My stay was good. The rooms are nice, but at the cost of the room, it is ridiculous to charge $10.00 per day to park. The cost of the room is almost $200.00 dollars a night and at that price, parking should be included. Will look for other hotels where parking is included in the price

For 10 years my wife and I always stay here. However he was disappointed that the pool was no longer there which is stated online that you guys have a pool. My wife was sick Saturday night call housekeeping and it stated that I have to call the night before in order to get them. Don't get me wrong the hotel location is perfect and the rooms are spotless but this will be my wife and I last time here. I had great memories

The elevator was very slow. And the properly front entrance was difficult to find. The neighborhood was noisy with sirens and traffic. The room was very comfortable. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

THE STAFF ROCKED, the room was great, the bed was comfortable! Our only complaints about the property were that the dryers did not dry our clothes (after two rounds and a lot of quarters, we still had to hang dry our clothes, and the lack of ports to charge our phones. NOT one USB available in our rooms (not even a lamp), and we didn't have enough charging bricks with us (which we should have brought more), but in this day and age, we thought surely we wouldn't need them!

The only objection I have was I was told upon checkin that there would be no parking fee chaged. However, at checkout there was a $10. parking fee charged to my room and I didn't have time to fight it.

Over-all, where it counted, I gave the property a 5 star. The room was much nicer than most (at least I liked the layout) and the breakfast was pretty nice, and I liked the ability to go directly into the hotel from the garage though whoever built the property could have done a better job of aligning the garage with the actual floor levels. Our room was facing the busy street and did have road noise all night if you are a light sleeper. One elevator was out during our visit, which caused some delay but not too bad and don't expect that to be the case all the time. Breakfast staff was very accommodating and friendly but since we did not get daily maid service, cannot speak to that staff.

My stay was okay. One of the elevators was out and the property couldn’t give a date when it would be prepared. Also, having to pay for parking on top of the cost of the room is ridiculous. The property should have given parking for feee given the elevator was broken

Stayed here for 10 days in July 2024. It felt like home. Breakfast was pretty standard fare but it was good quality. Very quiet even in a room facing the freeway. Close to everything. Responsive staff and spotless. We would stay here again!

Not a winner. My room smelled bad (stale, old cooking type odor). Basic service (clean towels, trash emptying) was supposed to be daily but my room got nothing. Staff was nice enough and breakfast was decent.

Check-in was good. However, when entering the room it had a smell to it. The bathroom floor was dirty and there were dirt splatters on the walls. When lifting up the matresses for a bug check it was disgusting (stains on the bed skirt, dirty sock, hair, dirt, ans dust wre under the mattress. The carpet was old and bed was sagging from use. When attempting to go to bed we heard what sounder like water leaking through the ceiling but come to find out it had to have been just the sound od the shower feom the room above us - never could hear somwthing like that before. Definitely will not return!

We waited at the front desk for check in for about 10 minutes before someone showed up. Honestly the rugs in the halls and elevators were not very clean The room was nice enough. The bowls were ridiculously small and dishes were left in the dishwasher. And kitchen floor was sticky.

The room was very nice, however, the air conditioner shut off before we went to sleep. We called down to the front desk and were told to press the down arrow key (which we had done numerous times as well as changing the fan mode and turning it off and on again). It was quite uncomfortably hot all night so we barely slept. We mentioned it to the front desk in the morning and they were very apologetic. We also got charged for garage parking even though we parked outside so they reversed the charge and gave us 2 bottles of water. We then left a cooler with insulin in it in the room and called. Mike was SO incredibly helpful locating it for us as well as addressing our other issues. The whole daytime front desk staff were terrific.

The staff was great but the initial room we stayed in had the AC broken and when I asked them to look at it they just turned it off. We came back and it was almost 80 degrees in the room. They moved us to another room and it smelled like straight chemicals so we had to move back to the first room and had to just deal with the temperature.

Rooms are relatively large, gym is excellent for a hotel and the breakfast bar is far better than most other hotels. This has become our new go-to when in the DMV.

My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill was overall average. It was quite uncomfortably hot all night so we barely slept. We mentioned it to the front desk in the morning and they were very apologetic. We also got charged for garage parking even though we parked outside so they reversed the charge and gave us 2 bottles of water. We then left a cooler with insulin in it in the room and called. Mike was SO incredibly helpful locating it for us as well as addressing our other issues. The whole daytime front desk staff were terrific.

We waited at the front desk for check in for about 10 minutes before someone showed up. Honestly the rugs in the halls and elevators were not very clean The room was nice enough. The bowls were ridiculously small and dishes were left in the dishwasher. And kitchen floor was sticky.

My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Springfield Old Keene Mill was overall average. The location is convenient, especially for getting around Springfield and nearby areas, and the hotel itself has a modern look from the outside. The elevator was very slow. And the properly front entrance was difficult to find. The neighborhood was noisy with sirens and traffic. The room was very comfortable. And the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great place, can't really think of anything negative to say about it. Also, the hotel is next to shopping plaza with many places to eat next to it. We did not mind driving 15-30 mins to downtown Washington so it worked well for us.

Over-all, where it counted, I gave the property a 5 star. The room was much nicer than most (at least I liked the layout) and the breakfast was pretty nice, and I liked the ability to go directly into the hotel from the garage though whoever built the property could have done a better job of aligning the garage with the actual floor levels. Our room was facing the busy street and did have road noise all night if you are a light sleeper. One elevator was out during our visit, which caused some delay but not too bad and don't expect that to be the case all the time. Breakfast staff was very accommodating and friendly but since we did not get daily maid service, cannot speak to that staff.

Limited choices for breakfast. There was no option for meat. Everyone can't eat pork. It would be nice to have a substitute like turkey bacon or chicken sausage. Also, there was no fruit in the choice.

Ubicación cercana a los sitios que deseaba conocer. Mucho ruido tanto del aire acondicionado del cuarto pequeño que se encuentra en la habitación como de la parte vial que rodea el hotel. El aseo es regular y no arreglan la habitación diariamente.

Cleanliness this trip was not to the expected standard. Noticed a long black hair on the bathroom door, a piece of some kind of food under the desk ... not good. Then, the bar seemed under-stocked. (One mid-level bourbon choice.) Add the noisy construction in the main lobby in the breakfast hours, and this was not a favorite stay.

Clean room, standard breakfast. The parking deck is a nice feature, with a sense of added security, though it is extra ($10 per night). The front desk staff when we arrived could've been friendlier, but gave us the information we needed. We did run into the cleaning staff, the lady was very nice. My problem with the property, is that it faces significant thoroughfares on two sides. Perhaps the "interior" sides facing the shopping center / parking deck are quieter, but the outside was loud practically all night. I got very little rest even with earplugs, it felt like I was back in Milan in my twenties, sleeping in a street facing apartment on Viale Umbria. Bonus feature is that you can practically walk to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.

The only issue we had was that the tv wasn’t working when we went to the room. We called 3 times to the desk and finally on the last day we got it fixed. Someone unplugged the tv from the power. Otherwise the stay was very good.
