This hotel clearly does not meet the Accor or Ibis standards. Simple as that. The hotel bathroom was dirty, the carpets also. Overally, the hotel is tired and in need of renovation. Check in was very slow with no explanation of why it took 4 people working together to check us in. Breakfast is pointless as the choice is literally 7 options, 3 of which cereal. Although omelette is on demand. I stayed in an Ibis Budget in the early 2000's. This hotel is still that ...

I am sad to say that while it was my fault for leaving my AirPods in the room, I subsequently emailed the hotel 3 times over 3 days, each with no reply. Not even a “we didn’t find them” or “sorry we can’t send it to you.” For a chain hotel I am disappointed at the lack of decency. Beware of the integrity of this hotel’s staff.
