Great for a stopover for a quick trip. Room is very basic but it has everything you need. It’s exactly what we needed and we’re happy we booked it, staff were lovely and the restaurant downstairs was perfect. We didn’t venture out too much as we had already been around Warsaw and were using this as a quick respite that was close to the airport for a 3am pick up.

Very good location, close to metro, buses, tramway, shopping centre, little stores. 10-15 minutes by public transit to the Old City and Downtown. Hotel was overall clean, but room cleaning service not detail oriented and not regular - we had to ask for it. Big plus for the restaurant, tasty food, very generous servings at excellent price. Most of Hotel staff polite and courteous. Good value for the money.

Great location for us near transport but also walking distance into old town. Pleasant bar, restaurant and reception area. Room was a bit dated and no kettle. Beds were a bit creaky.

Check in was smooth upon arrival. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The restaurant connected to the hotel is also great as is the staff. The hotel is near the Metro and Tram stops with a great Thai/Vietnamese Restaurant on the street What I would have liked would have been some small toiletries for the bathroom and larger pillows. While my bed was comfortable, the pillows are lumpy and too small. I asked for and received a second one. I would stay again

Terrible, old, smelly, rude staff. No Ac ,no wifi,no toiletries, spring bed digging into your back. Smells like an ashtray and dirty. Most of all over-priced-$160 per night plus $20 for parking that is tiny and you constantly get blocked in by other cars in the garage or on the street and not being able to ger out.

The room was in a horrible condition. No soundproof !!! You could hear every sound next door or in the corridor as if there were no walls. So we woke up a few times every night. The bathroom was falling apart! The toilet paper never showed up. Sheets with wholes in them. Nobody ever bothered to clean up the room during our two weeks stay. The werst experience ever!

Hotel bien ubicado con metro y tranvía. Se nota que lo están reformando. Desayuno bastante bien. Lo único que el servicio de habitaciones, solo se limitaba a cambiar toallas y bolsas de basuras. No hacen las camas, no lavan los utensillos de cocina (puedo entenderlo) pero hemos visto que tampoco se limpiaba el suelo. Las camas crujen un montón. Es imposible dormir, deberían cambiarlas.

Stayed here to go to a concert at the National Stadium. It was fine for what we paid. Could walk to and from the stadium. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Location is great. It's a 5 minute walk from the tram, the bus and the metro . Zabka and 24 hr alcohol shop too. We stayed here in September and whilst the windows open fully get a room with air conditioning as sleeping with the windows open is loud outside as it's near a main road. Loved the hotel. Bathroom clean room modern and well set up. Would stay again

Noisy, dirty and staff who apparently don't like their jobs. There was dust and dirt in both rooms we were given, it doesn't seem like they wash floors and surfaces that often. Very noisy between rooms, between floors and a lot of noise from the kitchen if you have a room facing the "backyard". Perfect if you Like having a conversation with someone next door, down the hall or any of the floors. Only reason to recommend this hotel is its location. Close to public transport and the old city.

Noisy room overlooking the street so had to keep the window closed, and no air-conditioning so it was too hot. No drawers or storage space at all for clothes for clothes & possessions. The beds were not made and the room not serviced even when I put the sign 'please service my room' on the door.

I read mixed review's before booking and in the end decided to go with this one as it seemed good value. Overall it was good, 15 minute walk to the old town, clean, comfortable beds. Agree with other reviews that the area is noisy. If you close the windows all is good except there is no air conditioning. So, if you don’t mind the warmer air or the noise it’s a perfect please to stay close to downtown for a good price

Die großen, geräumigen Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr komfortabel und wirkten frisch renoviert. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, in allen Bereichen hilfsbereit und engagiert – unsere Wünsche wurden immer ernst genommen und erfüllt. Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend: es gab eine sehr große Auswahl an Optionen und alle Speisen wirkten hochwertig. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend: Metro, Straßenbahn und Bus sind bequem zu erreichen. Einkaufszentren, Supermärkte sowie kleine und große Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen ein – besonders entlang des Flusses Weichsel und über die neu eröffnete Fußgänger- & Radbrücke. The hotel has a great location with good walking and commuting distance to anywhere. Otherwise there is not much to tell - service was ok, breakfast was ok, the atmosphere was not clean and there was ongoing painting in the hallways. No soundproofing - especially the cleaning staff made a lot of noise with some walkie-talkies. There was no air conditioner, so it was really hot. The view was to other rooms directly within a short distance.

I was unsure about whether to choose this hotel due to some of the reviews but it was convenient for my travels. I must say that the reviews do not do the hotel justice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and modern. The service was exceptional and I would most definitely stay here again.

I was unsure about whether to choose this hotel due to some of the reviews but it was convenient for my travels. I must say that the reviews do not do the hotel justice. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and modern. The service was exceptional and I would most definitely stay here again.

Check in was smooth upon arrival. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent and varied. The restaurant connected to the hotel is also great as is the staff. The hotel is near the Metro and Tram stops with a great Thai/Vietnamese Restaurant on the street What I would have liked would have been some small toiletries for the bathroom and larger pillows. While my bed was comfortable, the pillows are lumpy and too small. I asked for and received a second one. I would stay again

Hotel was overall clean, but room cleaning service not detail oriented and not regular - we had to ask for it. Big plus for the restaurant, tasty food, very generous servings at excellent price. Location is great. It's a 5 minute walk from the tram, the bus and the metro . Zabka and 24 hr alcohol shop too. We stayed here in September and whilst the windows open fully get a room with air conditioning as sleeping with the windows open is loud outside as it's near a main road. Loved the hotel. Bathroom clean room modern and well set up. Would stay again

The hotel was comfy enough and the shower/bathroom was perfectly fine. The hotel was nicely based, right next to a tube station and not far from a shopping centre. It took me less than 20 minutes to get to the centre of Warsaw by tube, perfect for a 20 minute ticket. The only things I wasn't too happy with were threefold. One, that the towels provided were barely big enough for a child. Two, that the breakfast was poor value for money compared to another hotel I stayed in that had a slightly cheaper breakfast with twice the selection. Thirdly, the hotel was quite noisy. Many of the room's windows face in on each other and I could hear people loudly at all hours. It's a perfect hotel for a few days stay though.

Plenty of clothes storage space, fan supplied for the hot Polish nights, clean if outdated bathroom - Excellent breakfast, hot and cold buffet options, fresh juices, coffee machine - a large if noisy room with rude fellow travelers (Americans in town for a Jehova convention) - Loved the free water refill station - Excellent transport links for Old Town and beyond (Wileński metro) and Dworzec Wileński 03 tram/bus stops that takes you to city centre in 5-10 mins! TIP: buy the all-inclusive travel tickets at self-service machines with multi language options - Mixed staff. The young guy on check-in was surly and unhelpful (late evening 2/7/2026) the women during check out were friendly and actually wanted you there! - Free, locked, luggage storage TIP: walk 10 mins south of the hotel to the river and modern pedestrian/cycling bridge (Kładka Magdaleny Abakanowicz) across to Vistula Boulevards for stunning city views from afar (Palace of Culture and Science plus nearby modern blocks) and across the Stadion Narodowy football statium that lights up red and white at night - the national colours.
