Great location, clean rooms, good amenities and staff. Room was one level below ground level which was a different experience for us but overall a nice stay. Underground car park is incredibly tight.

Lovely stay with my friend for one night here, the apartment was lovely, we got an upgrade to the townhouse apartment which was a lovely touch, great stay: clean tidy and had everything we needed for the short stay. Plenty of facilities in the property and very modern and clean. Great stay. Will definitely come back soon!

Fabulous location. We enjoyed walking through St Stephen’s Square to access sites/shops. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. Staff were friendly. Was noisy during the night at times, due to bus stop being directly below our apartment.

I really enjoyed my week here. The property was very quiet and clean. The front desk crew were lovely. Great location (air coach to the airport literally at the front door). Lots of restaurants, pubs, and the beautiful St. Stephen’s Green close by. In-suite dishwasher and clothes washer came in handy. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with one of our lights and that was very quickly responded to and resolved. The location is great for walking to everywhere, and very close to the lovely St. Stephen’s Green.

The apartment is fine with a decent kitchen and a good sized bathroom with bathtub. It was the cleanliness that let it down for me. There were hairs in the bed and in the shower, both long and very short. The throw over the bed left a lot of dirt in the bed sheets when removed, as if it had just been on the floor. In the bathroom, the once white grout was, in places, almost black, screaming out for a deep clean. The staff was friendly.

Perfect space for a family of four (two teenagers). About a ten minute walk from Trinity College and shopping. Great value, for less than the cost of hotels in the area, we had two bedrooms, two bathrooms (clean and updated), full den and kitchen- great experience! Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed my week here. The property was very quiet and clean. The front desk crew were lovely. Great location (air coach to the airport literally at the front door). A little bit showing it’s age and therefor shabby. Bits of wood falling off in the kitchen, sofa springs at the end of their life, fuse box buzzing annoyingly, water pressure low. But then there were things that were just poor. Poor design, thoughtless. Like TVs that are rediculously high on the wall, mirrors that are too low, shower doors so big so that its a pain to get in and out of the bath, blackout curtains that don’t actually blackout because they have been mounted poorly and let in light around the sides and top. Just sloppy and thoughtless. The cherry on the top was the fire alarm at 10:30 pm and trip down 4 flights of stairs with a distressed baby into the cold evening air, which might just be acceptable, but when followed up with intermittent fire alarms continuing until almost 1am it’s no longer okay. No apology the next day when checking out just added insult to injury. For the xxxx I paid for 4 nights, just not good enough really.

Great place to stay. Apartment much better than a hotel. We like to fix our own breakfast and the kitchen has a good set of kitchenware. Comfortable bed. Location was good. We walked through the nearby Green to most of the best sites. A bus stop is right in front of the building, but we never heard bus sounds. Our suite was on the -1 floor which had a street view. Not the best view. Would ask for a higher floor next time.

Great location, clean spacious and furnished.kitchen has everything you need including built in washer dryer. Front office staff ( particularly Claire) was exceedingly helpful. Will definitely stay again. The only negative was Irish locals tend to get a little loud in the streets outside on the weekends after midnight.

Enjoyed my time here (13 nights). All the staff, Monica, Claire, Eliza, Rebecca, Bartosz (hope he got that bag!) and Erik, were most congenial. St. Stephen's Green (a beautiful park) is just down the street. A walk through it brings you to Grafton Street, Dublin's main shopping promenade. Lots of things to do see in Dublin. I'll be back. Will go for the penthouse suite next time.

Not enough help from Reception, which was mostly unmanned during my stay. I lost a dinner order from Deliveroo because there was no one to alert me to this delivery. And taxis on Leeson St on Christmas Day were difficult to flag down (I have no Uber account)--could have used help which just wasn't there. Next trip, I will stay at a hotel.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our Premiere Suite in Dublin. We walked to museums, parks, and food. There were busses and trams everywhere too. Ideal location near St. Stephan’s Green, a beautiful large community park.

Great location, clean spacious and furnished.kitchen has everything you need including built in washer dryer. Front office staff ( particularly Claire) was exceedingly helpful. Will definitely stay again. The only negative was Irish locals tend to get a little loud in the streets outside on the weekends after midnight.

Great location, clean rooms, good amenities and staff. Room was one level below ground level which was a different experience for us but overall a nice stay. Underground car park is incredibly tight.

Designed as a home from home experience, but basic and the room looked tired with damaged edging on things like the table and the grouting needed to be redone in the bathroom. We also had to ask for more shower gel as they hadn’t left us enough for three days. We would have expected things like shampoo and moisturiser rather than one all in one. It would be nice to see more decoration in the room to make it more the home from home they advertise it as. The room had an iron, but no ironing board. It took three attempts of asking for an ironing board where we had to repeatedly explain there wasn’t one in the room. When they did put one in the room, it was lacking a cover and the suggestion was to ‘use a towel’. They finally got us a cover. We were classed as a late check-in as our flight didn’t arrive until after 5pm. Prior to arriving, I had to chase the check-in details. Despite paying and filling out the details before, I was asked to complete all this again - I had to explain we had already paid. It was Dublin over a bank holiday weekend, so we knew it would be expensive, but for nearly €700 for three nights, we would have expected more from the suite - especially billed as the pent house. Fine for getting your head down (soft bed though), but you won’t get any luxury. You have to pay a €200 damage deposit on site too, so hopefully that gets refunded quickly as it’s a lot to be pending on my credit card.

Friendly staff. No air conditioning. The room had a semi working fan. The staff provided another, but that won wasn’t much better. Window seemed like it would fall out. Very hot in room yet cool outside.
