When I arrived I had my confirmation for my stay. We arrived later than 3pm check in but made sure to let them know we would be later but would make our reservation. I was told it was “cancelled” and I did not cancel it. I was also informed that there was no vacancy so we were without a place to stay for the night.

This hotel needs to be updated ASAP! From the rooms to the elevator. Clean your ceilings from big spiders and webs that's horrific! Fix the noise from the air condition. Keep it clean!!!! My first and last time staying at this hotel! The only two good things was staff and check in was easy.
