We loved our appartement. We got access to the terrace from our appartment. Very clean and confortable, close to the underground (metro) and lots of lovely restaurants nearby. The staff is great and very helpful!

A great fine in London. We stayed 10 nights. Perfect location -- 1 block off Earl's Court Road --shops, taxis, grocery stores, Earl Court tube. Spacious room/apartment. WASHER/ DRYER. Everything you need in the kitchen. We ate many meals in. And kind, helpful front desk staff. We did not go to their garden in the back because it was toooo cold out. We will be back .

Lovely hotel, it was my third time staying here. Great staff, very clean room, and centrally located in Kensington area. The room with the access to courtyard is fantastic.

The apartment was super-nice with very courteous staff taking care for guests 24/7. Absolutely recommendable. We had a very nice, cozy, freshly renovated and clean apartment. The concierge was super-helpful and always available. From the first moment, we felt like being at home. When they needed to enter the apartment to repair things, they made sure that we were comfortable with the timing. Watch out: the oven includes a microwave (we were not aware of this). It is a very calm neighborhood with little traffic, so easy to relax and sleep.

Loved the location and having such a big apartment room/ had a large bathroom as well. But the aircon was broken upon arrival and nobody informed me until I complained about how hot it was in the room. There was also a weird smell in the room as if someone had been cooking and not having aircon made it worse. But when I told them I booked this hotel just for the AC they agreed to issue a partial refund.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The stay was convenient with many restaurants around Earl’s Court station and several supermarkets in a walking distance. The surrounding atmosphere was nice and quiet, the staffs were friendly, and I was able to enjoy and feel at home during the stay. Just two things…the card reader was incompatible with my credit card so it took me about an hour to check in, and the washing machine broke (well it wasn’t actually the washing machine itself but the the machine vibrated so much that the fittings came off and out of the installation under the kitchen) on the final day. Overall the stay was nice.

From the condition of the room itself to the not so helpful front desk at the time of check-in this place was not worth spending a dime! We had to carry our luggages up the stairs while no one would be willing to help us. The bathroom sink was clogged up and so the water wouldn’t go down for days! We brought this up a few times to the front desk and each time we were promised them to fix it but it would never get fixed. The shower had a leak as well and water was running inside the tub all day! On a random Wednesday at noon and while we are recovering from our jet lag, sirens went off for fire and we had to take the stairs through other properties and evacuate only to know that this is a test alarm. Not sure why this was never communicated to us before hand. There are no phones in the rooms and your only communication with the front desk is to actually go downstairs. Looking at the nearby areas, there are lots of other and better properties you can chose from. Never this place.

Great location. Nice place but the AC wasn’t working. It was very hot in the night to sleep even though they gave us 2 fans. Important information we didn’t get before booking, they come to clean once a week which for me doesn’t work. I am a neat freak so I spent time cleaning. If I had this information I would have opted for an Airbnb. I didn’t pay over £300 a night to spend my time cleaning and sweating crazy at night. Bathroom didn’t have a telephone shower, for we ladies it’s a bit difficult to clean up well. Other than that it could have been great. Staff however are very friendly.

Wi-Fi was excellent and staff were friendly. Apartment was basic and didn't feel cozy but we warmed up to it. Kitchen met our needs but we didn't end up cooking much. Access to groceries was good, the nearby M&S provided an excellent selection of prepped meals so the oven/microwave was all that we used. Bed was comfortable enough. Access to the underground was perfect! We had a noisy plumbing issue which I should have been more insistent on them dealing with it sooner but I ended up getting an adjustment on my invoice.

The rooms are larger than a regular hotel room and well equipped - washer/dryer, stove, dishes, dining table. The area is quiet and close to restaurants (mostly ethnic or pubs) and close to the Earl's Court tube station for easy commuting. Staff is pleasant and responsive to requests

This was a perfect solution for us. We were in London for 12 days, wanted more flexibility than a hotel could give. It was larger than we thought and the kitchenette was very well stocked. Refrigerator, two burners, oven, toaster, tea kettle and espresso machine. Great location, 3 minute walk to the bus stop, 5 minute to the tube. Plenty of shops and restaurants around, so we could pick up groceries and snacks. The only downside is the extra bed was not meant for an adult. Incredibly uncomfortable, had to put the mattress on the floor. We managed. You don’t get hotel service, cleaning once a week. But we knew that going in. Great time in London, fabulous city.

After many days of research we choose templeton in earls courts. The location was excellent. It was two blocks away from the underground. And four stations away from the paddington train station. There are restaurants markets a block away from the hotel. The room size was great for the price. There is even a washer in the unit. However it does take forever to dry up the clothes because it is those washer and dryer combo. Bathroom of great size. The only slight discomfort is that the AC is not strong. And that windows does not have black out curtain. We were there in the month of June. The sun rises at 5 am and sets at 9 pm. Will get waken up by the sunset early because the curtain doesn’t fully cover the window. But the front desks personnel were very friendly the place is very secure.

Fantastically communicative, responsive, friendly, and accommodating staff. We loved having a kitchenette and washer / dryer. And the proximity to the Earl’s Court Tube (Piccadilly and District lines) was fantastic. Would stay again and highly recommend to friends!

This was a great option for a stay in London! We loved the Earl's Court neighborhood which is conveniently located on the Piccadilly and District lines. We had a slight snafu on check in as we had let them know arrival time but no one answered the door bell or the phone when we arrived (on time). Our second attempt at calling was answered and someone did come over (he had been in "the other building"). The washer/dryer in our unit did not dry - clothes got hot but not dry. We were on a long trip so being able to do laundry was one "selling point" for us in choosing this property and so it was a mild disappointment when it didn't work. The decor is "interesting" with paper mache animal heads on the walls and a statue of a man crouched in fear pointing a gun at you right as you walk in. An interesting artistic choice. Great neighborhood, clean, quiet, air conditioned and unit was spacious.

The surrounding atmosphere was nice and quiet, the staffs were friendly, and I was able to enjoy and feel at home during the stay. Just two things…the card reader was incompatible with my credit card so it took me about an hour to check in, and the washing machine broke (well it wasn’t actually the washing machine itself but the the machine vibrated so much that the fittings came off and out of the installation under the kitchen) on the final day. Overall the stay was nice.

From the condition of the room itself to the not so helpful front desk at the time of check-in this place was not worth spending a dime! We had to carry our luggages up the stairs while no one would be willing to help us. The bathroom sink was clogged up and so the water wouldn’t go down for days! We brought this up a few times to the front desk and each time we were promised them to fix it but it would never get fixed. The shower had a leak as well and water was running inside the tub all day! On a random Wednesday at noon and while we are recovering from our jet lag, sirens went off for fire and we had to take the stairs through other properties and evacuate only to know that this is a test alarm. Not sure why this was never communicated to us before hand. There are no phones in the rooms and your only communication with the front desk is to actually go downstairs. Looking at the nearby areas, there are lots of other and better properties you can chose from. Never this place.

This has been our 6th year coming to Templeton Place and the we have always been happy with our stay and if there is anything out of order, it is taken care of quickly. Highly recommend staying here with excellent staff and kitchen and especially a washer/dryer for our long stay.

Fantastically communicative, responsive, friendly, and accommodating staff. We loved having a kitchenette and washer / dryer. And the proximity to the Earl’s Court Tube (Piccadilly and District lines) was fantastic. Would stay again and highly recommend to friends!

The rooms are larger than a regular hotel room and well equipped - washer/dryer, stove, dishes, dining table. The area is quiet and close to restaurants (mostly ethnic or pubs) and close to the Earl's Court tube station for easy commuting. Staff is pleasant and responsive to requests

After many days of research we choose templeton in earls courts. The location was excellent. It was two blocks away from the underground. And four stations away from the paddington train station. There are restaurants markets a block away from the hotel. The room size was great for the price. There is even a washer in the unit. However it does take forever to dry up the clothes because it is those washer and dryer combo. Bathroom of great size. The only slight discomfort is that the AC is not strong. And that windows does not have black out curtain. We were there in the month of June. The sun rises at 5 am and sets at 9 pm. Will get waken up by the sunset early because the curtain doesn’t fully cover the window. But the front desks personnel were very friendly the place is very secure.

This is our second time staying at the London Templeton Place location. We love it for the location to Heathrow, but more importantly it is located on a quiet street but close to public transportation and shopping. Management is great, friendly and helpful.

Ci è stata assegnata una camera al 3 piano ma l’ascensore era guasto e avendo difficoltà a fare le scale abbiamo chiesto di farcela cambiare. Il personale, molto gentile ci ha assegnato una camera al ground floor. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e presente. La location è perfetta, molto centrale, vicino all’underground di Earl’s Court e vicino a bar e ristoranti.

Room was modern and clean, looked exactly like the photos. Had everything you needed for an extended stay inc cooking facilities. Check-in and out was easy, staff were super friendly and helpful. The use of the gym next door was a great addition. I stayed on the 5th floor and the room did get hot - even with the air con on and the windows open it was tolerable. Wouldn’t put me off staying again but would make me think twice if the weather was hot outside !

Friendly staff, spacious room and closeness to the Earls Court station are definitely positive, very thin door, room situated on the street level and noises whenever someone talked to the receptionist were disturbing and made me feel odd.

The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment.

We stayed for one night and wished we'd booked longer! The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We are a family of 2 adults and 1 child and it was perfect! Big shout out to Amin at reception who was so kind with our little boy, telling him facts and even gave him a chocolate bar cause its his birthday! Thank you so much! Oskar says its a billion stars 🌟
