Rooms are quit. I have never heard noise from the rooms beside or above. Parking just out side the door. Rooms are clean and roomy. Convenient for a long stay since room has fridge and microwave. This was the 3rd year I have stayed for a week and it seems that each year the property has improved with maintenance and upgrades. Good price with out frills.

Not trendy or modern, but a good, old fashioned, well maintained motel. Great for business travelers, decent internet. Not many outlets for laptop is tricky, but a Dollar tree power strip does the trick.

Convenient location and easy to find. Ice machine not working and staff stated all ice machines were broken. Random person outside was able to tell me that the staff were wrong and the other building had a working ice machine. Prevalence of smokers caused noticeable smell.

Clean, comfortable, very inexpensive. Lots of shopping nearby, close to everything! Staff was lovely, and admittedly, it was a little on the dated side. If you're looking for an inexpensive option, this is a great choice! Pleasantly surprised!

The front desk person mumbled and could not be understood. The beds and pillows were stained and worn. There was no fitted sheet on beds so every time you turned over or got up, the sheets shifted on/off bed. The toilet ran all night and leaked. The tub curtain was only linen so when taking a shower, water went everywhere. Carpet was very dirty with hairs and gunk.

The hotel is old and could use some updates, but i was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were and they keep the grounds super clean!! The room was clean, but had a little bit of a musty smell. It was great having a jni fridge and microwave in the room!!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Fridge & microwave came in handy. Good food across the street at Crosstown Pub & Grill. It's an older hotel, but the price was right & location was perfect for us.

The rooms are very comfortable and the motel is more than conveniently located. However, the facility is dated and needs work. Tile grout got stuck on my feet in the bathroom, and the AC did not work in my original room. Staff were kind enough to relocate me right away.

Clean, comfortable, very inexpensive. Lots of shopping nearby, close to everything! Staff was lovely, and admittedly, it was a little on the dated side. If you're looking for an inexpensive option, this is a great choice! Pleasantly surprised!

Outstanding water pressure in shower!! Excellent rates for the Chicagoland area, as well as nice newer flat screen TV and excellent cable. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

This place is a "Back to the Future" throwback to the 1970s and it should have stayed there. Antiquated microwave and fridge. They provide only 3 pillows for two people on a king sized bed and only 2 bath towels. My wife uses 2 just to shower. No coffee in the rooms, you have to go to the office to get it and it's in an old carafe style pot that sits on the hot plate and cooks. There are semi and permanent residents there, some look like transient street people that pay weekly or monthly "rent". Our 1st night, the AC didn't work, it was a 92° day. Wanted to move us to another room, the AC didn't work in it either. The next day I said we wanted to just check out and was told "No Refunds" so we stayed. We then had to move ourselves and all of our luggage to a room in another building, on another floor, because their maintenance guy was on vacation so the AC could not be fixed. I'm a disabled vet and there were no elevators. There we other issues as well. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone do NOT stay here, go somewhere, anywhere else. We'll never go back.

My stay was great! I had to extend my stay for an additional day due to unforeseen circumstances. Thankfully, the front desk was very accommodating and understanding about it. Thank you! This is a great hotel in the heart of Naperville. Stay at this hotel for a clean room and restful nights sleep!

I forgot a few clothes in the dresser in the room. They would not mail them to me when told I would reimburse them. I had a friend try to pick them up that afternoon and a different desk person said there was nothing there. I called and was told the manager would call me. No phone call. I called the next day and was told the manage would call me. No phone call. They don't care. It's obvious. I will never stay there again and I would never recommend this motel.

There was no shampoo and when i asked about it, i was told they would send some up. None has been sent. Also i went out for dinner and when i returned the door was ajar.

A very well taken care of property for its age. Everything was very clean, there’s a Portillos within a couple minute walk, and it was nice and quiet. My only critique is that the water pressure was so strong that it almost took my skin off, and it makes the shower curtain suck into the shower space and the bathroom very wet lol. A very well taken care of property for its age. Everything was very clean, there’s a Portillos within a couple minute walk, and it was nice and quiet. My only critique is that the water pressure was so strong that it almost took my skin off, and it makes the shower curtain suck into the shower space and the bathroom very wet lol. Challenging shower, but otherwise would absolutely revisit for the price.

We came in for Lollapalooza and didn't want to pay a crazy amount. This is the cleanest motel we've ever stayed at. No noise, no hidden fees just pay and stay. Next to shopping and lots of food, it's the perfect location if you don't mind driving into the city.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Fridge & microwave came in handy. Good food across the street at Crosstown Pub & Grill. It's an older hotel, but the price was right & location was perfect for us.

The rooms are clean the staff is good if there's an issue with the TVs they're usually up there within 10-15 minutes to correct it business friendly close to restaurants and convenience stores

The best thing about this motel is the price, although it's not a dive. Our room was reasonably well-furnished and clean. Everywhere you look, you can see spots that could use serious upgrading, but that didn't bother us. The things that did give us pause were as follows. 1. The owner has chosen to build an additional small building of perhaps 8-10 rooms on a patch of ground that I suspect used to be a playyard, a pool or just extra parking. As a businessman, it is his right to make changes to the property which he believes will generate more income. But it makes the grounds--especially the parking--feel very cramped and tenement-like. Did it hurt us? No. But it felt a bit creepy. 2. There were a number of people hanging out in front of rooms in the middle of the day who looked a bit sketchy. Are there non-working people living here? Is this a potential problem? It was hard to tell. 3. The electrical system seems sketchy. There were almost no useful outlets for electronics in our room. There were a couple of outlet boxes high up on walls, out of reach for a phone charging cord. There was an outlet box which had been added to the desk, but it didn't seem to be connected to any power source. And my little travel blow dryer tripped the GFI enough times that I gave up, fearful that I might start a fire. My husband and I aren't particularly fussy, but enough things seemed "off" at the Stardust, that I don't think we would return.
