Bay View Inn

Rooms are gorgeous, large beds with comfortable bedding, fireplace and balconies. The staff is fantastic. While I was there inquired about the murder mystery dinner and she took me around to see all of the room choices so I could pick a special room for our 30th anniversary. Looking forward to my next stay

Clean room. No in room tv distractions. Sitting room on 2nd floor that was nice to have morning offee and play a game of chess or read. Old timey feel. Had a happy hour apparently fpr a drink & snack but with plans i missed it.

Bed and breakfast feel. Very nice staff, clean and historic.

We have always liked the Bay View Inn for it's uniqueness and quaintness.. What we did not like is the "peak pricing" sliding scale. We know its a small, boutique hotel, but to go from $129 to $172 in 2 days.. that's a 33% increase. I could understand if we were in a major metro area over a holiday.. but this was just a regular weekend, and not in a 5 star hotel. Sad, what the industry has (corporately) come to!
