Environment was very clean and I’m very thankful that the staff accommodated to non Japanese speaking guests. Would stay again as it was very enjoyable.

별관에서 머물러서 이동이 조금 불편했지만 좀 더 쾌적힌거 같고 전용 온천도 있어서 좋았습니다 실내 외 수영장이 있지만 어린 아이들에게 더 적합했습니다 물놀이도 있고 멀지 않은곳에 해변도 있다보니 세탁실 사용하는 사람들이 많은거 같았습니다 그에비해 세탁기의 갯수도 적고 용량도 작아 그 부분이 좀 아쉬웠습니다

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the pictures don’t exactly represent the hotel accurately. They are definitely stretched and photoshopped making it appear far more attractive than reality. Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The Spa was wonderful, we had a great massage and facial. The in room massage was amazing as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There’s a great little bakery inside that opens at 10 am. The main shopping area was about 20 minutes away. Cons: There is no coffee in the lobby area, you must buy it at the convenience store inside the hotel. The hotel gym is small, it has cardio equipment and one cable machine but there is a gym called Sports Palace less than 10 minutes away that has everything. The buffet for lunch and dinner is the same food however you can other restaurants a short walk away. The carpet needs to be replaced. The connecting walkway has tape holding it together and the carpet where people wait to check in is filthy with many stains. The hotel in general could use an update. The beach access was about 15 minutes away and the view from our balcony was of the shipping dock. Although we had an enjoyable stay there, we would not stay again.
