Pamarah lodge exceeded our expectations from the moment of booking. We were contacted immediately from the staff regarding booking of excursions. Communication was impeccable. They treated us like royalty and meet all of our needs and more. I chose the excursions we wanted and they made all of the arrangements, bookings and transportation. We could not have been more pleased. The property was beautiful and felt like the Garden of Eden. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location, but yet still close enough to everything we wanted to do. The resort is family owned and operated and we really felt like part of the family.

We stayed there on a layover as flight crew. The lodge is owned by an amazing family who gave us the best memorable and personal experience ever. All the staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. We loved the food that Chef Ross made for us, he also kindly arranged the catering for our flight, which our clients loved as well. He helped me with all the shopping and preparations for the flight and I would def recommend him if you are looking for private jet catering options. We had some last minute requests which the handling at the airport could not arrange for us, but Phil the owner made it happen and delivered the items personally to the airport. The lodge has very nice, spacious and clean rooms with outdoor sitting area available. We were very impressed by the amenities and the facilities available in the rooms, you will find everything that you need and more. Pamarah lodge is also conveniently located close to shopping areas and all the main attractions. Very grateful and satisfied with our stay! Hope to be back soon 🙏

The staff and owners at Pamarah Lodge are friendly, outgoing, and ready to assist in anyway to make your stay in Victoria falls exceptional. The food at Pamarah was excellent. The lodge is safe and is a short convenient taxi ride to about wherever you want to go to explore the area.

The staff was amazing and everyone went out their way to make your stay enjoyable. The people at the front desk made all of our dinner and excursion reservations, dinner reservations and called cabs for us. The lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood and surround by a high security fence.

Pamarah is a small, clean, comfortable, well run inn. It gets consistently very high reviews because it deserves them. Although only 9 rooms, it has a bar, restaurant and pool. We enjoyed our beer, wine and cocktails, breakfasts and meals. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful if you need help. We had books most activities in advance, but there were a couple that we added or changed and the staff made the arrangements for us. The only critique we can come up with is that a minority of guests might feel like the family that runs Pamarah is overly attentive at times. They want to make sure everything is perfect and that you are having a pleasant time. We felt at times like our parents were checking up on us, except that we were older than the family members and experienced travelers able to look after ourselves and ask if there was anything we needed.

We had a fabulous experience at this boutique lodge. The accommodations were excellent and the entire facility was stylish and comfortable. The service was also impeccable. We met the family owners who were delightful. It was obvious how much love and effort they have put into creating such a wonderful place. We plan on coming back some day.

Pamarah Lodge family room was an excellent choice for our family with two kids 9 and 12. Three nights was the perfect length, we were able to visit Livingstone Island, do a Zambezi river cruise, Victoria Falls national Park, and day trip to Chobe National Park. The room was always cleaned well for us, we ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge which were basic meals but always prepared timely for us, met our allergy requirements, and super convenient to eat at the lodge before/after long day touring. Wi-Fi good in the rooms. Comfortable lobby and lounge area to relax. The owner comes and tries to meet all the guests individually adding a nice personal touch. I would gladly recommend this lodge for a short stay in Victoria Falls for a moderately priced, clean and comfortable accommodations.

We had the most wonderful four-night stay. The beds are super-comfy and the thatched rooms are delightful. The pool was small but perfectly kept. I swam a lot. The surroundings were well tended with lovely gardens and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I cannot praise Phil and his team highly enough. Take a can of IRN BRU if you can for his son Ross the excellent head chef who used to work at Balmoral. A family business that clearly prides itself on customer care. I would highly recommend. We had a good stay here but we were not thrilled with the reception staff, as we did not find them overly friendly throughout the stay. The first night our room was also full of mosquitoes, which may be a common occurrence given they suggest spraying for them before bed upon arrival. The breakfast was good and the pool as well. We had pictured walking to VF but it’s 45 minutes away and through residential neighbourhoods, so it’s a $5 cab each way. Overall an okay stay but would likely choose somewhere else if visiting again.

Es ist selten, daß man eine so perfekte Bewertung vergeben kann aber die Pamarah Lodge hat es in aller Hinsicht verdient. Die Lodge liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Victoria Falls, es kostet 5USD, um mit dem Taxi in den Ort zu kommen. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig und da man zu allen Aktivitäten sowieso mit einem Transfer rechnen muß, ist die Lage eher ein Vorteil. Unser Zimmer war neuwertig und praktisch eingerichtet, wir hatten eine private Veranda zur Verfügung. Frühstück gibt es auf einer schönen Terrasse, wahlweise kontinental oder warm, sehr gute Qualität. Das Team ist perfekt, wir haben hier gern alle Aktivitäten direkt gebucht, preislich absolut in Ordnung. Alle Bereiche und auch das Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, man merkt, daß da Wert drauf gelegt wird. Eine super Leistung vom gesamten Team und vielen Dank an Mornette und Phil für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and beautiful lodge in Vic Falls. Room was comfortable, clean, and included everything we could need (toiletries, charging stations, coffee & tea). The breakfast is delicious and served in a lovely spot on the grounds. Staff is outstanding! They are warm, friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to make sure guests have a good experience. I highly recommend Pamarah - we’d definitely stay here again.

The guides were exceptional. They took there time and let us stay longer in places, they pointed out animals that we never saw and were very friendly. Our server for our stay was stellar. He remembered our drinks and was great. The housekeeping was beyond my expectations. I have never stayed in a facility that was so well run. Everyone was friendly and just wonderful. Thankyou so much for a great experience.

We had a fabulous experience at this boutique lodge. The accommodations were excellent and the entire facility was stylish and comfortable. The service was also impeccable. We met the family owners who were delightful. It was obvious how much love and effort they have put into creating such a wonderful place. We plan on coming back some day.

Pamarah lodge sets the standard for boutique hotels. Behind the secure high walls is a oasis of great architecture and design, accompanied by 5 Star service, yet only minutes from Victoria Falls. The rooms are super-modern, perfectly clean with an amazing deep, free standing bath and large seperate shower. Large comfy beds are waiting after a full day sight seeing the falls. The food is great and the team accomodate all dietry needs. When informed them I was running the marathon, it was no problem to make home made pasta and to open the kitchen early so I could have much needed early morning porridge. Phil the owner and all the team at Pamarah are outstanding and will try to do everything they can to make your stay as perfect as possible. For perfect Vic Falls stay, we absolutely recommend Pamarah Lodge.

Pamarah Lodge family room was an excellent choice for our family with two kids 9 and 12. Three nights was the perfect length, we were able to visit Livingstone Island, do a Zambezi river cruise, Victoria Falls national Park, and day trip to Chobe National Park. The room was always cleaned well for us, we ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge which were basic meals but always prepared timely for us, met our allergy requirements, and super convenient to eat at the lodge before/after long day touring. Wi-Fi good in the rooms. Comfortable lobby and lounge area to relax. The owner comes and tries to meet all the guests individually adding a nice personal touch. I would gladly recommend this lodge for a short stay in Victoria Falls for a moderately priced, clean and comfortable accommodations.

We had the most wonderful four-night stay. The beds are super-comfy and the thatched rooms are delightful. The pool was small but perfectly kept. I swam a lot. The surroundings were well tended with lovely gardens and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I cannot praise Phil and his team highly enough. Take a can of IRN BRU if you can for his son Ross the excellent head chef who used to work at Balmoral. A family business that clearly prides itself on customer care. I would highly recommend. This is my second time at the Lodge. Both times I had a very good experience. It is a great place to stay when you want to visit The Victoria Falls. They will arrange special activities for you. Very well managed property. By the way, great breakfast too !!!!

This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. Surprised us with a special towel deco for my wife's birthday like the cruise ship but behind extraordinary. Definitely highly recommended!

Pamarah lodge exceeded our expectations from the moment of booking. We were contacted immediately from the staff regarding booking of excursions. Communication was impeccable. They treated us like royalty and meet all of our needs and more. I chose the excursions we wanted and they made all of the arrangements, bookings and transportation. We could not have been more pleased. The property was beautiful and felt like the Garden of Eden. We enjoyed the remote and peaceful location, but yet still close enough to everything we wanted to do. The resort is family owned and operated and we really felt like part of the family.

Very comfortable and clean property. The staffs are amazing. They gave me the suggestions and arranged all the activities for me. They even advised me to get Kaza visa ( multi entry) since I went to Zambia and Botswana (Chobe) during my stay, ended up saving me the money and trouble to get visa again when renter the country. I have seen so many people wasted their money and time to get visa again for reentry since their hotels did not tell them about the visa. Thank yo so much

The staff was amazing and everyone went out their way to make your stay enjoyable. The people at the front desk made all of our dinner and excursion reservations, dinner reservations and called cabs for us. The lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood and surround by a high security fence.

It was small and intimate. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating in all aspects. It is family run and they work on site. The owner takes time to chat at breakfast and has an amazing story.

If you are scrolling, look no further! This is the place to stay in Victoria Falls. Beautiful accommodations, great location, but the best part is the STAFF!! Before I arrived they were so supportive of helping me plan our first visit - making recommendations, helping with bookings and transfers…it was like having the support of a 5 star concierge, but in an intimate setting. Thank you Loveness (& Zenzo, Adam, Natasha) for hosting us and making everything excellent!!

Lovely stay and a lovely property: nicely appointed rooms, very pleasant dining and lobby area, attentive and friendly staff. Owner also came around and met all the guests which was a nice touch. Only downer is the hotel is slightly distant from the town and falls - too far to walk in hot weather. But a great experience and good value for the cost.

Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.

We stayed there on a layover as flight crew. The lodge is owned by an amazing family who gave us the best memorable and personal experience ever. All the staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. We loved the food that Chef Ross made for us, he also kindly arranged the catering for our flight, which our clients loved as well. He helped me with all the shopping and preparations for the flight and I would def recommend him if you are looking for private jet catering options. We had some last minute requests which the handling at the airport could not arrange for us, but Phil the owner made it happen and delivered the items personally to the airport. The lodge has very nice, spacious and clean rooms with outdoor sitting area available. We were very impressed by the amenities and the facilities available in the rooms, you will find everything that you need and more. Pamarah lodge is also conveniently located close to shopping areas and all the main attractions. Very grateful and satisfied with our stay! Hope to be back soon 🙏

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and beautiful lodge in Vic Falls. Room was comfortable, clean, and included everything we could need (toiletries, charging stations, coffee & tea). The breakfast is delicious and served in a lovely spot on the grounds. Staff is outstanding! They are warm, friendly, attentive, and go the extra mile to make sure guests have a good experience. I highly recommend Pamarah - we’d definitely stay here again.

We had a good stay here but we were not thrilled with the reception staff, as we did not find them overly friendly throughout the stay. The first night our room was also full of mosquitoes, which may be a common occurrence given they suggest spraying for them before bed upon arrival. The breakfast was good and the pool as well. We had pictured walking to VF but it’s 45 minutes away and through residential neighbourhoods, so it’s a $5 cab each way. Overall an okay stay but would likely choose somewhere else if visiting again.

I am SO glad that I found Pamarah Lodge for my spontaneous weekend trip to Victoria Falls! Phil, Mornett, Russ, and all the rest of the staff all addressed me by name and made me feel so welcome - they genuinely cared that I had an amazing long weekend with them! In addition to the actual lodge being gorgeous, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent, plus when you wanted to venture out the staff was all super helpful with making reservations and getting transportation if it wasn't included with your bookings. As a solo female traveler, I have never felt safer and more taken care of while exploring somewhere I'd never been before. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Pamarah is a small, clean, comfortable, well run inn. It gets consistently very high reviews because it deserves them. Although only 9 rooms, it has a bar, restaurant and pool. We enjoyed our beer, wine and cocktails, breakfasts and meals. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful if you need help. We had books most activities in advance, but there were a couple that we added or changed and the staff made the arrangements for us. The only critique we can come up with is that a minority of guests might feel like the family that runs Pamarah is overly attentive at times. They want to make sure everything is perfect and that you are having a pleasant time. We felt at times like our parents were checking up on us, except that we were older than the family members and experienced travelers able to look after ourselves and ask if there was anything we needed.

Lodge is new, so it's in good condition. We had the family room, which i cannot recommend. Pamarah Lodge family room was an excellent choice for our family with two kids 9 and 12. Three nights was the perfect length, we were able to visit Livingstone Island, do a Zambezi river cruise, Victoria Falls national Park, and day trip to Chobe National Park. The room was always cleaned well for us, we ate breakfast and dinner at the lodge which were basic meals but always prepared timely for us, met our allergy requirements, and super convenient to eat at the lodge before/after long day touring. Wi-Fi good in the rooms. Comfortable lobby and lounge area to relax. The owner comes and tries to meet all the guests individually adding a nice personal touch. I would gladly recommend this lodge for a short stay in Victoria Falls for a moderately priced, clean and comfortable accommodations.

We had the most wonderful four-night stay. The beds are super-comfy and the thatched rooms are delightful. The pool was small but perfectly kept. I swam a lot. The surroundings were well tended with lovely gardens and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. I cannot praise Phil and his team highly enough. Take a can of IRN BRU if you can for his son Ross the excellent head chef who used to work at Balmoral. A family business that clearly prides itself on customer care. I would highly recommend. Es ist selten, daß man eine so perfekte Bewertung vergeben kann aber die Pamarah Lodge hat es in aller Hinsicht verdient. Die Lodge liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Victoria Falls, es kostet 5USD, um mit dem Taxi in den Ort zu kommen. Dafür ist es sehr ruhig und da man zu allen Aktivitäten sowieso mit einem Transfer rechnen muß, ist die Lage eher ein Vorteil. Unser Zimmer war neuwertig und praktisch eingerichtet, wir hatten eine private Veranda zur Verfügung. Frühstück gibt es auf einer schönen Terrasse, wahlweise kontinental oder warm, sehr gute Qualität. Das Team ist perfekt, wir haben hier gern alle Aktivitäten direkt gebucht, preislich absolut in Ordnung. Alle Bereiche und auch das Zimmer waren äußerst sauber, man merkt, daß da Wert drauf gelegt wird. Eine super Leistung vom gesamten Team und vielen Dank an Mornette und Phil für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

We had a great, brief stay at the lodge. Very comfortable stay with very clean rooms and bathrooms. All staff we had interactions with were very friendly and happy to help. The owners also greeted us in the morning and visited for a bit, making sure we had a pleasant stay. My family highly recommends!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pamarah. We spent five nights here for our honeymoon, and by the time we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to friends instead of checking out of a hotel. The owners, Phil and his son Ross, along with Rainy and Holly, were incredibly welcoming and made every guest feel at home. Their hospitality is what truly sets this place apart. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I have to mention the shower because it was honestly the best shower we had anywhere in Africa! After long days exploring Victoria Falls, it was exactly what we needed. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Breakfast was first-rate every morning, and every dinner at the Prop & Rotor restaurant was excellent. Maurice also makes an incredible margarita that became a favorite during our stay. We had heard from several people that five days was too long to spend in Victoria Falls, but we completely disagree. Staying at Pamarah made it easy to slow down and enjoy everything at a relaxed pace instead of rushing from one attraction to the next. We comfortably filled our days and could have happily stayed another week. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with exceptional food, wonderful people, comfortable rooms, and genuine hospitality, I can’t recommend Pamarah highly enough. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Victoria Falls.
