Everything was very close to the property such as restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. There was security at the entrance which felt very safe. There were also several activities both on the lake and around the village such as mini golf, pickle ball, the pool, etc. The apartment was super cute and well kept, will definitely be coming back!

Property was much more beautiful and desirable than we realized. We did not know that it was on the waterfront, or that there was a splendid 4 mile walking trail a few steps from our front door. We were pleasantly surprised.

The community is gated and secluded where it is so beautiful, quiet and serene. The units are well equipped and a real bargain for what you get. The property is a timeshare community so there are lots of amenities such as grills, picnic tables, a pool, hot tub, etc. we went in January so we didn’t use the pool, but we have used it on a different trip and was wonderful. The decor is a bit 80’s dated, but is very clean and workable. The bed was comfortable, the couch was even more comfy! This resort has everything you could want for a quiet mountain weekend. There are plenty of hiking trails, and the Coleman Quartz mine is only minutes away. We ate at the Home plate Cafe which seemed like a local favorite and I can see why, it was great! We have stayed before and will stay again. Be careful and slow driving after entering the gate, they will pull you over if you speed!

I love that the resort was safe and secluded. You had to have a clearance to enter the village. The studio that we were in was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Saturday night we ate at a local restaurant called the Wine Down that was on the resort the food was very good. The walking trail to the lake was nice the area was very peaceful and the weather was nice. Carrie at the resort was very professional and our check in and check out was very easy. We will be returning and getting the 2 bedroom apartment.

Nice place, but walls are paper thin and you can hear and feel every movement from the above unit. Management was very nice and helpful. The setting was beautiful and the pool area was very nice.

Super nice area. Only complaint would be getting in through the security gates. As hotel guests, you go through guest drive every time and traffic backs up easily. This was after we had went through security and had a ticket in our windshield. This is no fault of Los Lagos but only thing we had to complain about. They are duplex’s but you can’t hear your neighbors at all. Would highly recommend

This is in Hot springs village about 30 minutes away from hot springs. It is a nice gated community and you are on lake DeSoto. There are walking/ running trails and a Marina on the property where there is food and water rentals. So much fun stuff to do. I highly recommend this place.

We played golf there in Hot Springs Village and it was super convenient. Enjoyed all the space with a deck that looked over the lake. We will definitely return.

Brought the family for a 4 day get away somewhere different and we are glad we went to Hot Springs Village. The resort was perfect and exactly what we where hoping for. The lake and beach was very clean and the water was clear. The room was nice and clean and the staff was cery professional. Unfortunately they did have an issue with the pool so it was closed but we spent time at the beach when the kids wanted to swim. We will definitely be going back.

This was the worse stay we have had at a resort in over 20 years. The bathroom was not clean, the floors were sticky, the beds were uncomfortable, but none of that compared to the other guests causing disturbances. The walls are really thing and the other guests were yelling and screaming constantly, played loud music and TV, their kids would ring the doorbells and ran off, they slammed doors, beat on the walls, and stomped on the floor...until 2:00am EVERY night. Management sent multiple group texts to ALL guests at the resort about the behavior but there was no resolution.

We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway to Hot Springs. The price point fit our budget on this quick trip. We opted for the small efficiency place, and next time, I would spend the extra money for a patio or balcony for coffee in the morning. Loved that the condo was on a lake with a beautiful walking trail. The bed was not comfortable, and the dishes in the cabinet had dried food and greasy fingerprints on them. Our particular condo could use some updating and some better attention to detail, but overall, it was a lovely weekend and I would definitely stay here again. I will upgrade to a nicer unit next time. Lots of options to eat downtown. DeLucca pizza was delicious! The German beergarden was a nice place to have a beer for Oktoberfest, but the food was just ok.

Property was pretty. And the staff were super nice. We just needed a weekend away. Our only complaint was that the fridg hadn't been turned on so it was a little moldy and we had no ice. But the staff were quick to clean it and fixed it up. I don't really think that is a normal problem. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We booked this trip for my birthday get away, and it was just not it. The pool was nasty, there was a bug in my sister bed, I had a spider in my washer unit, and you can’t even lower the a/c past 72 because you can damage the unit. Plus it’s a door to two other doors that enter different rooms. It is not up to date either ! So we cut our 3 day trip short and booked another hotel, o on top of that they will charge you for the most stupid stuff, like if you don’t take out the trash, that’s a charge, like why have people to do the cleaning if they can’t even take the trash out? So now I know to stay in town, I rather just pay over price hotel for allowing to use everything. I wish I could just get my money back. For the days I did not stay there.

The stacked washing machine and dryer that came with the room was very convenient. The view from the balcony was lack luster.The extremely loud pool pump noise ruined the whole balcony experience. Beds were comfortable but the fact the headboards were not attached properly to the frame and hit the wall everytime you moved made sleeping difficult and it was like this for both beds! The spa tub only worked on one setting full blast.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The WIFI was not good and the HVAC had to be kept within a couple of degrees to not freeze the units up per the property. Other than that a very nice place to visit.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love coming here. The atmosphere is wonderful if you need to unwind from everyday life. The room is clean and is a home away from home. This particular stay we had a VERY uncomfortable bed. It was so bad my husband got up all three nights and slept on the couch. Only reason we didn’t give it a 5 star across the board.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love coming here. The atmosphere is wonderful if you need to unwind from everyday life. The room is clean and is a home away from home. Our stay here was simply amazing! The place is described perfectly…. We had one mishap at check in and although the office was closed Mrs. Carrie did not hesitate to make sure we were taken care of. We will most definitely be back.

We had an issue the first day and it was quickly resolved. The staff is great. The property needs a little updating but was awesome overall. Will stay again.

We had an issue the first day and it was quickly resolved. The staff is great. The property needs a little updating but was awesome overall. Will stay again.

We have stayed in Los Lagos several times and we are never disappointed. It is very laid back, very clean, quiet, and very reasonable prices. Anytime there was a concern or question, the staff is always very quick to respond and make sure our needs are met. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Hot Springs.

After traveling for almost 8 weeks, my 3-night stay here was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I arrived after a very long drive (10 hours) and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door of this unit. It was a lot homier than a regular hotel room. It is further from downtown Hot Springs, but really not that long of a drive about 15 miles. It’s nice and quiet up here and there is a lovely grocery store just outside the gate. After restaurants and convenience food, I was excited to fix a meal for myself. My last day here I spent just chilling and watching TV, which is exactly the break I needed from all my traveling. There is a small stacking washer and dryer in the foyer shared by the unit next to me which was a great bonus. The kitchen has basic pots, utensils and dishes. I wish they had put salt and pepper shakers out because there was nothing. A toaster would’ve been a nice addition as well, but there is a coffee maker. All in all I was very pleased with my stay. I’m glad I had booked this type of unit for the rest that I needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everyone was very welcoming and the property was clean and well maintained. The location allowed us fairly easy access to state parks, national parks and all the things offered in Hot Springs.

This is in Hot springs village about 30 minutes away from hot springs. It is a nice gated community and you are on lake DeSoto. There are walking/ running trails and a Marina on the property where there is food and water rentals. So much fun stuff to do. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was very close to the property such as restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. There was security at the entrance which felt very safe. There were also several activities both on the lake and around the village such as mini golf, pickle ball, the pool, etc. The apartment was super cute and well kept, will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway to Hot Springs. The price point fit our budget on this quick trip. We opted for the small efficiency place, and next time, I would spend the extra money for a patio or balcony for coffee in the morning. Loved that the condo was on a lake with a beautiful walking trail. The bed was not comfortable, and the dishes in the cabinet had dried food and greasy fingerprints on them. Our particular condo could use some updating and some better attention to detail, but overall, it was a lovely weekend and I would definitely stay here again. I will upgrade to a nicer unit next time. Lots of options to eat downtown. DeLucca pizza was delicious! The German beergarden was a nice place to have a beer for Oktoberfest, but the food was just ok.

I love that the resort was safe and secluded. You had to have a clearance to enter the village. The studio that we were in was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Saturday night we ate at a local restaurant called the Wine Down that was on the resort the food was very good. The walking trail to the lake was nice the area was very peaceful and the weather was nice. Carrie at the resort was very professional and our check in and check out was very easy. We will be returning and getting the 2 bedroom apartment.

I traveled with my six year old son. He absolutely loved the stay and didn’t want to return to Texas. He especially enjoyed the close access to the beach area at the lake. I especially appreciated the safety, quiet, the beautiful views and hikes, and the kitchen access in the room. We cooked every meal, so that came in handy.

We have stayed here several times with no issues but this time the wifi didn’t work at all. We called the office and she told me to reset the router in the B unit which I am lucky we had both A and B. I was told if that didn’t work it was nothing they could do because it was a busy weekend and everyone was fighting over the wifi. Honestly the grounds wasn’t full at all but even if it was you need to figure out a better way to make sure the wifi works.

This place is really outdated. The Internet did not support streaming the entire trip, but it states they offer free wifi. I mentioned it to the front desk the second day, and they stated it was a network issue and was "working on and off". There were no charging ports. The tvs are really old (not smart tvs), but they did have HDMI ports. We were able to connect Xbox and use our personal mobile hotspot data to stream shows at night. We requested a late check out (would have been willing to pay a fee) but were told we had to be out by regular check out at 10:00 am as the room was booked for the day of our check out and needed to be cleaned for turn around. There appeared to be multiple empty units. The jetted tub jets did not work the first night. I mentioned it the second day to staff, and they sent maintenance staff to the room. He showed me that you sometimes have to hit the test and/or reset buttons on the electrical outlets across the room from the bathtub sometimes to make it work. There were no instructions on that anywhere that I saw. I did get a promotional credit from one key cash that this place accepted when similar properties wouldn't that reduced the payment by around $40. I would rather pay the difference for an updated room.

It was perfect for our family of four. We booked both A/B apartments so the kids could sleep in a bed, not on a couch and it couldn’t be better. Ample room to relax and both apartments come with kitchens for you to make your own meals and save $$ while on vacation. This truly made our vacation relaxing. Checking in was a bit tricky but you get messages from the host with clear directions and they have an after-hour number you can call for any issues you run into. Will definitely book again and highly recommend!
