Unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption, mega lautes Zimmer. Schrecklich!

Room hygiene was significantly poor. There is black mold on the shower wall all across the bottom. The hand shower next to the toilet was leaking water all over bathroom floor. No towels. Settee infront of the bed had garbage in beween arms and the bench, both sides. There was no wash towel to take shower. Carpet had stains and a major wrinkle across the whole room. Room in general looked very unhygienic to even sit in. I checked out in few hours and didnt use hotel shuttle as well. Then to make matter worst, the door lock broke so the physical key wasnt able to open the dor lock. 20mins and multiple hotel staff members, they finally got a latch on the lock to rotate. staff mentioned that door lock is bad. Room number plate 301, was missing the letter "1". Just a horrible hotel, sorry! Room didnt look anything like what is shown in pictures. I feel tricked. There were other options in the area. Would need a refund.

The experience was very disappointing. 1. The door key and lock were not working and the staff was reminded multiple times 2. There was no hot water 3. The TV was not working.
