First off. It’s very hard to find. The name on the sign is in small print under Continental Inn. Bedding looked clean but walls need cleaning/painting. Looks like a good stop for truckers and frat parties. Didn’t get to the pool. Too far away. No elevator.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel which is located near the commercial strip on the west side of Watertown. Despite the location it's located well off the street, far from traffic and noise. Our room was small but had everything we wanted. Not a new place, but clean and comfortable with good wifi, fridge & microwave. The pool is very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. We actually saw deer grazing in the field outside our window.

The outside fire pit area was nice. the pool was 2 cold for me, but my son enjoyed it. The hotel was quite and you could tell mgt. was trying to improve the place. staff was helpful with directions.

Very quiet tidy rooms. Beds are comfortable. Facilities were adequate. Big disappointment was the pool had been shut down for the season. Being an indoor pool, I thought it would be open all year. Nothing on the website or on Expedia mentioned the pool was closed. I would have booked a different hotel if I had known.

I like the fact that it was pet friendly, able to keep my chocolate lab with me in my room. We both slept well.

It's a good place for travelers. Conveniently located. And it has smoking rooms for those who prefer it.

The room was clean and I was happy to have a non-smoking room. Big parking area. The hallways and especially the stairwells really smelled like smoke. The air conditioning did not work in my room and the pool was closed.

Clean and friendly. Ac is poorly kept in room 229 . Smells of smoke and pot drift in from first floor .

Let me start by saying I’m far from high maintenance. I’ve stayed in some pretty grungy places but this was really bad. I’ve never left a bad review before! People yelling in the hall or their rooms all night. Smell of cigarettes and pot was horrendous. Carpet was disgusting, wall paper falling off the walls, chairs were filthy! I would never stay there again, nor would I recommend it!

This was the worst hotel my family has ever stayed in. The cigarette smoke smell smacks you in the face as soon as you enter and permeates even the rooms. There was no elevator for my elderly father. Both rooms were dirty - black stuff on the pillow cases, dingy stained towels, rusty sinks and toilets. The beds were very hard. The air conditioners are at least 40 years old, but they did work well. There was wifi advertised online but no directions or even the name of the network provided.

Our room was dingy, furniture was broken, the one room didnt even have an actual dresser, it was more like a filing cabinet, both rooms stunk like piss and sulfur, the fridge was small, missing the door bars to hold drinks..my cooler was bigger than the refrigerator..the carpet was ripped the door didnt close all the way nor lock right. Some other guest of the hotel kept trying to come in our room, the beds were ROCK HARD and we had ROACHES in the room. It was overall horrible although the management was able to accomodate us with a different room and were kind enough to give us a discount for the inconvenience and the housekeeper was very kind.

I didn't like roaches or big spiders in my bathroom. The lamps were broken along with the air conditioner. There was no bolt lock on my door.

The property was very dirty and dilapidated. Our room smelled excessively of smoke, the walls are paper thin, there was a massive centipede in our bathtub and that was just the first minute in. The bathroom door had a hole in it like someone had kicked it in, the toilet seat was cracked, the coffee pot was dirty. The pool has no heater and the ro is falling apart. The parking lot had glass shattered next to our car. And it was not just our room. We went with a group of people and their rooms were just as bad. Only redeeming qualities was the front desk staff was friendly and helpful and there were no bedbugs. Stay somewhere else.

Honestly this place wasn’t too bad we just didn’t expect the constant smell of tobacco and weed, we got a non smoking room and it still smelled. The workers are very nice and friendly but you’ll be sleeping in an ashtray…

The room smelt musty and the bathroom stank heavily of urine. The toilet was clogged, the carpets and furniture all were extremely old and dirty. They didn’t want to compensate for clogged toilet or urine smell. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I did not feel safe with the rough type of guests they had. The checkin girl was trying to be helpful but the manager just didn’t budge

Overall my stay was OK. Got a good night\'s rest and that\'s the main thing for a quick overnight on the road. The queen size bed in my room was comfy with bright white clean looking sheets. My biggest issue though would definitely be in regards to any sound proofing in the walls, or lack thereof. I could hear my neighbors talking clearly as well as other things as the night wore on. All was quiet in time for me to go to sleep, but it sounded like they had a better time than me most likely based on the vocalizations LOL. Another potentially minor issue depending on the time of year you\'re there is with the heat. The room has electric heat, which is no issue by itself, but the thermostat is another story. It seemed to me the heat was either full on or off. In the 1 night I stayed I never did get the room just right, either too hot or rather chilly. I opted for the rather chilly side of it for sleeping so not to wake up all sweaty. In the end if you\'re looking for a quick place to stay without breaking the bank I actually would recommend this motel. Depending on your neighbors, though, you might be in for additional entertainment you didn\'t even have to pay for :-). All jokes aside, this place could be just what you\'re looking for if you want a clean economical place to stay. I have stayed at far more expensive "hotels" in my travels and seen things that make you not want to go back. This place I would and likely will stay again at some point in the future.

Nice cheep stay rhe beds are very bad clean but its like laying on the floor i thinknthey cost about 80.00 bucks next time buy 12 or 14 in beds of temu.com you can get really nice ones for under 150.00 staff was great room was clean for 69.00 after tax u cant beat it

Nice overnight stay. Room was clean and fresh, mattress was comfortable. Air conditioning was off when we arrived, took several hours to cool the room, noisy. Bathroom fan was extremely noisy, it literally made the bathroom walls shake. Some confusion at check-in because I used the hotels.com pre-pay option and the reservation the hotel received was marked "collect payment at check-in." Hotels.com - why have a pre-pay option if it does not work?

The temperature outside was in the single digits. The room was very cold. The electric baseboard heater was off and it took a long time for the room to get warm.

The stay was decent could use a make over

You get what you pay for at this place. Upsides: room was "toasty warm" as it is winter and felt no drafts. The bed was cozy. Some item were new like the hairdryer, microwave and bar size refrigerator. Staff were courteous and accommodating, no complaints! Downsides: room was dated, wallpaper was peeling, bathroom tap dripped, then using it the water didn\'t flow but sprayed, cheap toilet paper. Only genuine complaint was my room didn\'t get any of the WiFi signals strong enough to make a stable connection, kept connecting then failing. I did have a room in the middle of the far building. In my case, I\'m working at a company in Watertown but live 90 minutes away so I am doing a weekly commute returning home on weekends. I just need an affordable place to live out of during the work week, not looking for luxury. This place is just that, affordable and adequate for my needs, except for wireless Internet which I will switch to another room next week.

Check in was very good and efficient . The staff was friendly and helpful . There was no one present at the front desk overnight

Room was not clean manager Ed is very rude pets are very friendly shopping is nearby and I had no towels or wash clothes in my room when I moved in on Monday

The team that ran the front desk were absolutely wonderful people! I have stayed there many times and I feel comfortable and safe. It's definitely not high end but I prefer it that way . Love staying here!

Check in was arduous. The Expedia listing did not mention a $100 CASH deposit required at check in. I have bought and sold cars with less oaperwork. Never been forced to pay almost teice the room rate in CASH. THE ROOM OVERALL WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. Clean, quiet, with TV.

This place is a good alternative to paying high prices for a night or two of sleep. It is centrally located for shopping and has the space and grounds for a decent stay for a decent price. It is no Sheraton but has all the amenities one would need for a reasonable price. Neighbours can be a problem and noisy.

Dark drive way and the front. Look of the property very poorly maintained. Looked unsafe at night. Hotel not properly marked. Not suitable with family, in my opinion .

Having a Tullys in front of the Hotel is Extremely Convenient for the Tullys Fans.

Looks like remodeling has been done. Place looks clean. Staff is pleasant. Close to mall and dining

Our stay was for a softball tournament. We were close by only a 5 minute drive to the fields.

They have smoking rooms! In winter that is like winning the lottery!!! They advertise complimentary breakfast, but it is not available at this time. Clean room and staff was amazing and so friendly!!! Can NOT beat the price! Thank you!!!!

Rate was very cheap however I was led to believe there would be coffee and tea available mornings in the lobby. I'm an early riser and for three days I was up and out between 6:30-7:00. Never any coffee out there nor any employee to be seen. Office was closed. No one there to check me out when I left the motel, Room conditions are fair, but had a great shower, TV and refrigerator.
