I would rather stay on the street than to stay in this property again. The bed sheets on both beds were stained along with the pillow cases. I had taken my bathing suit, baited by the idea of a hot tub, only if we greeted with a giant sign reading "former pool area". walls and ceiling are paper thin, afternoon nap was regularly interrupted by people banging on them. Window frame was split and the carpet baseboard was falling off the wall. Charged $10 a day for parking, and then when I came back to the property late at night there was no parking left. The attendant directed me to park at the restaurant next door, with no clear signs that my car would not be towed away. Literally the only good thing I have to say about this property is that the air conditioning worked. Avoid it like the plague

The stairs are terrible condition, quiet scary to walk up, ground is slippery even with no ice, parking lot is SMALL and they charge you $10 when you stay there to park, ridiculous. Someone hit our car and didn’t leave a note in the parking lot. Deposit makes no sense $100 credit card or $150 cash. Over all the rooms were clean, but the property itself was not it. Between the stairs and the parking situation.

Looked a bit run down. I liked that it had both microwave and mini fridge. Parking spots ran out quickly. No pool or other amenities. Walking distance from the main areas but wouldn't walk back alone at night.

Great place to stay on a budget! Staff was friendly! Parking was $12/24hrs. Ice and coffee in main office. Double queen room came with a large enough area for a playpen, 2 circular tables and 2 large chairs, dresser, good size tv with both childrens channels and adult. And a night stand between the beds. Nice to have somewhat of a balcony. Was less than $200 for a friday and saturday night stay!

I like there was fridge and micro and close to all attractions. Parking was too expensive. 14$ plus tax. Toilet paper really thin. Had to pay 100$ deposit and u get it back in 2 days they said. Will need to check in 2 days to make sure i got the refund. No clock, no phone service. Really basic motel. Overall ok stay

Pretty decent property for an overnight stay! Room was clean and well kept! Limited parking space though and they charged me even though I parked outside the property which was not good! Also no elevators so you need to climb the two floors if you have a room on the 3rd floor.

The minute we enter the room, we smelled a foul odour from the carpet. There were bedbugs in the sheets and cockroaches in the furniture. The sink was rusted. The TV remote had no battery. Overall it was a health hazard.

Rooms was dirty. Found some bugs on the towel and the bed had hairs underneath the sheets The shower was broken 3 out of four towels had some stain marks on them. Nastiest room i have seen. We left the property after seeing the bugs right away

I just booked this place as a last resort for our change of plan so we had to stay for a night. The room was not good enough for the money we paid and the worst part was there were bed bugs all around and no w I am regretting because these bed bugs has followed us way back in our home too. I think a proper management would be a good thing to do because traveler don’t travel to sleep in a room full of bed bugs.

It was okay at best the best was uncomfortable and the A/C unit was not working properly. Checking in was really bad waiting 30 min before finally getting someone at the front deck.

Stayed for one night September 6th and had a horrible experience. Had no sleep at all! There is absolutely no insulation, heard everything what was going on in the room next to mine. There is a restaurant attached to the property which had a party going on up until 4 AM and played music so loud that woke my husband up. Room we stayed in had a musty smell to it, as well I found three dead bugs under the blanket ( spiders). I would not advise families with kids stay there mostly due to nightly activities in the hotel and poor insulation.

Terrible experience, they put us in a room beside the restaurant, the noise was loud. We called the office and their solution was fo tell the restaurant to not make noise, really??? It lasted till almost 2 am. In the morning we had no hot water. The worst experience. We travel to Niagra falls and will never stay there again.

Good sized room with 3 double beds. Mattresses were a little too firm. Not enough pillows. Noisy at times throughout the night. Toilet paper was very thin, not even sure it was 1-ply. A few lights were not working. Cable TV did not have many options. I would suggest investing in Smart TVs.

one of the lights in the room was not working, the plug points for fridge and tv was not working, I had to unplug the microwave and and ac power connection to plug in the tv And fridge. There were no plug points working for charging my phones, the shower turn-on button was not working in the bath tub.

more than adequate for the price - good location - very friendly helpful staff - we were able to check in at 12 noon - very convenient parking as we backed up right to our room - so convenient to Ferry St, Chucks Roadhouse, and several other bars with happy hour specials - sadly the Admiral Inn next door is derelict and waiting for demolition - heating which we unfortunately neede in late may was very efficient (heater in the washroom too) - and fridge kept the beer very cold - you get what you pay for and this place is comparatively a bargain for a 2 night stay

As soon as we checked in we found huge stain on the sheets. Reported at the front Desk at 7:15pm, when we came back at 11:15pm, we saw someone opening the door with sheets. He cant open the door so he left the sheets on the chair in front of the door. We went in with the sheets but when we remove the top sheets, bed sheets and pillow cases has stain as well, plus the sheet he left in front of the door is torn. So we called the hotel to tell them to bring two sheets and pillow case but they said, they have to come to verify. The same guy who left the linen came by and we showed the huge stains, and he still insisted they are clean. He was so mad when i remove the pillow case and ask me where is dirty even after showing the stain. He said everything is clean, even looking at the stain and continued its HOUSEKEEPING fault. He continued he is the manager and he does not know how to change bed sheets. This agent is so arrogant, and rude. The next morning the front desk lady said no managers works at night! That guy was also lair. Never go to this inn again. Not worthed!

He was so mad when i remove the pillow case and ask me where is dirty even after showing the stain. He said everything is clean, even looking at the stain and continued its HOUSEKEEPING fault. He continued he is the manager and he does not know how to change bed sheets. This agent is so arrogant, and rude. The next morning the front desk lady said no managers works at night! That guy was also lair. Never go to this inn again. Not worthed!

There was no mention of a required deposit until check in, nor the $10 parking fee…. When I questioned the deposit, and asked that since it was never disclosed what would happen if I refused to pay, she was very rude, said I couldn’t check in, and would lose the money I already paid. Since the deposit and parking was not disclosed I felt I should have been able to cancel. The bed area was clean looking, sheets clean but the bathroom had hair in the sink and tub the room was very outdated and could certainly use a makeover

Didn’t like the service at all. We did a reservation and due to some reason we were not able to make it and tried to call them so many time to make some changes and even reached out to expedia to see the alternatives. They said will reach out to hotel for refund and do another booking. Nobody reached out to me and hotel front desk didn’t answer my calls. And without even staying there they deducted the money.

The hotel is very good located. For sleeping it was ok, the staff is kind and there is a parking. The bed was confortable, this is not a 5 stars hotel but for sleepling just one night it was perfect, because we were near the cliffin Hill.

Convenient place near the central attractions, staff were friendly. Shower tap switch for hot water was broken but somehow usable, they never clean the air-condition filters (same experience last year) so little hard to get fresh air from them.

Great place to stay on a budget! Staff was friendly! Parking was $12/24hrs. Ice and coffee in main office. Double queen room came with a large enough area for a playpen, 2 circular tables and 2 large chairs, dresser, good size tv with both childrens channels and adult. And a night stand between the beds. Nice to have somewhat of a balcony. Was less than $200 for a friday and saturday night stay!

Motel was convenient and price was good. It was clean but old. Next door is an abandoned hotel that is falling apart. Birds woke us every morning early, I think they were living in AC unit? Unsure. Over we were satisfied with our stay for the eclipse. I would recommend if you are on a budget and looking for great location. It is with in walking distance to everything at falls. But there is additional charge to park your car each day. Staff were friendly and there is a restaurant attached, but we did not eat there. This is a very basic hotel, so don't expect anything other than that.

$89 for three people for a night, seems a good deal. Perfect to rest up and taking a shower to feel refreshed. Although we didn't need to use the fridge, it was not working for a while. Complementary hot brewed drink. Perfect location to walk in to the downtown and Falls. Thanks.

Pay to park $15 rooms were clean but outdated low price but not the most outstanding crowd around. Balcony has chairs .so.ypu.can sit out and smoke or go on deck to do that. Ok.to lay down on a very firm bed.
