Si on arrive à pied, il ne faut pas chercher l’hôtel mais demander dans n’importe quel hôtel du quartier: c’est plusieurs établissements qui fonctionnent ensemble. La décoration est extraordinaire, la chambre grande et propre.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter und ein kleiner Transportservice vom und zum Hotel in der Altstadt machen den Aufenthalt angenehm, da das Hotel nicht vom Taxi angefahren werden kann.

We had a lovely stay, we had no idea that there was a series of five or six different hotel buildings in this area that they assign you to. But they were also so nice. They even upgraded us to a very large room. It was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

The staff was exceptional - brought us plenty of extra coffee, extra water and flat sheets upon request. The room was ultra spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

The quality of accommodations is very different depending on buildings and rooms. We changed 3 rooms before we finally were happy with the view, the noise isolation, all amenities working properly. The first one was noisy with windows facing to the hall instead of promised city view. Running and yelling children woke up at 4. The second room had issues with plumbing. Water would not drain in showers. We realized that almost at midnight (when started to take shower). By the time they removed water with pump, we slept very late. Only after multiple complains and escalation the property manager arranged to give us the room we enjoyed where everything was as advertised. If we originally were given a room with noise isolation, city view, and working showers, I would give 5 stars. I recommend that the property is transparent how different their accommodations are in different buildings.
