First of all, no refrigerator in a room second one no take care to clean my room every day. The service was not so good. They try to do the best but is nothing working for me because the three star hotel should have more better service than they provided to me. Thank you very much for understanding but I have to work more hard to make it that hotel better than is right now.

Staff were amazing, always willing to go above and beyond to support and assist to make our stay comfortable. We were upgraded from the standard room to the corner room and it made the world of a difference with a baby as the extra space really helped. The room was fully stocked and clean. The hotel was super pretty especially the cafe! Pool never got too busy so it was pretty relaxed. The location is brilliant, 5 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk away from the main food strip. Theres 2 kids parks right outside of the hotel and the closest convenience store is a min walk away. Theres a taxi hailing button located right outside the hotel too. Overall was such a pleasant and warm stay, we were there for 7 nights! The AC worked so quick too which is super helpful for those of us travelling from cold countries and can’t handle the heat very well. (I’m from England)
