The pictures and the actual hotel is 2 different places. People was smoking inside, and the only clean place was the bed sheets. Overall the place really need a renovation asap. The aircon was smelling so bad that we couldnt use it.

Oda temizdi. Personel nazik ve güleryüzlüydü. Lokasyon için tercih ettiğim temiz aile oteli diyebileceğim. Kendimi rahat hissettiğim bir deneyimdi. Daha öncede konaklamıştım sanırım bundan sonra da tercih ederim.

This isn’t a luxury accommodation. Rooms aren’t big, but they’re clean, safe, friendly staff. I arrived at 1 am and front desk was staffed. You’ll get a bed, a fridge, a shower with a rain attachment and great coffee shops, kebab places and other food options nearby. There’s a cab stand a 5 minute walk down the street, you can see the subway when you walk out the door. I was on a work trip and this was a great budget option.

The Place was located right next to sishane station and the galata tower and taksim square were reachable by foot. They called us to tell us that the ac and hot water wasn’t working but we still went and it worked? - it was very loud at night and the room was very small. The location is more for young party people than for couples… The stuff was nice and we went home to a mostly clean room every night.

Helaas was onze kamer qua hygiëne onvoldoende bij aankomst. Nadat er een melding van is gemaakt is dit wel rechtgezet door het personeel die op dat moment aanwezig was, er was geen poetspersoneel aanwezig om 1u ‘s nachts (wat begrijpelijk is). Om specifiek te zijn waren onze lakens niet proper en de kamer was wat stoffig. De lakens zijn onmiddellijk vervangen na de melding, maar met een astma persoon aanwezig was dit uiteraard geen fijne 1e avond omdat er veel stof vrij komt bij het verversen van de lakens.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 nights. Starting from the second night, I noticed that there was no hot water in my bathroom. When I called the reception to ask about it, I received an unprofessional response, such as, "Oh, we forgot to tell you." The next morning, when I went down to reception to ask again, I was shocked to hear, "It will take 3-4 days to fix, but it’s okay. You’re leaving in 2 days anyway." Instead of offering me a solution, they suggested that "You can go to the nearby public bath (hamam) to take a shower." Also, on the first day I entered the room, the supposedly "clean" bed had several hairs on it. In short, the location is nice, but the staff and service quality are extremely amateurish and unprofessional. The staff were polite — I have no complaints in that regard. However, hotel management should place more emphasis on professional training for its staff.

It’s okay if you are only staying for 2-3 nights. Bathroom very small. Room size okay, bit on the small side. Very limited storage area. Only one lift. It wasn’t an issue on our trip. Excellent area to eat out and travel around. Metro station only 1 minute walk away. Overall not bad experience. Enjoy it

Ibwas located me in a terrible room first floor right next to the elevator right next to the window and the window was not sealed very good so I could hear every little thing on the street it was impossible to sleep the room was small very small and there was no place to even to put my luggage

部屋は広くはないが、必要な設備がコンパクトにまとまっていて不自由はなかったです。メトロやテュネルの駅から近く、アクセスは良好。周囲には飲食店、スーパーマーケット、アルコール販売店などがあり、飲食にも不自由しませんでした。

Oda oldukça küçük ancak ihtiyaç duyulan her şey vardı. Çarşaflar pek temiz değilmiş gibi hissettim ama girişim geç saatte olduğu için değiştirmekle uğraşmak istemedim. Bunun haricinde otelin konumu çok merkezi bu da ulaşımımı oldukça kolaylaştırdı. İş seyahatleri için rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

部屋は広くはないが、必要な設備がコンパクトにまとまっていて不自由はなかったです。メトロやテュネルの駅から近く、アクセスは良好。周囲には飲食店、スーパーマーケット、アルコール販売店などがあり、飲食にも不自由しませんでした。

Good,clean and comfortable hotel in the Pera district. Close to the metro and close to Beyoglu nihht life, but still a quiet location.

I am sorry to say these: You had very good staff at the reception. But the room was so narrow that you had to enter the room one by one. The normal bathroom was in the room itself. The bed linen was not fresh, we found hair in the bed and after one night I had an allergic reaction and my arms were itchy. Finally the room was so unacceptable that I checked out a day earlier to stay at another hotel. (You had no other room available)

Merhaba,kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü. Lavabo odadaydı. Dolap yoktu kıyafetlerimizi asacak. Klima yetersizdi.
