Construction stuff lying all over. Wasn’t sure if we had rented a room at a place that was closed due to construction!! No staff available. Had to call a number to finally get a key to our room from a cart sitting outside the office with lock pads on it. Had no idea what to do with the key when we were ready to leave?? We left it in our unlocked room!!

The property was in a terrible state of disrepair. The office was a shambles. The door was open, but there was never a staff person in attendance. I did not feel safe. I left after one night. I requested a refund for remaining two nights. No response.

Part of the hotel appears to have been in a fire. There was no staff on site as the office seems to have been affected by the fire. I had to call a number taped to the door to check-in. I was instructed to proceed to my room where a key would be by the TV. The door lock was not completely secure. I used the desk chair to prop against the knob on the inside. I did not feel safe. The rooms were not cleaned to an average standard.

Half the building is burnt down. That is fine, however it was the fact we couldn’t even get checked in, or find any staff to check us in. Door was locked and 2 numbers given to call that no one answers. Expedia tried to call them and the line is disconnected unreachable. There was a county fair behind the building happening and it’s off the busy road. It was a cheap room that we couldn’t use . We had to try to find another hotel on the fly and that was hard and spends.

Do not stay here the place has roaches and it's extremely dirty I don't know when they cleaned it last my bed sheets seem like they were from the 1960s still had rips and tears in them the air conditioner worked was about the only positive that I can say about this place and they charged me an extra $21 which I'm assuming they thought I stole maybe a towel or two which I didn't cuz I don't need to still tell us from a janky ass Plus they're doing construction and I'm not blaming the crew but if you're going to have some people staying at your hotel don't start at 6:30 7a.m.

Never again!! When we first arrived - the first room they gave us the door wouldn't stay shut as if it had been kicked in and the toilet was not attached to the ground it moved!!! They were great and gave us a different room right away no problem. The rooms are mishmashed items put together, the bedding did not appear clean, we slept on top of the covers. There were so many strange noises all night and when we woke up in the morning we couldnt breathe and our eyes were puffy and running - there must be mold behind the walls that look terrible.

Upon inspection of rooms.. yes rooms, the property was dirty and sheets stained with blood. Office was closed upon arriving. Would not refund reservation as we did not stay at location because of the condition of rooms.

No one was there to greet us. We had to call someone who said our room was open and the key was inside. The room did not smell very good, the bed was not very good and the room was dirty. We ended up not staying and found a different hotel in town. Too bad we paid up front for this room.

Cockroaches in bathroom. Smells coming out of shower drain. Mold in shower. Toilet water flapper valve leaking and making noise continuously. Window screen to outside torn out at bottom so I could not open window. Carpet filthy and no pad.

It is an old motel. Probably from the 50's-60's. Paid for a king bed on hotels.com. got there and said a queen bed was available. NO reduction in price offered. Charged $170 for one night. Room was ok. Coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. Basic basic basic.

I would not recommend this property. The only convenience about the property was how easy it was to book online.. I will not be doing this in the future as reservations are not refundable. I was out the money I paid even though I did not stay at the property.

Half the building is burnt down. That is fine, however it was the fact we couldn’t even get checked in, or find any staff to check us in. Door was locked and 2 numbers given to call that no one answers. Expedia tried to call them and the line is disconnected unreachable. There was a county fair behind the building happening and it’s off the busy road. It was a cheap room that we couldn’t use . We had to try to find another hotel on the fly and that was hard and spends.

Liked: Gentleman who checked us in was friendly, familiar with the area and made good suggestions on sites to see. The hotel was located conveniently on the main thoroughfare through town. The bed proper was comfortable. The place needs maintenance. The shower/tub was stained and dirty as was the bath mat. The refrigerator and bathroom fans were noisy/hummed. It provided a place to stay for 1 night at a low rate and was the last room available in town for the Octoberfest we attended. Better than no lodging.

A fire in another unit was exposed. Older property. Room ok for stopover. Noisy neighborhood on Fri, quiet after 1030. Nice City.

liked = helpful staff (friendly), hot water for shower, clean mattress, comfortable mattress. accessible to exterior services (Kwik Stop etc.); liked coffee available in room!! didn't like - nailed shut window (emergency egress?), intermittent internet, used small heater to keep warm. ramshackle condition of exterior motel = hope the incomplete repairs are complete within a year.

We were under the impression there was free breakfast but the front office was always closed. Also the fire was a little off putting, but I know that’s out of their control.

It is an old motel. Probably from the 50's-60's. Paid for a king bed on hotels.com. got there and said a queen bed was available. NO reduction in price offered. Charged $170 for one night. Room was ok. Coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. Basic basic basic.

Called them. Told no rooms. Later checked on Hotels.com app, said there were rooms. Booked 3 queen bed rooms. When we arrived, the property was a disaster. Parking lot full of construction debris, the front of all rooms was dirty and garbage everywhere with very unsavory people hanging around. Went to front desk to check in, door locked with a sign to call a number (no staff on premises). Called the number and the same woman answered as before and told me she was sorry but they didn't actually have the rooms available that we booked. I asked about the refund and she said her supervisor would have to that and he would call me back. We left and made other arrangements. When the supervisor called back, he did not want to give me a refund. He said he "moved people around" and now had the rooms. I don't know how, as the lot was full with vehicles and the woman already told me 2x that day they didn't have the rooms. It all sounded very suspicious and unprofessional. We did not go back. He also told me that under NO conditions was there going to be a refund. This is significant because I contested the charges today with Hotels.com, this owner told them I said I was coming back and that if I had told him I wasn't, he would have given us a refund, which are both LIES. Owner is scammy and scummy. The other hotel we ended up at said they are aware of this property and of it's bad rep. Hotels.com failed to recoup my money, thankfully my credit card company took care of it.

We had several issues.... No WIFI at check-in, system failure with repair date 5 days in the future. Not so bad for just Wifi, but it took down the TV system as well. After 1st shower, faucet could not shut the water off..... Solution was to turn water service off to shower. Other room was offered for showering, no rooms available to move to. Motel is currently under renovation, non of the units completed yet. Things will hopefully improve with the completion of that project. Our bed was very comfortable, and the furnishings were mostly clean and presentable. Our Manager was very personable and did her best to be helpful.
