Very clean, friendly, and quiet stay right outside of Louisville. I was there for work and it was 15 minutes from the hotel to parking in Louisville. Friendly staff, great place for my dog, clean grounds and plenty of green space. Highly recommended.

While I wish there was a breakfast offering, there is a McDonald's right next door. It is a great property for anyone traveling with dogs, as we were.

We were very happy with them. They were very helpful getting us a room and calling us when it was ready. The room was very clean and comfortable beds. The pool was nice and clean also.

The bed was very hard, very small pillows. There were ants in my room (I did not complain about it, just dealt with it). I booked 4 nights, but front desk lady demanded they have access to my room to clean after 3 nights to "protect their property condition" & argued with me about it. The a/c was cold, great water pressure in the shower. Property felt safe, served its purpose, but I most likely will not stay here again.

When we walked into the room it smelled moldy. Went to the office they gave us a deodorizer to put by the air conditioner. I spilled water and wiped it up with a paper towel. It came up black. I went to the office to ask for a different room. They gave me a key to a new room. So I just took a swipe on the floor it came back dirty. They told me they would mop the floor but that was the best they could do.

The air freshener in the hallway is so strong it suffocates you. The beds are hard. There was a beeping noise outside our room in the hallway that was nonstop the whole time we were there. Our room was clean besides a long hair left in the tub. It's nice that they're pet friendly.

This Red Roof inn is just off the highway but was very quiet. We slept well and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit flat but other than that, we enjoyed it.

Construction on the whole 2nd floor defeated the whole purpose of me getting a hotel for 2 days to get away. That through the day, and an annoying clicking humming sound from the bathroom vent throughout the day and night. Very unhappy

Very clean, nice rooms. Close to restaurant and gas stations. Y’all could replace the pillows though! They were not comfortable. Could also use at least one comfortable chair in room! Overall I’m very happy with this hotel.

The property was great. Comfortable, clean, the one issue I had was with the front desk clerk. Apparently a family had arrived a bit after midnight to the room above us and they were just stomping on the floor, I have a two year who also needs his sleep because I need my sleep. When I informed the clerk in the front to kindly ask if they can keep it down, he asked to allow them a few minutes to settle in. Ok fair enough, this few minutes turned into two hours and nothing was done to remediate the problem. Closer to 2am & multiple request to either move us or refund us the noise finally stopped . Their suggestion was to call the police ? No Im calling you, the person caring for the property. Then ironically enough after a restless night at 10:49am (check is out 11am) the cleaning staff rushing me to leave. Hilarious, not only did they failed to fix any issues they had the audacity to kick my family out as if we were there on a handout. I wish the experience would have been better for both my family and the review.

Overall, the hotel was adequate. I rate it high because of the customer service. I accidentally left my wedding ring in the room after checking out. When I realized this I immediately called. The hotel staff quickly checked our room and found the ring. We were too far down the road to turn back. They offered to mail it to me. The next day I received a text message with the tracking number AND a phone call. They really saved my bacon!

My husband and I are from this area, but we moved to Tennessee 4 years ago. We’ve used this hotel before when in town to visit family. Our previous stay must not have been the type of room we had this visit tho. First off the guy at the front desk at check in was very unfriendly. Second we get to our room and no AC is on. We turn it on and it read 77 as the room temp. Third the bed was hard. Fourth the way the room is set up to use the restroom the door blocks the toilet. Very poor design. No breakfast offered at this hotel. At checkout I had to “interrupt” the girl at the desk from playing on her phone to give her my keys. She also made it obvious that she was upset I was disturbing her by her sighs and attitude. This hotel is listed as “no frills” and after this visit I can assure you you’re gonna get just that. I think our next hotel stay will be somewhere else

The first room was not good. Leaking walls when showering, yellow stains on shower curtain, and something in the sheets caused a rash. The lady we dealt most often with was incredible. She knew how to correct issues. She offered a new room and allowed us to inspect it before moving in. She knew how to resolve situations and was the best part of the stay. The owner / manager (Nick) could have taken a few lessons from his team. He was abrasive and rude, but we didn't have to see him often which actually improved the stay.

Older hotel that shows it. The room was quiet and clean and was serviced daily which was a nice surprise. The bed was ok but the pillows were horrible. There is no breakfast offered (we were aware of that) but they give you a very nice goodie bag upon check in

We enjoyed are stay at the Red Roof Inn, specifically because the Hotel was very clean, the pool was very clean and they allowed us to have our pets. I recommend this Hotel to others. It is located in a rural area that is safe and the travelers are friendly. If I could recommend any upgrades, I would definitely say to add breakfast back. I believe it advertised breakfast available, however, after we made the reservations we learned the breakfast is canceled because of COVID? Covid is no longer an issue so Breakfast would definitely be a positive addition. The rates are very reasonable. We stayed for local softball tournaments which were delayed due to rain. The management did not allow late check out which was another negative and in fact, the inactivated our room cards prior to the actual check out time of 12:00. We had to get our cards reactivated at 11:56pm to retrieve the rest of our belongings out of the room. That really didn't upset us because we were happy with the room and cleanliness of the Hotel. I recommend this Hotel to travelors.

Easy 20 min ride into Louisville while staying in a quiet, cheaper option. Clean and comfy rooms. The staff was polite and helpful. No breakfast but there is McDonald’s and a few convenience/grocery stores within walking distance.

I always read reviews thoroughly before deciding to book. I was hesitant honestly about a Red Roof off the interstate in sort of nowhere. But reviews were decent and it was a good in between for where we needed to be. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and comfortable for a couple and for the night. The room was small and compact but well equipped. The bed was comfortable and nicely made. The bathroom had some nice modern amenities seen in larger hotels. The floor was mostly laminate which I think is cleaner. Mini fridge, small coffee maker and microwave. Coffee station in lobby. No breakfast but right beside McDonald's. Towels were small and one of ours was so rough it was like sandpaper but the other was fine. Bathtub was triangular shaped with a seat so that gives you plenty of room to shower, sit if needed and shave legs. Honestly, I've gotten used to the fact that no place, no matter the price, is perfect. But I've spent much more on places I thought would be great because of there name and been disappointed. This Red Roof exceeded my expectations.

One of the best low cost hotels we've stayed at. They seem to care quite a lot. - We stayed here a few days while our road was being worked on about 8 miles away. Nice safe area. - Underside of grab bar in bathtub is dirty - might be mold (minor issue) - Decent swimming pool outside - No odd smells or sticky floors - have ran into this at other low priced hotels - Tub is a triangle - made it fairly roomy - Good hot water, OK water pressure - Lounging armchair & desk chair - Beds are comfortable - Dispensers for soap, shampoo & conditioner - better than those little bottles & bars of soap - Frig & microwave - Nicer than expected with such a low price per night - Next door to a McDonald's - on other side of a line of trees - can't see it from hotel lot - a positive - No exercise facilities - was not expected at this price - We would stay here again no doubt
