This hotel wasn’t a typical Hilton. I always stay in Hilton Garden Inn hotels and this one was not it, very disappointed with the lack of resturant and bar/ lounge and also the buffet breakfast. This hotel didn’t have a sit down restaurant just a grill in back where someone cooks your order. The bar from what I could see only had wine and beer, no mixed drinks/ liquor. The lobby area was lighted and sunny not cozy and welcoming and some place you can just chill out and enjoy drinks. Very disappointed with this Hilton hotel. This was a first for me. Unbelievable that it was Hilton garden inn. Won’t ever stay again

Breakfast experience was horrible. One of the employee was out of control and started shouting to the customers. There was lot of confusion, luckily other employees jumped in and tried to control the situation. But needs lot of improvement to give positive and best experience to the customers.

Elevator call button was broken and a bell had to be rung everytime we needed to go up to our room for staff to run and push some “secret” call button. We were told it’s been weeks, if not months, like this. I was there for business and the computer and printer were gone/broken. It did not list this when I booked and I was told by staff it has not worked in over a year of their employment there. Ridiculous! I had to drive around town to print work documents I needed. The trash outside the entrance was overflowing all over the ground. I would not stay here again. Plenty of better maintained hotels right down the road.
