We stayed at Medos Hotel and overall had a good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression. The rooms were perfectly fine – nothing special, but fully functional. The bed and bathroom were clean and fresh. However, it was noticeable that other surfaces in the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, even if it did not affect the stay significantly. The room layout felt a bit unusual. The hotel’s overall layout was somewhat confusing, with stairs everywhere and elevators going to different parts of the building. It took a while to understand how to get around. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. There was about a 15-minute queue just to get coffee. The selection was weak – dry potato wedges, an okay bread, and mostly pastries. The dining area was also extremely noisy. We therefore chose to only have breakfast there on the first morning. On the other hand, the location was very good. Thanks to the city’s excellent public transport system, it was easy to get around, and the hotel is situated in a spot that makes it convenient to reach attractions and other parts of the city. In summary, Medos Hotel is a decent place to stay with very friendly staff and a great location, but with clear areas for improvement – especially regarding the breakfast
