Stay Was Okay , Room Was Not What Expected. After Every Shower The Room Smelled Like Sewer Water. While Washing Up In Sink The Restroom You Can Smell Sewer Water. The Sink In The Dinning Area Didn't Have Any Water To Wash Your Hands. There Was Tissue Paper Stuck In The Fire Sprinkler Above The Shower. But Customer Service Was Great But Room Needs A Good Cleaning And Upgrade.

Staff upgraded my room which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Couldn’t try the indoor pool as it was being cleaned.

Th staff dint handle a situation the right way. I was trying to go to sleep and it all started around 10pm that lasted until around after midnight. Some adults and kids were running and being super loud down the hallway claiming to be from a place not sure if it’s a gang or what but they were super loud and were running back and forth on the hallway one of the adults looked drunk I have a small video of them I showed it to the receptionist and since she didn’t see anything in person herself sheet say anything to them so those people kept being loud and I couldn’t go to sleep till very late
