Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Der service was wirklich super und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Es ist ein sehr persönlicher service. Kleinigkeiten können noch verbessert werden.

The room was beautiful and we had the best of times with the game drives and evry event they organised for us. The staff is really good and made us feel the most comfortable.

Hotel é bom, achei todo de muito boa qualidade , quarto royal que ficamos é bem espaçoso e bem decorado, algumas ressalvas em relação ao ar condicionado que durante o dia não da conta e creio que deveria ter cortina no banheiro e na porta principal para dar mais privacidade, assim como uma divisoria na ducha externa para a mesma finalidade. Melhor do hotel são os funcionários extremamente prestativos e educados, nosso mordomo sempre muito atencioso e cuidando dos horários das refeições e atividades. Agora o problema maior do hotel são as atividades, os games drives na reserva em frente é boa, mas na reserva do hotel só tem impalas e girafas, apenas tem games na parte da tarde e começa as 15.00 o por do sol era as 17.30. Maioria das atividades tem de ser feito bem cedo devido ao sol quente, então tem um vazio de umas 3 horas ate ao almoço sem nada para fazer. Deveriam dar opções para jogos na parte da manha. No hoteis.com aparece como all inclusive mas é pensão completa sem bebidas alcoólicas. No meu ponto de vista não vale o custo benefício, melhor encontrar um hotel dentro de uma reserva grande e pagar pelos games e refeições, ficaria praticamente mesmo valor e poderia escolher as atividades e não ser enrolado.

Exceptional service from all employees, especially Mr. Njabulo and Mr. Noel I highly recommend the hotel excellent activities, nor did we have time to enjoy them all, the only point that can improve is the possibility of a heated pool and a later check-out, 10 am is too early.

This was an amazing experience. The accommodation was clean, spacious and well presented. It accurately reflected the photographs. Outside shower and private pool with personal butler. The food was extremely good and the staff went over and above to exceed our expectations. The food was by far superior than high end restaurants. I really enjoyed the entire stay and can’t fault the experience. It was calm & peaceful in nature. I was sad to leave and will ensure I book for longer in the future.
