Townhouse Hotel Maastricht & Spa

Ein einfaches aber tolles Hotel mit viel Charme und sehr gutem Service. Die Mitarbeiter (24/7) sind super freundlich und die Lobby/Frühstücksraum/Bistro ist sehr schön. Hier kann man abends herrlich gemütlich sitzen und ein Getränk nehmen. Es gibt hier auch (außerhalb des Frühstücks) Kleinigkeiten zu essen, man kann sich aber auch selbst etwas zu Essen mitbringen (eine Mikrowelle ist hier verfügbar). Es gibt auch eine sehr gute Bar. Zudem stehen jede Menge Spiele zur Verfügung. Es gibt viele Kleinigkeiten, wie kostenlosen Kaffee, Tee, Obst sowie Suppe. Die Zimmer sind einfach und klein, aber schön und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist relativ groß und hat eine sehr geräumige Dusche. Es gibt auch sehr gute Kosmetikprodukte und eine Tücherbox. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, aber mit 22,-€ ein bisschen zu teuer (vor allem nur bis 10:00 Uhr). Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Stadtviertel Wyck ist sehr hübsch und beherbergt jede Menge tolle Restaurants, schöne Geschäfte und auch kleinere Supermärkte. In ca 20 Gehminuten ist man auch auf der anderen Uferseite am Markt und am beliebten Vrijthof. Auch hier gibt es tolle Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es ein Parkhaus (22,-€ p.d., nur mit Kreditkarte) und der Bahnhof (übrigens wirklich sehr hübsch) ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt im Townhouse und kommen sicherlich auch noch einmal wieder!

Während meines 2 nächtigen Aufenthalts habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es jeden Tag eine Suppe mit Brot und Obst für die Gäste gab- und das gratis. Das nenne ich Service! Ich würde wieder kommen.

Die Unterkunft Service und das Angebot an Essen & Trinken ist großartig!!! vor allem auch die „all inclusive“ Leistungen: Kaffee, Tee, Wasser und Obst den ganzen Tag! Suppe ab mittags bis in die Nacht! Sekt schon zum Frühstück und Welcome jederzeit. Am Abend nach dem Konzert gab es eine Vesperplatte mit Käse, Wurst und Oliven. Nüsse zum Knabbern und Likör. Wir kommen wieder. Preis - Leistung hervorragend!!!!

When we checked in our room was not entirely cleaned as there were still remnants from the previous guests. But staff was very quick to take care of the situation and offered us complimentary breakfast the following morning which we enjoyed. The rooms itself was okay, could have done with more thorough cleaning but the bed was comfortable. The walls are quite thin so you can hear every person walking in the hallway as well as the trains and buses since the train station is right behind the hotel. Parking is easy even if the hotel garage is full there is a park and ride 1 min walking distance for 16€ per day. We would come back although we find the room rate a bit steep for the standard of the rooms.

Oui, the room was impeccable and the people there are very courteous. And so nice. I especially appreciated the soup and tea and fruit that was offered at the reception when I came in the evening. That was a real plus. Merci!

Parkmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber war prktisch. Uns war nicht bewusst,dass das Frühstück nicht inclusiv war

Dit is absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Eerder een bodem 3 sterrenhotel. Om in te rijden in de parking moest je een specifieke app installeren. Bij het inchecken kregen we lauwe soep aangeboden / na een half uur op de koude kamer gingen we klagen en kregen we doodleuk te horen dat de verwarming het niet deed. We kregen dan een electrisch vuurtje mee, dat we onmogelijk 's nacht konden aan laten en uiteraard niet de badkamer mee kon verwarmen. Ontbijt was basic - 1 van de 2 koffiemachines stuk (dus lang aanschuiven). Na 1 nacht uitgecheckt ondanks dat we langer hadden geboekt. We overnachten zowat 40 nachten per jaar in 4 sterrenhotels - maar dit is echt geen 4 sterren waard.

Saunas were a big plus

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed renting bicycles from the hotel.

Really nice and large room, well kept and clean, comfortable - nicely decorated. The open bathroom situation was interesting, and a challenge not to get the floor and curtains wet. Spending time having a standup shower was therefore not possible. And it was a little challenging if you’re sharing a room with a friend. Unlimited coffee in reception, but coffee was fairly bad sadly.

Almost everything was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The service was friendly and efficient. We only had two minor issues - our promised “to go” breakfasts were not ready as requested but the staff quickly remedied. Secondly, they have sweets available for purchase but when we looked at them, they were completely covered in bugs. These two issues did not take away from the overall very good experience with this hotel.

Wir waren an meinem Geburtstag dort, und der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat kostenlos unser Zimmer geupgradet. Dafür möchte ich mich hier noch Mal bedanken. Die Lobby ist sehr schön, am Abend herrschte eine schöne Atmosphäre und es gab kostenlos Kaffe, Tee und sogar Brettspiele. Die Lage war perfekt, direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Die Gegend war wirklich sauber (was nicht selbstverständlich ist, dafür, dass der Bahnhof direkt in der Nähe ist) und ruhig. Zu Fuß ist alles schnell erreichbar. Nun möchte ich zu den negativen Punkten kommen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren leider nicht sauber! Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank und keinerlei Ablagefläche im Bad. Weder am Waschbecken, noch in der Dusche. Der Boden der Wanne war braun. Der Boden im Zimmer war dreckig und hatte Flecken, die man wahrscheinlich auch durch einfaches Wischen nicht mehr wegbekommt. Aber es sah auch nicht so aus, als wäre staubgesaugt oder gewischt worden. Im Badezimmer lagen auf dem Boden Knäuel von Staub. Die Handtücher haben wirklich sehr unangenehm gerochen, ich konnte mich damit nicht abtrocknen, weil danach meine Haut gestunken hat. Das Bett war bequem, das Zimmer ruhig, geräumig genug. Die Heizung und Lüftung hat gut funktioniert. Es war nicht laut. Es gab in unserem Zimmer kein Telefon, um die Rezeption zu erreichen. Es gab auch keinen Kühlschrank. Für den Preis lohnt es sich nicht. :(

De parkeergarage was aardig krap. Aan de zeikant stonden allemaal fietsen en karen, waardoor het in en uit rijden onhandig was. Je betaalt wel om je auto te kunnen parkeren op een normale manier. Voor de rest was de hotelkamer super schoon, en hadden we super snel internet en was verder alles naar wens!

This was a nice hotel. Our heater wasn’t working and they responded fairly quickly to try to repair it. The room could have been cleaner and better put together for the price. We appreciated the free coffee/tea/soup in the common area. We found breakfast very overpriced at EUR 20 pp and skipped it (and enjoyed local cafes in the area for much much less each morning).

This hotel was great! Super friendly staff and the living room was a great place to simply rest and enjoy free coffee. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, but about the same as many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Staff was ok, as expected. We did not had breakfast tere so can't comment on that. The problem was that this was advertised as a SPA hotel, but it did not had a SPA!. You expect a relaxing environment, and I paid also extra for the deluxe room with a nice view as described in the website. But it wasn't really a "deluxe room but just a standard room where you could not even control the temperature of the room. I complained but nothing could be done. The room felt cold for the whole duration of our stay. I am very disappointed as it was supposed to be a romantic/relaxed weekend with my wife and at 7am in the morning a huge excavator started digging just under our window on Saturday morning!! It spoilt our intention to have a laydown after a long journey to drive there. Simply unacceptable for an advertised SPA hotel!

Uitstekend hotel en prima personeel. Zeer gastvrij. Kamer is groot en netjes. Bedden liggen prima. Wel hoge uitstap uit de badkuip waar je ook moest douchen. Verder mist er een scheerspiegel en koffie op de kamer. Maar verder was het uitstekend. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Veel geluid van trein en zeer slecht bed. Ontbijt was heel goed en personeel heel vriendelijk.

Vælsene er meget små næsten ikke plads til en kuffert og kun på gulvet så der næsten var spærret fo adgangen til senge fra denne side. Møblementet er meget sparsomt

Das Zimmer 115 liegt mitten im Treppenhaus und somit sehr laut. Man hat echt alles gehört und nie Ruhe. Die Klobüste war kaputt und wurde nicht ersetzt. Das Zimmer allgemein war sehr klein und eng. Die Lage ist das einzige was super war.

Très bien - proche du centre - proche de la gare

Zeer fijne gastvrije ontvangst op elk moment van de dag, je voelt je welkom en thuis. Prachtige inrichting met mix van design en vintage. Locatie is geweldig, wij hadden het grote appartement en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Ligt vlakbij station maar nauwelijks tot geenoverlast van de treinen. Wijck is een geweldigde wijk en je bent zo bij de Servaasbrug en in centrum. Zou hier zo weer verblijven!

Lovely property within walking distance of everything

A nice place to be Der HBF ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, doch wurden wir nicht durch den Lärm belästigt. Tolles und umfangreiches Frühstück. Die Altstadt erreicht man in 5 Minuten

Hotel with secure parking. Free tea and coffee in the breakfast room. Very small lift and rooms on the smaller side. Seems very crammed in. But would go back.
