Good but not excellent hotel. The reception staff were excellent. The restaurant is good. The room layouts a bit odd and quite dark even with the lights on. Complementary drinks in our room and in the lounge was a nice touch. The location is good for the airport, but a 15 minute car ride from most places we wanted to go to see.

Hotel is clean and located in a nice area close to Hakata station. However almost every staff member struggles with English. The amenities are also very limited amd the staff is unhelpful about it! We were asked by the staff to leave the hotel lobby at the time of checkout because they had other guests for a wedding! Not something you'd expect when you pay $1'000 per night to stay at a hotel! This is partly because they have no dedicated space at the lobby for hotel guests and the wedding guests always get priority so be careful if you plan to use the hotel amenities.
