Loews Atlanta Hotel

The room I received had stains in the carpet as well as the sofa and rips all over the desk chair. Scratches all over the desk, side tables. Assistant manager came to room took pictures to send to his manager. I was given a suite (which did not offer the double beds but a sofa bed and king bed) this was for two night with my son as he was moving out of a dorm. The suite offered no hot water in the shower and frankly I was so grossed out from the wear and tear of the rooms. I tried to get a room at several other hotels but most were sold out for the evenings I needed. You might think getting a suit was better but it was not. It did not accommodate my travel needs. I will not be staying here again.

Excellent experience. Clean, up to date, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Rooms were large and very comfortable.

Great experience. Room was awesome. Gym was amazing. Front desk and valet couldn't have been nicer, more accommodating and friendlier. Overall wonderful experience
