Parking is horrible there are only a few parking spots with a very narrow entrance. I’m lucky I made it out without scratching my SUV. Breakfast was ok room was ok. Just the parking was really bad plus you better hope nobody try’s to enter the parking area when you’re leaving or you will hit head on. Not enough room for 2 lanes!

The hotel is well-maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is conveniently located across from the UC Davis hospital. This has been said in other reviews, the parking garage is very tight going down to the lower level. I maybe had inches to spare avoiding my vehicle being scratched. So, with some good driving skills it can be managed but for those who are driving challenged this is not for you. There are not any other options for parking. Street parking is permitted.

Right across the street from the hospital parking garage. Hotel was decent, parking is underground and very tight turns and spaces. If you have a large vehicle park across the street at the hospital garage. Had some trouble with the shower but was only there one night. Pretty quick place even though you are so close to the hospital.

The hotel was okay. Our sheets were dirty upon arrival and reception said, "I'll try and bring you new sheets." They did bring sheets, just dropped and didn't have someone come and remake the bed. Hallways were hot, smelled, and the carpets were incredibly stained. Not well cared for. Parking is very limited, tight spaces, underground with steep entry...not recommended for large vehicles.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking for this property is below grade and very very tight. The room was spacious, comfortable bed. The hallway rugs need a deep cleaning, but the room itself seemed tidy and clean. The continental breakfast was stocked primarily with sugared cereals, yogurt, pancakes and muffins.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. I just noticed a couple things I think would bring this room to a 5 star room. The bathroom toilet in room #201 was so low to the ground it felt unnatural and really loud. Also there is no shower liner - so the fabric shower curtain got very wet - Also I always notice tub caulking and this tub was in need of re-caulking. You can see the mold under the areas that had clear caulking. Otherwise it was a very nice stay. My husband was having surgery at the Hospital and we stayed her expressly because I could be very near to him.

The bathroom floor was not as clean as I would prefer and I was put off by the napkin in the peephole. The neighbors could see into my room from the balcony. Overall, the room was fine, but felt a little worn.

Absolutely disgusting room , the shower had hair and mold everywhere! The carpet was filthy! The breakfast , the orange juice machine has not been cleaned in a very long time it came out in clumps , The bread, pastries were stale , absolutely gross, I was too exhausted and overwhelmed by my mother being at UCDavis for her breaking her neck to complain. I will Never stay there again nor would I refer anyone to this hotel beyond gross

The hotel has a good location but has become very tired over the years. I have stayed here annually since 2012 and it has slowly become less and less inhabitable. The second-floor carpets were hard to even look at, they were so dirty, and the room furniture fabric was unravelling, and unsightly. The morning breakfast was devoid of any semblance of sausage, or bacon, or eggs. Just prepackaged pastries and cold cereal and the ever-present make it yourself waffle. It's OK if you need this location in the medical district, but a mere shadow of itself from years gone by.

Decent experience. Room was large and clean. Nice to have the maid make up the room everyday. Beds were fairly comfortable. Property is a little run down but they are making a nice effort to upgrade. The shower had no water pressure but did the job. Shower stall was very old and kinda stained. 3rd floor area by elevator was really run down and kinda gross looking. Room had a balcony which was really neat to step out and get some air. Great choice of tv channels. Walking distance to the hospital so I didn’t need a rental car.

Hotel Med Park was across the street from the hospital where my son was having a heart procedure. We were unsure of his stay, so we wanted a place to stay close by. Very well-kept hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless. We were unable to stay for their breakfast because we had an early plan to catch, but I'm sure it was top-notch.

Hotel Med Park was across the street from the hospital where my son was having a heart procedure. We were unsure of his stay, so we wanted a place to stay close by. Very well-kept hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Room amenities inconsistent like my friend next door had a clock, I did not. My pillows were good, hers were not. Nothing they could do about traffic noise, leaf blower at 7am under window area. Hallway stairs old and not clean.

Great Wi-Fi very fast so video was perfect, no problems with not connecting. Perfect Hotel if you need access to the UD Davis Medical Hospital. Parking garage underground with 7ft.4in. clearence so my tall truck camper could fit under. TV service not good, but I was told they were upgrading. Breakfast room nice, clean, minimal, but adaquit.

We had two rooms. One on the street side and the other on the back side of the hotel. The noise level is like night and day. If you want quiet reserve a room off the street. Otherwise a nice place for UC Davis patients.

We try to check in but there was no attandant and the front door to lobby was locked. After ringing the door bell several times, there was no response. I finally called and the attendant answered. He came down to let us in. He stated he was helping another guest upstairs.

Not a bad place. Was pretty clean and the front desk staff was amazing. What really upset me the most was two times some staff opened the door of my room without knocking even with the “Not disturb” sign with the excuse to verify the tv. Other that than the breakfast was decent and the cleanliness was better than expected.

I’m very impressed with the front desk and the way I was assisted during check in after a long, exhausting and stressful day at UC Davis the gentleman who checked me in was kind, and professional. I was in my very nice room within a short time and relaxing. The accommodations were very nice, bed and pillows were so comfortable and appreciated, everything was clean, well maintained, and exceeded my expectations. Lastly, it was such comfort to be within walking distance of UC Davis! I will definitely rerun!

The service here is horrible, everytime I go to the front desk, the service was bad. Don’t seem like they want to help. Answering questions with attitude. Had WiFi issue and went to the desk multiple times with no help at all. Was told to read the paper in the room.

It's convenient for what we need, but it's really hard to park, and if you don't have a key it's impossible to get in. Check-in was a bit of a nightmare, I guess the guy was the only one here but it took forever to even get inside the building. Once checked in it was a breeze, just smells kinda gross in the hallways and the carpets are disgusting

Overall it was good. I just had issues trying to access the property on the first day. We arrived late at night and we had to wait like 15 min on the street until someone opened the door for us.

We had a relative at UCI Medical Center. This is the closest you can get. I estimate about 100 yards from the hotel door to the lobby of the medical center. It’s a cozy hotel at least that’s what it looks like from the outside. The inside is up to par With the big competitors, good interior well-maintained, rooms, and very quiet and clean. There’s no smoking and I didn’t have any problems with smelling any banga. There’s only one issue, parking is very tight even for a compact car and if you have a large SUV or pick up, I don’t recommend staying here. Also, Parking is limited. About 15 spaces possibly more. That being said, I would stay here again. Definitely worth the cost.

This property is adjacent to UC Medical center. Got this room for the parents of a patient. Literally a one min walk to the hospital It was perfect for this. Room was spacious.

Parking is limited and "cramped". Very convenient to Medical center. Breakfast was simple and easy. Neighborhood not safe after dark..."high vagrant" population not necessarily seen during daylight. Advised by hospital security to not walk but use shuttle even though just a block walk.

The hotel is well-maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is conveniently located across from the UC Davis hospital. This has been said in other reviews, the parking garage is very tight going down to the lower level. I maybe had inches to spare avoiding my vehicle being scratched. So, with some good driving skills it can be managed but for those who are driving challenged this is not for you. There are not any other options for parking. Street parking is permitted.

It’s ok. Not terrible. Not great. Best part is its location related to UC DAVIS Med Center. Parking is atrocious. So little space. I’d stay there again. Feel it’s a little expensive considering I’m assuming the most people that stay there is because they have a loved one in the hospital like in my case.

This was wonderfully convenient to UC DAVIS med center. 'Just a quick walk across the street. Hotel is comfortable and clean. Parking can look daunting but it really isn't.

The room was spacious, cozy, clean and quiet. It was equipped with a microwave and a fridge, which was pretty convenient. The receptionists were very friendly. I did not have time for the free breakfast but was glad that I can take some fruits at the cafeteria in the early morning. UC Davis Medical Center is just across the street and only took 2-min walk to get there. I left my car at the hotel parking lot and came back at about 3 pm to pick it up. Will definitely come back next time when I visit UC David Medical Center.

The property was a little dirty. The parking is TIGHT! The breakfast was nearly gone by 8:45–two danishes, some juice, a single waffle, and some fruit were all that was left. The proximity to the hospital is amazing! There are very few hotels in the area

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking for this property is below grade and very very tight. The room was spacious, comfortable bed. The hallway rugs need a deep cleaning, but the room itself seemed tidy and clean. The continental breakfast was stocked primarily with sugared cereals, yogurt, pancakes and muffins.

The carpets were gross. The jet tub didn’t work. They said they proudly served Starbucks, which is not true, the breakfast was awful, they called me and woke me and my kids up to tell us to stop jumping (which we were in bed sleeping). Would never stay again.

The first time we stayed there, there was 2 big cockroaches in the bathtub. No bugs this time! The breakfast had a good selection, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bread, bagels, sweet rolls, apples, bananas, coffee and tea.

The hotel has a good location but has become very tired over the years. I have stayed here annually since 2012 and it has slowly become less and less inhabitable. The second-floor carpets were hard to even look at, they were so dirty, and the room furniture fabric was unravelling, and unsightly. The morning breakfast was devoid of any semblance of sausage, or bacon, or eggs. Just prepackaged pastries and cold cereal and the ever-present make it yourself waffle. It's OK if you need this location in the medical district, but a mere shadow of itself from years gone by.

Place was clean and the manger was very nice . They had a good breakfast spread. On the negative side the TV remote control didn’t work so I had to use the disk box and the shower water was lukewarm to cold.

Our room was clean and the front desk gentleman was delightful. Our patio area was in need of some service repair. The kickplate outside the door kept falling off every time we opened the door. And when we went to sit in the patio chairs, they were unlevel and rocky. In addition to that one of the chairs, the side arm was loose and a little dangerous. And the cute little table was missing the centerpiece so you couldn’t put much on the table because there was a large hole in the middle of it. The worst thing about this property, however, is the very scary underground parking. It’s very hard to see and it’s extremely narrow, so if you have a larger SUV or vehicle, you are likely going to get a scratch, trying to make this extremely narrow bend. Our overall stay was perfect for what we needed it to be, as I stated, the gentleman was delightful and helpful, the unit was clean. And they had a nice little breakfast set up with some hot and cold foods in the morning. We just needed a little bit of repairs and a fair warning about the parking garage. There was no street parking or anything around available to park in an alternate space.
