonheur !

Highliner Hotel was just perfect for our one night stay in Anchorage. The place was very clean and in a good part of town very walkable to nice restaurants and breweries. The bed and pillows were the excellent, incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend. Just the quaint vibe we were looking for.

Original room was having dripping issues. When I went to go into it, I was locked out. The hotel decided to change my room because of the dripping without telling me. That is ok, but…they changed me to a different hotel that was over a mile away. Had to order a second ride to get there and was a bit cranky as it was 11 pm. The second hotel was not close to the preferred location of the hotel we booked. Thus, the entire next day was not walkable and we had to order several more rides we weren’t expecting. A real “miss” by the decision makers and a complete whiff on communication.
